Sian was looking at Gwen who was helping her mother and mother in law in preparing dinner. Both of their father's were sitting at the other end of the hall while discussing on politics like they can make economy better by just talking.
Gwen's family seemed really closed to his.
He felt a little tap on his shoulder and lifted his head. His grandma was standing near him with a smile. He quickly got up and helped the old woman to sit beside him. He took her hands in his and felt that his grandma has become weaker than before.
"I wasn't expecting our little Sian to change that much."
Sian confusingly looked at the old woman who chuckled.
"I can see your emotions." She looked at Gwen who was laughing as she did some prank on her mother.
Sian followed her eyes but didn't say anything.
"You love her, don't you?"
Sian wanted to deny but stopped. He was still unaware of his own emotions.
She lifted her hand and creased his cheek.
"Finally our Sian learned to love. I am happy to see you moving out of your boring life. Wasn't my decision good?"
"Yes, Granny." Sian smiled and took the hand of his grandma from his cheek and kissed the back side of the her hand.
"Gwen told me that you care about her a lot and she is lucky to have you. She also loves you a lot.'
Sian wanted to laugh at her lies.
"Granny, Si..an. Dinner is ready." Gwen came near them and informed them. She then walked towards their fathers.
Sian helped his grandma to get up. Soon everyone settled around the big table.
As everyone started eating, Sian noticed Gwen who was removing all the peas from her plate. It seemed like she didn't like them.
"Gwen, you still don't eat green peas."
Granny asked her who looked up and glanced at everyone.
"Gwen, you are give your peas to Sian. Sian really like eating them." Her mother in law laughed. Gwen embarrassingly smiled.
Sian picked her plate and transferred the green peas to his plate.
Gwen put a kabab in his plate and smiled.
Sian put a spoonful of salad in his mouth to stop himself from smiling. He knew if he smiled his family will have a heart attack.

"Dinner was good. I am so tired now."
Gwen complained while entering the apartment. Sian turned towards her.
"Make me a glass of milk before you go to sleep."
Gwen pouted but didn't say anything. She went inside her room to change. When she came out Sian was already sitting on the couch after changing. She made a glass of cold milk and gave it to him.
Sian took a sip while Gwen sat beside him. She took remote from his hand and changed the channel.
"Why you love these dramas so much?"
"Because they are good, old ghost."
Sian scoffed.
"Why you always call me old?"
"Because you are physically 29 but mentally you are 129 years old." Gwen informed him.
"And your are physically 24 but mentally your are four years old."
"You..you." Gwen lifted her finger and tried to find words to curse him.
"Isn't it true? You girls are too emotional just because if these dramas."
"No, men are more emotional. Even someone smile at you, you will be in love instantly." She angrily squinted her eyes.
Sian sneered.
"Fine, let's do an experiment. Let me kiss you and we can see who is most effective."
Gwen agreed with him and nodded.
Sian moved forward and placed his lips on hers.
