CHAPTER 30
She went back to Jaxton's office and picked files again as she went back to sort the issues with them.
She put Jaxton at the back of her mind as she continued working.
Meanwhile while she was busy, Paxton returned from the meeting earlier than usual as he stared at the documents Sydney had been working on.
Sydney completed the batch she picked and returned them to his office.
She stepped in and stood by the door, watching him as his focus was on the system before him.
She stared at him and her thoughts drifted far.
She compared him to Jaxton mentally.
"He doesn't fancy women, but Jaxton plays with them"
"He's responsible but Jaxton is the opposite" she said to herself, balancing the equation she formed in her head.
"If I'm given options between the both of them, I'll pick Paxton without second thoughts" she said in her mind.
"Can you come over and stop staring at me?" He asked and she jolted out of her daydream as she hurried to drop the files blushing like a teenager.
She was embarrassed because he caught her staring.
She caught Paxton staring at her as she hurried out of the office immediately.
