In the year 2276, years after nuclear wars and the rise of robotic armies plunged Earth into a post-apocalyptic state, anarchy, corruption, and death prevail. A solitary woman, Lisa Cunningham, arrives at a small, struggling town in southern Utah, reliant on the Colorado River for survival. The town's existence hinges on a dam providing vital resources, yet corruption hinders efforts to rebuild. Lisa intervenes when local gangsters mistreat a young girl, drawing her into conflict with the town's gangs. This event marks the beginning of her determination to save the town and establish a black market empire. Her challenges extend beyond gangs, facing robotic armies, rebellious militias, mutated monsters, cults, rival companies, government entities, and unwanted attention. Strange events also begin to surface around the girl she saved, Hanna. Lisa possesses more than just her appearance; she is a cyborg who has awoken after over 200 years in cryogenic sleep, a volunteer mission for the US military. She finds Earth drastically changed from her memories and faces the formidable task of surviving this hostile world and achieving her own ambitious goal of acquiring vast riches.
