Morgan's P.O.V.
The heavy sound of the helicopter settles into a blaring Rhythm and an ear piercing sound. The more I tried to relax in this so-called getaway Vacation trip. The more fuzzy I get, I wonder what kind of fun awaits me on the island. Pretty sure it's just going to be me and some staff.
“Think Positive Morgan”I whisper to myself as I stare out the window gazing at the vast blue sea. After just sitting in one place my head has been playing out it's own Rhythm as it pounded heavily. I could feel my eyes spinning and cold sweat breaks out across my forehead as black dots swirls around my eyes.
Feeling a bit nauseated, exhausted and tired from the trip and plane ride. Am now trying to bear this sudden headache, I close my eyes and grit my teeth against the strange feeling of fainting. Panic grips me until I heard nothing no more ragging sound just the sound of birdsongs, it hit my ears like a pleasant and soft sound, as I tried to open my eyes my head still pounding, the glow of light sneaks in under my closed eyelids.
Sunlight.
“I'm going to die before I have a chance to really live out this Vacation Huh.....?I thought grimacing as I step out of the helipad.
Breathing out a sigh of relief.
Standing, I held my strap bag a bit tighter with one arm raised in a sad attempt to shield myself from the sun that seems to add to my headache.
"Suddenly I felt being watched and my whole body grew warm like it would go up in flames.
“What the hell?I blink hard against the orange glow of sunset. Staring at the sandy beach and palm trees span as far as I could see from North to South, with rich greenery flowing in land. The crash of the blue ocean waves begins a lulling tone .
“Ms. Here's your suitcase. Ms. Leslie told me the staff will take good care of you. “Don't Stress, just rest”Those were her exact words.”The pilot says, as he mutters a good bye, taking off with the helicopter.
Well, I guess I should look at the bright side of things. Am on a free one way trip on a private Island. With a line of staff at my beck and call, it won't do them Justice if I don't use this opportunity well now would it”I say sighing as I grab my suitcase, slowing walking and admiring the way the sunset hangs over the seas like it's been swallowed. The sound of the ocean water, makes a gushing and crashing tone as it heat rocks or the waves crashes down.
I've always loved the sound, my family and I used to take trips to the beach when I was still younger. It was our family vacation tradition, we have a big beach house where we would sleep in. The view of the ocean not too far from the house, the favourite part of those trips were each each night I was opportuned to sleep with the lulling sound of the ocean Calling to me.
“She’s here,” a deep male voice catches my attention, dragging my gaze from the beauty of the sea.
Behind me, the mouth of a trail stood five of the most attractive men I’ve ever laid eyes on.
When Leslie meant she prepared some staff for me did she mean those four smoking alpha males, to take care of me?”I stare at their approach confused.
“If am right, then Leslie really has outdone herself!"
These Five are here for me. Tall, with a dark look on them. Sexy, muscled and toned . To my horror, the tallest of them takes a few steps toward me, a familiar face approaches his startling blue eyes sparkling with interest and confidence with a dangerous smirk glued to his face.
Oh Crap!
“Good to see you too,Morgan”Dorian says with an amused look glittering on his face.
“Stop,” I say, not wanting to kill him. This feeling of fear and disorderliness that creeped into my bones just by hearing his voice sent shivers down my spine. I thought I’d have time before I met them, I mean not that I was avoiding them or anything. Am not one to avoid my lovers, it's not a habit I do.
“Don’t move one inch closer unless you want to die.”I say sternly trying to grab reins of the situation.
Another Pair of green sexy eyes Pierce through me sending red hot desire through me
“You're Feisty. I like it,”He murmurs.
Him too!
“Seriously what the fuck are you both doing here?I ask confused.
“Isn’t it obvious? Don’t you know what we're here for?. I mean look at the view here, the sun is quite perfect for a tan. That should at least answer your question . Why you’re here?”He asks with a know it all look.
“For a vacation, you?”I whisper, weak to my knees.
His confidence is quite daring, almost instantly as he closes the distance between us and takes my hand. “I’m here to win you.”
“Win me, that's absurd.?”I Stutter.
We'll see!"He says smirking.
“Yeah, besides you left that morning without a proper good morning kiss”Xavier murmurs as he presses a kiss to the space between my first two knuckles and I have to fight a shiver of longing as I draw my hands back out of reach taking a step back.
“Forgive me, my princess. I am Stephano Montero. It is a pleasure to be at your service.”A male voice murmurs as he steps up his eyes up to meet mine and there is no apology in their depths just naked look of desire as his eyes rakes my body in a appreciative glance. This man knows he’s handsome and he has read my reaction obviously.
“Seriously, when did Leslie prepare this, the almighty vacation is indeed going to be inventful”I say under my breath, with a strained smile on my face.
I tear my gaze from his mesmerizing attention, as I manage to break his hold and glance at the other three men. Each stand with a defensive posture, and each of them are beautiful maybe too beautiful to behold.
If I were to subtract Dorian and Xavier from this equation then I would call Leslie my Fairy God Mother, or genie for this beautiful present." I thought as I stare at both Xavier and Dorian who both had determined looks in their faces.
“Since I already know you both what about the rest of you. Are you going to introduce yourselves as well, or are you just going to keep me standing?”I say in an inpatient tone.
“ Walking up to the last dude standing, I am in control here, and I need to remember that. I'm always in control”I say repeating the mantra over and over again.
I stand in front of a tall man with thick, dark hair and pitch black irises. His jaw is shaded with a hint of stubble, giving him a more rugged appearance from the others. I like it.
“What is your name?” I ask as he assesses me, a slight frown furrowing his brow.
“My name is Zion.”He says gruffly
“You are quite handsome, Zion, But your frown betrays your true feelings. Is there something bothering you?”
His lips twist into a simple smile.
“None”He says...
“I’m the chef, I was appointed to take care of all your needs”He says.
“And am your personal masseur, appointed to take good care of your relaxation”Stephano says with a cocky look.
A throat clears to my right, bringing my focus to Xavier. His Blond hair the color of gold. Which gives him a careless air, the tousled locks catching the breeze makes me want to itch and run my fingers through the strands.
Another voice then squeaks out, looking around trying to spot the direction of the very sound. “My name is Griffin”He says...
His broad shoulders and muscles of his back are visible through the thin material of his T-shirt. This man seems strong. Sliding my hand over his shoulder, I let it linger a touch too long before speaking.
“Seems Leslie left you all here as my companions”I say in a bored tone.
“Well you can call me Morgan”I say smiling.
“Morgan,” he says, my name sounding like a song from his lips.
His thick, wavy hair is the color of coffee, and the green of his eyes makes me wonder what he's thinking. They look like emeralds set in his irises.
Xavier takes my arm, the contact sending a jolt through me. “Morgan, allow me to escort you to our home for the next two weeks.”He says.
I watch him rake his gaze over my body as the others stand close by. So he's trying to lord over everyone like being the alpha of the pack.
Removing myself from his grasp, I turn my focus to Stephano. “I’d like it if you would escort me, stephano.”
Frustration rolls off Xavier in waves as he reluctantly offers his arm, but I ignore him. He needs to understand his place here. He is not in charge.
And there no winning me back!
Not now
Not ever!
I shouldn’t be surprised when the house we walk up to is extravagant. The open air design gives off a beautiful vibe, The chitter of birds and the crash of the waves float through the rooms on the breeze. A smile pulls at my lips. I could get used to this. Sun, sand, freedom.
“This is…stunning,” I say, turning around slowly as I take in the resort-like home. I place my bag on the round table in the center of the foyer. “How long have you been here?”
“About a day.”Griffin says as he separates himself from me and settles on the couch before picking up a book from the end table.
His dark gaze doesn’t leave the pages of his book, but I could feel the animosity coming from him. He seems the brooding type And, I can’t deny the tingle of attraction that surges through me every time our eyes lock.
Well I do desire them all!
My stomach gives a loud growl in the quiet room, causing Dorian and Xavier’s lips to twitch.
“Hungry?” Zion asks.
“So hungry,” I say, trying not to let my Emotions show.
Griffin motions Zion not to move an inch as he finally puts down his book and stares at me hard. “Sit, I'll go prepare some omelette.”He says as he walks past me his musky manly scent swirling around me.
Stephano lets out a soft chuckle. “God, he’s sometimes moody. Definitely not a people's person it's like he’s begging you to put him out of his misery.” His hand slides across my waist, settling on the small of my back. It’s so strange to be touched in such a familiar, sensual way. My breath catches as he leans in close and his lips brush my ear. “Come on, I’ll show you to the kitchen. I’m hungry too.”
Glancing over my shoulder at Xavier who seems to have a permanent grumpy look on his face and Dorian hooded eye, observing and assessing the situation.
“You guys coming?” I ask. Stephano's hand tenses on my back. It’s too soon to be alone with any of them. I need to get to know them each together and then one by one.
What the hell am I thinking?
Morgan you are not here, just to know some dude. You here on this getaway trip to have fun”I muster.
They follow us, the two men behind me talking about some football game or other. I like the sound of their voices, the feel of them all with me. Even Xavier's anger is better than the complacency of home.
Griffin crosses the large kitchen toward the refrigerator and pulls open the door. The fridge is stocked with anything you could want for two weeks.
Laughter fills the kitchen from all Five of them, as they chattered moving around the kitchen.
Stephano grabs five plates while Dorian pulls out lunchmeat and cheese and eggs.
“So you must have had a real stressful flight here"Zion says, staring at me with a look of curiosity.
“Yeah, I did. You wouldn't believe the shock of surprise when I found you guys here. I thought It would just be me”I murmur smiling at them. As the sweet aroma of fired egg swril around the kitchen.
They stop chuckling and stare at me. “Really?”Dorian asks. “You really thought Leslie would leave you all by yourself?”
Shaking my head, I suddenly feel embarrassed. “She never said anything, it's all surprising. But I guess she knows I love suprises.”I say smiling.
Dragging a hand through his hair, Stephano smirks. “Believe me princess, You would be so bored out here all by yourself.”
“I suppose you're right. It might not be a bad thing except for this two”I say motioning my hand at Dorian and Xavier.
“Now is the time for you three to show me exactly what I’ve been missing?” I say smirking as I glimpse a crumpling look on Both Xavier and Dorian's face.
Stephano laughs. “Definitely.”
We ate together, the tension between us lessening with our conversation as I settle in and allow myself to relax. I need to consider this as the good kinda vacation, an escape from my life.
After scrapping down my omelette, Grabbing my plate, I rise and set it in the sink. “I’m going to find my room. Then maybe one of you’d like to join me for a walk maybe?”
“Sure, I'll walk with you”Stephano says sharply with a victory smile on his face.
“Great”I say I drag my suitcase upstairs.
Maybe this Vacation isn't that bad. Remember just try to subtract Dorian and Xavier besides their are three hot smoking men vying for your attention.
“Be in control”I murmur.....
