What happened to the both of you?” Solene was surprised when she noticed Morgan had a bruise on his lips. When she glimpsed at Eugene, his face was full of bruises, as if someone was so mad at him and could not stop almost killing him.
Selene widened her eyes. She jumped when she saw Solene standing in front of them. She was distressed when Morgan dared to fight with Eugene. She appreciated what Morgan had done to save her from Eugene's plan.
“I'm only playing with Selene after this,” Eugene pointed at Morgan angrily. “motherfucker punched my face. You fucking rogue, I will ask my father to ask Alpha Gerry to kick you out here.”
Morgan didn't bother to explain his side because he was the one who did the right thing. He only did everything to save Selene because of what Eugene had been planning for her. He had a mother, and he never wanted his mother to be treated that way by his father.
“Do you even know me? I'm the son of the Alpha and you mess with me. Aren't you scared that my father will kill you?” Eugene didn't want to stop. He tried to intimidate Morgan not to speak. He scoffed, and massaged his nape.
“W-What?” Solene was in disbelief when she heard what Eugene had been telling. Morgan wasn't a rogue but the son of the known Alpha. “You're calling him a rogue, do you even know—”
“Solene, it's fine. Don't say it.” Morgan didn't like to waste his time defending himself. Alpha Gerry knew he was the son of Jaxon. He wouldn't kick him out even though Eugene's father tried to kick him out. He wasn't in panic, which made Eugene feel agitated to him even more.
Selene frowned. She couldn't understand what her twin sister was about to say. Jealousy struck on her face. It seemed Solene already knew everything about Morgan. She couldn't stop herself from feeling jealous that Solene had some information that she didn't know.
She easily concluded that Morgan had feelings for her sister. Perhaps that was why she was treated special when she was the one he always pushed her away.
“What is happening here?” Alpha Mark came inside. His eyes expanded in fury when he saw Eugene, his son, was full of bruise. He couldn't believe that there was a young boy who hurt his son after he trained him so well.
“Alpha…” Eugene acted like he was the one who didn't do anything wrong. His eyes formed tears while Morgan was standing at the corner.
“Who did this to you? I can't believe there is some rogue who hurt my son!” Alpha Mark screamed in anger. Morgan didn't flinch. He only looked at Eugene's father, using his emotionless expression.
“He's the one who did this to me. A rogue who stayed here in Alpha Gerry's pack.” Eugene pointed at Morgan, who did not seem panicked. Selene expanded her eyes in nervousness.
“Alpha, Morgan is only helping me. Eugene is forcing me to do something bad with him and I don't want to do it.” Selene finally had the courage to defend Morgan. She was trembling in fear that Morgan might be kicked out in their pack. She always saw him alone.
“I don't think it's true. My son is such a good boy. He's not the one who will do something nice with a young lady like you. Aside from that, he had a crush on you. He wanted you to be his Luna.” Alpha Mark finally exposed what his son had felt for Selene. The truth was he was pressuring Alpha Gerry to have an arranged marriage with his daughter.
Eugene kept asking him to make Selene his wife. He had a lot of plans for their future and he loved him dearly.
“I'm too young to do a marriage thing… ” Selene uttered with disbelief. He couldn't believe she heard those words. Eugene lowered his head, massaged his nape, and acted shy to her.
“You can marry each other once you both are in the legal age. You both still have the chance to know each other.” Alpha Mark explained nicely. He didn't want to ruin his image in Selene's eyes. The truth was, he came in the pack because Alpha Gerry had a meeting with Alpha Jaxon; he wanted to grab the opportunity to talk to him about their alliance.
“Dad, let's not talk about my feelings for Selene. This Rogue is the one who hurt me. He punched my face.” Eugene gnashed his teeth. He didn't like to change the topic because he wanted to get even with Morgan.
