Chapter An Unexpected Journey

Viviane

My heart seemed to be bouncing in my chest as if he hadn't forgotten Sarah, even though he didn't know she was his daughter, he made plans that included her as if she were, and that was very important.

" Excellent idea, my son " Rodolfo supported.

We kept talking about travel and the best places we could take kids to throughout dinner and then the conversation went on for a while while while we were in the living room.

After Felipe's parents retreated, saying goodbye to us, he came towards me, already hugging me and filling me with kisses.

" We should go at least to Angra over the weekend " he suggested with a mischievous look.

"I know very well what you intend," I said smiling.

"So you're going to go with me this weekend?" he said, pretending to be misunderstood.

It only took me a few seconds to agree and soon we were handed over to each other.

*************** 💙********************

Our trip was like a dream for me. We left the capital of São Paulo on Saturday morning and will only return on Monday early.

As we had taken Sarinha with us without Isabela to help us, we could not go out to enjoy the night in Angra, despite the various places available.

Despite that, it was all wonderful since we were together and that was what mattered. During the day we went to the beach, had lunch outside, and ordered dinner at home.

But when we put Sarah to sleep and it was just the two of us, we enjoyed these moments intensely and passionately.

The first time I got sexually involved with Felipe it had been good, but this time it was different, he showed a true adoration for me, in the moments of love.

They were wonderful moments, but I hoped we could repeat them as soon as possible. I was thinking about it on Monday night after dinner with the family when I was already in my room.

Although my relationship with Felipe is getting firmer every day, I didn't think it was right that we would sleep together there in the mansion. Regardless of whether my in-laws had accepted so well the fact that I was going to separate from one of the children to be with the other, I wouldn't feel good about sharing a room with Felipe while I was still married to JP.

"You're still owing me that dinner," João Felipe spoke insinuatingly.

" When you invite me properly, we can go," I said in a cheeky tone.

He turned away from me immediately, and standing up, as I continued to sit in the same place, he took my hand and spoke solemnly:

"Viviane, would you agree to have dinner with me tomorrow night?"

When he started talking, my heart raced, as I thought he was going to make another request, but it soon returned to its normal beat when he called me to dinner.

"I need to see my schedule first," I joked.

At his expression of rebuke, arching his eyebrow, I spoke seriously.

"Sure, Felipe. Tomorrow would be perfect."

He then smiled and pulled me into a hug.

"I already miss sleeping clinging to you."

"I am too, but it's still too early. I want to first sort out my situation with João Pedro, and before you suggest I go to your room, I don't think it's right for me to just change rooms if you understand me."

"Alright. You're right and I'll wait as long as it takes."

Hearing that from Felipe did me so much good! He was willing to have a real relationship with me and respected my limits.

After a few more minutes of saying goodbye, we each went to our room.

The next day was full of anxiety on my part, as we would go out to dinner as a couple and it would be a test for me since until a few days ago I lived a life of appearances with João Pedro and everyone believed in us as a couple.

Now I would have to face some crossed looks, because I was sure that we would meet with known people, whatever restaurant Felipe decided to take me, and these people would reproach me, for such an attitude on my part.

I didn't care, though, I wanted to see how João Felipe would react to his precious social cycle by harassing him for being with his brother's wife. It would be interesting, but I was scared, I couldn't deny it.

When it came to the night and João Felipe went to the door of my room to "pick me up" for our dinner, he looked at me in a way that made me very satisfied with the time I spent getting ready that night. Soon he expressed his thoughts, praising me intensely and hugging me tightly.

"You look so beautiful, Vivi. Perfect!"

"And you're squeezing me and kneading my dress," I said casually, a little embarrassed by all your excitement for my appearance.

I was in a navy blue dress that went up to my knees, with a single sleeve, with a small slit behind. It was a discreet dress, but at the same time, it had a latent sensuality.

He then let go of me and stared at me passionately, which made me reciprocate as he was also gorgeous in his black three-piece suit. From his costume, I realized that I had not been wrong to dress more exquisitely, since I was sure that we would go to one of the best restaurants in São Paulo.

"Come on, I need to spend the night enjoying this beautiful sight."

I shook my head at the way he was looking at me, hungry, and we went to the garage of the mansion.

When I arrived at the chosen restaurant, I was sure that I was right about Felipe's choice of location, because we were now entering a trendy restaurant, frequented by the São Paulo elite. I had been there before, with my in-laws and João Pedro, and I knew that this was a place where high society went to see and be seen.

" Didn't like the restaurant?" asked Felipe, holding my hand after the valet took the keys to his car. "It's so closed-minded.

" Your impression, Felipe. "

I preferred not to expose what was going on in my thoughts and waited for the events that followed, for I had a foreboding for that night and it was not good.
