heard a knock on the door and saw a nurse enter the room. She smiled and said that she was here to help me get ready to leave the hospital. She said that I had recovered well from my injury, and that I could go home today. She said that she just needed to do some final checks and paperwork, and then I would be free to go.
She asked me if I had anyone waiting for me outside, and if I needed any assistance. I nodded and said that I had someone waiting for me, someone very special. I said that I didn't need any assistance, but that I would appreciate some privacy. She said that she understood, and that she would be back in a few minutes.
She left the room, closing the door behind her. I got up from the bed and walked towards the window, feeling a rush of excitement and nervousness. I looked outside and saw Archard standing by his car, looking at his phone. He looked handsome and charming, as always. He wore a blue shirt and jeans, and a leather jacket. He had a smile on his face, but also a hint of worry in his eyes.
I felt a surge of love and gratitude for him, for everything he had done for me. He had been there for me since the beginning, since we had met at the bookstore two years ago. He had been my friend, my confidant, my lover. He had made me laugh, made me cry, made me grow. He had supported me, challenged me, inspired me. He had saved me, from myself and from others.
He had also waited for me, patiently and faithfully. He had given me time and space to sort out my feelings, to make up my mind. He had respected my choice, even if it meant losing me. He had trusted me, even if it meant risking his heart.
He was the one I loved, the one I wanted to be with. He was the one who made me feel alive, who made me happy. He was the one who understood me, who filled my soul with light.
I knew that I had to tell him that, to show him that. I knew that I had to confess my love for him, and ask him to be my mate.
I grabbed my phone and sent him a text message:
"Hey, are you still there? Can you come up to my room? I need to talk to you."
I waited for his reply, feeling butterflies in my stomach. A few seconds later, I heard a beep and saw his message:
"Sure, I'm still here. What's up? Is everything okay?"
I typed back:
"Yes, everything is okay. Better than okay. Just come up, please."
I hit send and put my phone down. I walked back to the bed and sat down, waiting for him to arrive. I rehearsed what I was going to say in my mind, hoping that it would come out right.
I heard another knock on the door and saw him enter the room. He smiled and said hello, but also looked curious and concerned. He asked me what I wanted to talk to him about, and if something was wrong.
I shook my head and said no, nothing was wrong. In fact, everything was right.
I got up from the bed and walked towards him, looking into his eyes. I took his hands in mine and said that I had something to tell him, something that might make him happy.
He looked surprised and intrigued, but also hopeful and eager. He asked me what it was, what I wanted to tell him.
I took a deep breath and said:
"I love you."
" I love you too."
CONTINUE WITH PRESENT:
We arrived at our pack house, where our family and friends were waiting for us. They greeted us with cheers and hugs, congratulating us on our success. They were overjoyed to hear that the alpha Union council members had agreed to join our alliance. They praised us for our courage and wisdom, for our vision and leadership, for our love and loyalty.
Archard hugged me in front of everyone, making me blush and smile. He looked into my eyes and said in a loving voice, "Asiling, you are amazing. You did a wonderful job today. You spoke with grace and confidence. You convinced the alpha Union council members to join us. You made history today."
He kissed me softly and said in a passionate voice, "Asiling, I love you. I love you more than anything in this world. I love you more than words can say. You are my mate, my equal, my partner. You are my everything."
Everyone was admiring our love, clapping and cheering for us. They said that we were the perfect couple, that we were made for each other, that we were the pride of our pack. They said that we had brought peace and harmony to all packs, that we had created a new era of cooperation and friendship, that we had changed the world for the better.
We thanked them for their support and kindness, then invited them to join us for a celebration party. We wanted to share our happiness and gratitude with them, to celebrate our victory and achievement, to enjoy our moment of glory.
We walked into the pack house, hand in hand, feeling ecstatic and fulfilled. We knew that we had done something extraordinary today. We knew that we had made a difference today.
We knew that today was the best day of our lives. I was excited for the jury verdicts but I was scared too. I was talking with archard he said, " What happened to you?"
" Nothing I was just nervous that what is going on? why they are taking so much time."
" Ahhh I think it is happening darling because of they are little bit curious about about alliance."
" Do you really think that they will be agree?"
" Ofcourse but I'm worry about one thing more?"
" Now what is it?"
" Actually I was thinking about our marriage? what and where would we choose a venue of our wedding."
" Are you serious our wedding? '
" Ofcourse! I decided to choose our farm house. "
" Ahhh yes it will be great because everything is started from that place and it is really close to my heart. "
We were planning a wedding ceremony in a moment Hazel came to us and said," Ohhh here is our new couple."
I said, " I think we are old couple! I can see you are taking interest in cloe. I might be thinking you both will look good together."
Hazel start laughing and taking as a joke which was obvious no one wants to reveal there relationship.
We were enjoying the gathering it's seems like everyone was happy.
I looked around and saw the smiling faces of my family. They all were happy and I could feel happiness over their faces. Finally everything was going well in my life. Finally everyone was happy here. We had overcome the challenges and hardships that life had thrown at us. We had grown closer and stronger as a family. We had learned to appreciate each other and enjoy the simple things in life. We had nothing to worry about, nothing to fear, nothing to regret. We had everything we needed, everything we wanted, everything we dreamed of. We were happy, and we were together. That was all that mattered.
I remembered the times when we were not so happy, when we faced difficulties and struggles, when we argued and fought, when we felt hopeless and helpless. I remembered how we supported each other, how we comforted each other, how we forgave each other, how we encouraged each other. I remembered how we worked hard, how we sacrificed, how we persevered, how we succeeded. I remembered how we celebrated, how we laughed, how we hugged, how we loved. I remembered how far we had come, how much we had changed, how proud we were of ourselves and each other.
I felt a surge of gratitude and joy in my heart. I felt lucky and blessed to have such a wonderful family. I felt proud and happy to be a part of them. I felt hopeful and optimistic about our future. I felt peaceful and content with our present. I felt alive and fulfilled with our past.
I smiled back at them and joined them in their happiness. I hugged them and told them how much I loved them. I thanked them and told them how much I appreciated them. I praised them and told them how much I admired them. I shared with them my thoughts and feelings, my hopes and dreams, my fears and doubts.
We talked, we listened, we understood, we connected. We enjoyed each other's company, we cherished each other's presence, we valued each other's opinions, we respected each other's differences. We were a family, and we were happy.
We organized a grand celebration of the alliance after receiving the decision the next day. The alpha Union council members had announced their verdict in the morning, and they had agreed to join our alliance. They had apologized for their delay and doubts, and they had praised us for our honesty and sincerity. They had said that they were impressed by our bond and confidence, and that they were willing to cooperate and collaborate with us. They had said that they hoped that this alliance would bring peace and harmony to all packs, and that they looked forward to working with us.
We were overjoyed by their decision, and we decided to throw a party to celebrate our success. We invited all the pack members from the three allied packs, as well as the alpha Union council members and their pack members. We wanted to show them our gratitude and hospitality, to welcome them into our alliance, to share our joy and excitement with them.
We prepared a feast of delicious food and drinks, a stage of lively music and entertainment, a hall of colorful decorations and lights. We wanted to make this party a memorable and festive occasion, a symbol of our unity and friendship, a sign of our hope and optimism.
The party was on its peak, and everyone was having a great time. They were eating, drinking, dancing, laughing, talking, mingling. They were enjoying themselves, forgetting their differences and prejudices, embracing their similarities and commonalities. They were getting to know each other better, building trust and respect, forming bonds and relationships.
I was dancing with Archard, feeling his arms around me, his breath on my neck, his heartbeat in sync with mine. He looked at me with love and admiration, then whispered in my ear, " Asiling, I have something to tell you."
He led me to the stage, where he took a microphone and addressed the crowd. He said in a loud and clear voice, "Hello, everyone. Thank you for coming to this party. Thank you for being part of this alliance. Thank you for making this day possible."
He paused, then continued, "I have an announcement to make. An announcement that I hope will make you happy. An announcement that will make me the happiest man in the world."
He looked at me with a smile and said in a tender voice, " Asiling, you are my mate, my equal, my partner. You are my everything. You have made me a better person, a better leader, a better wolf. You have given me love, happiness, purpose. You have given me everything I ever wanted."
He took my hand and said in a hopeful voice, "Asiling, will you marry me?"
I gasped in surprise and delight, feeling tears in my eyes. I nodded eagerly and said in a joyful voice, "Yes! Yes! Yes!"
He slipped a ring on my finger and kissed me passionately. He said in a ecstatic voice, "asiling, I love you. I love you more than anything in this world. I love you more than words can say."
He turned to the crowd again and said in a proud voice, "Everyone, I am happy to announce that asiling and I are getting married. We are getting married next month. We are getting married here in our pack house. We are getting married in front of all of you."
He paused again then added in an emphatic voice: "And this time it is not contracted!"
The crowd erupted into cheers and applause, congratulating us on our engagement. They said that they were happy for us, that they were honored to witness our wedding, that they were proud of our alliance.
They said that we were the perfect couple: Archard & Aisling
