Blue's POV
That question made my heart beat faster than normal...
I've never been this scared in my life.
What if mom is not actually my mom??
Oh God...
"Let me finish and I'll explain everything" mom justified and even made the anxiety worse.
"Pearl was supposed to be my last child but when Eris ordered for her to be taken to where she belongs, I had no other choice but to let her go and I was promised another child by the Goddess ... Immediately Pearl left .. I gave birth to Blue" she said and I heaved a huge sigh of relief.
"I named her Blue cos I wanted her to be my second reminder about the life I left behind... Blue is the color of the sea" mom added.
I have always wondered why I had that name but now.. it's very clear.
"So the twins are also my siblings?" Pearl asked .
"Yes .. they are and I'm so sorry you had to be the one to pay for my actions... A mermaid marries a mermaid not a human.. and I broke that rule , so you had to be taken for my replacement" Mom said and I hummed.
That is a very biased rule...
"Now I know why Erisa wants Blue..." Ally said.
"She's just making it seem like a punishment but she wants Blue in replacement for Pearl" Mona said and Ally nodded.
"But how does she know Blue is Pearl's sister?"Mel asked.
"Well Erisa promised her another child so... She knows " Ally replied.
"I also asked her for permission before moving to earth," Pearl added.
"The last time I saw you ... You were just two months old" Dad said as she stared at Pearl.
She looked at him and smiled.
"Dad!!" She called and ran to hug him.
" I missed you sooo much!!" She said and cried.
They unlocked the hug and I smiled at them...
Such a wonderful reunion...
"Aren't you guys gonna give her a hug?" Mom asked the twins..
Kaycee scoffed and Chelsea rolled her eyes.
"You want me to hug the same being that almost killed me?"Chelsea asked
"I didn't know you were Blue's real siblings... I was just jealous that you're spending more time with her when she was supposed to be with me" Pearl Justified as tears streamed down her cheeks.
"Well... Now you know " Kaycee barked.
"I'm so sorry... I wouldn't hurt my own flesh and blood knowingly" she pleaded with tears..
"Well come to think of it... Who would return to the sea... Blue or Pearl?"Mel asked and the whole room became silent immediately.
I can't leave my family and everything behind and Pearl can't do same too.
"What sort of question is that?.. of course Pearl will go back.."Chelsea said
"She isn't going anywhere!!" Mom shouted.
"You don't expect Blue to go," Kaycee said.
Mom ran out of the room and dad followed.
"You all should take it easy on your mom pls" Ally said.
"Take it easy on her?... She wants the sister that I love to go" Kaycee exclaimed.
"Do you think it's easy for a mom to choose between two of her kids?" Ally asked.
"We're not even asking her to choose.. we just want Pearl to go back to wherever she's coming from" Chelsea barked.
"If she can't choose then we all will stay here... What's the worst thing that can happen?" Mel said and Mona shot her a stare.
"We're gonna return to the sea soon... Eris will question us.. we haven't been home for like 13 hours now" Mona stated.
"All this thing is so damn crazy.. but I have an idea... Let's wait and see what Erisa will do" Chelsea said.
My eyes widened in shock... Chels wants to help Pearl.
"Let's try that!"Kay said and I blinked numerous times.
"You... You guys want to help"I asked.
"Not really.. we're just doing it for mom and you ``, Chels said.
"I want everything to be okay soon... Let me take my leave now but I'd be here first thing tomorrow morning" Ally said and left.
"Chelsea you take some rest okay.. Kaycee will be here with you" I said and left with Pearl and Zara.
Mona and Mel left with Ally.. I wonder what's going to happen next.
I opened the door to my room and we all went in .
"This is my room!" I said and Pearl ran her eyes through the room.
"It's beautiful!!" She complimented.
"Have a seat next to me" I ushered.
She sat on the bed with me and Zara....
"Blue... Why do you trust me?... I Mean... You forgave me so easily.. why?" She asked.
I hummed and sighed..
"My journey in Altohan taught me many things... Everything happens for a reason and whatever happened to you was due to your lack of knowledge about the real truth '' I said and she opened her mouth.
"What happened??" Zara asked Pearl.
"You're so nice Blue ... Super nice" she commented and I smiled.
"Thanks!!" I appreciated it.
"But there's something I don't understand... I just found out that I have another sister.. yet I'm still the baby of the house" I pouted.
"Guess it's just Ill luck" Zara said and I hit her playfully on her shoulder.
"You don't have Ill luck... It has just been destiny" Pearl replied.
"And you're the best out of all of us," Pearl said and we hugged.
"Awwn... Isn't this cute?" Zara said and I laughed.
"Blue.. where's the restroom?" Pearl asked.
"It's there... That door" I pointed and she nodded and left.
"There was no sign that this would ever happen" Zara said and I nodded.
"Crazy right?"
"So now you have 2 Chelseas " Zara said and I pushed my head.
"So that's what you were talking about?... I thought you meant there was no sign that she was my sister" I said and Zara shook her head.
"You thought wrong baby," Zara replied.
"But .. to be sincere... Two Chels is like 2 leaders in the house... I guess I should be ready for lots of fights" I said and we both laughed.
Pearl's POV
I found my long lost family and I have two older siblings and a younger sister.
Isn't life just getting sweeter??
I feel guilty for everything I have done and I just can't wait to start rectifying it and win everyones' hearts.
I could hear Blue and Zara speaking from inside the bathroom...
This is gonna be my happiest night here.
# Next Morning #
Everyone came down for breakfast and we sat opposite each other.
Pearl's POV
I sat down for breakfast and everyone had different looks on their faces , well mostly Chels and Kay.
"Good morning everyone!!"I greeted
Then Immediately there was a knock on the door.
"Morning dear" Mom and Dad replied with beaming smiles.
"I wonder who's at the door," Chels said, standing up to open it .
She opened the door and Ally , Mona and Melissa walked in..
They walked in like they were remote control... Mona tried giving me signals but I couldn't understand.
"Are you guys alright?" Chels asked and shot the door.
"Well you came at the right time... Join us for breakfast" Blue said.
They ran to the dining area..
And everyone looked in shock..
"Are you guys alright??" Kaycee asked.
Then suddenly someone blew the door open with a mighty wind.
"There shall be no eating!!" Someone said and walked in..
