Dahan-dahang binuksan ni Shelly ang front door.She's late.Sobrang traffic kasi may nagka-banggaan.She's so nervous kasi sabi ni Jake in an hour or less dapat nasa condo na siya.Galit na nga ang nobyo sa nangyari kanina.Tapos heto na naman.What a way to start her week!
She saw him sitting on the leather couch.
His stare is icy.He still has his light blue banker shirt on minus the tie.
"B-babe..sorry traffic talaga." She said in a voice that is shaking a little.
Jake didn't move.He knows she's telling the truth.He checked Waze a few minutes ago.Ma-traffic talaga sa route na dinaanan nila ni mang Eddie.
She walked forward.She is just a few feet away from him now.
His eyes roamed at what she's wearing and his eyes narrowed.She would still look great maski basahan yata ang ipasuot dito.Gustong niyang magmura when he thought kung ilang lalake na naman kaya ang nagnasa sa nobya niya.
"Babe," Shelly bit her lower lip." Galit ka pa ba?"
He pulled her body against his and in a curt voice said,"From now on you just can go out with Pat once a week! Kung gusto niyang makita ka,she can come here anytime! As much as possible palagi mo akong kasama pag aalis ka! if hindi ako pwede aside from mang Eddie dapat kasama mo din si manang Celia! " he said in an authoritative voice.
Shelly gaped at him.Anak ng tofu! Seryoso ba ito?
"But babe.." she wants to protest.
"No buts! Either you follow those rules or you won't go out at all! " he said angrily.
Labag man sa kalooban niya pumayag na din siya.Tutal may kasalanan naman siya.Sana nung malaman niya na darating si Alex dapat umuwi na lang siya.Pero sabi ng konsensya niya,kabastusan naman yun.Pagtataksil na ba kay Jake yung nangyari kanina tsaka yung unang beses na kasama nila si Alex?
Suddenly Jake's phone started to ring.
He released her and got his phone na nasa coffee table.Shelly saw him looked at the caller's name and she saw him frown.Medyo lumayo ito sa kanya.He stood looking outside the window while he took the call.Mahina ang boses nito pero pinagana ni Shelly ang bionic ears niya.She sat on the couch which Jake occupied a while ago and she began leafing through a magazine.Jake was probably 9 feet away from her.Nakatalikod ito sa kanya.
Halos mag-laway si Shelly sa maumbok na backside ng nobyo niya.She knows how his behind feels like.Firm and smooth..ay teka! Kung ano-ano na ang naiisip niya.She needs to focus on her man’s phone conversation.
"How did you get my number?" Jake asked the caller.It was almost a whisper.
He brushed his hair with his right hand.He does that when he’s either disappointed,worried or pissed.
"I'm busy...okay,okay!" medyo napalakas na sabi niya. He frowned when he heard a ripping sound.
"Okay,I'll let you know." He said and ended the call bago humarap ulit to look at his woman.
Shelly looks a little flushed as she sits on the sofa.Hindi ito nakatingin sa kanya . He saw her leafing through a poor magazine na halos punit punit na.
"Babe?" he asked her.
"WHAT?!" She hissed.Her pretty face looks irritated.
He sat down next to her and took the magazine from her hands.
"Tama na madami ng wawalisin si manang Celia bukas." He chuckled.
Shelly's eyes are like daggers."Anong nakakatawa?" she asked.
He shook his head and nilapit nito ang mukha niya sa dalaga.
"Why are you upset?" bulong nito while looking at her lips.
BWISIT! -Isip ni Shelly.
Padabog siyang tumayo.Kapag hindi niya ginawa yun bibigay na naman siya.Sa ganito naman magaling ang pervert na lalaking ito eh.Gagalitin siya tapos konting landi lang sa kanya okay na siya?Pwes! Hindi araw-araw pasko!
"Ano na naman ba ang problema babe?" medyo inis na tanong nito.
He can't really understand women! They are so fickle!
Shelly is standing up a few feet from him.She's looking at him sharply.Naiinis siya because Jake looks so yummy just sitting down carelessly on the couch.Nakapatong ang dalawang braso nito sa likuran ng sofa.Nakakunot ang noona sa totoo lang lalo nagpapalakas sa dating nito. Leche! Wala talagang pangit na anggulo ang babaerong bf niya.
"Sino ang kausap mo?" she finally found the guts to ask.She doesn't care anymore kung isipin nito na nagseselos siya kasi totoo naman.She saw Jake's lips twitched kaya Naningkit ang mata niya.
"What's amusing?" she angrily asked.
"You babe.Meron ka ba ngayon?Bakit ang sungit mong bigla?" Nangingiting tanong ni Jake."
"So nakakatawa na pala ako ngayon?" nakapamewang na sabi niya.
"No," suddenly Jake said throatily.His eyes became darker in color.
Now he is looking at her with desire in his eyes.His gaze moved from her face ,then her lips and finally settling on her breasts.
Nararamdaman ni Shelly na nag-iinit ang pakiramdam niya sa titig nito.Heto na naman kasi ito! He's trying to seduce her! Pero kailangan niyang gamitin ang natitira pa niyang self-control sa katawan.They need to talk about that phone call.
"Kapag hindi mo sinagot ang tanong ko.Hindi mo ako pwedeng tabihan mamaya." Sabi niya sa boses na may lakip na inis.
Jake's gaze went up her face again.He noticed that her cheeks are a bit flushed.
"Are you sure about that babe?" tanong nito habang may nakakalokong ngiti sa mga labi.
She was about to say something that Jake feels na hindi magandang marinig from a lovely woman like her,so he stood up and came near her.
"Okay babe.I will tell you."he said in a serious voice.
Shelly began tapping her right foot on the carpet.Her arms are across her chest.
"Who?" she asked
"Si Cassie yun.May bagong business na bubuksan ang family niya and she wants to discuss it with me." He said calmly.
Gusto niyang magmura kahit hindi siya sanay.Paano naman ang style ng babaeng anaconda bulok na bulok!
"Bakit ikaw pa? Bakit hindi si William or Thomas?" inis na tanong niya.
"Babe,Thomas will go on a business trip in a few days and Will is busy with his new business." Paliwanag ng binata.
Tumalikod si Shelly sa nobyo.Naiinis talaga siya.Bakit pag siya ang nagseselos wala siyang magawa pag si Jake palaging may rules?
"Wala akong tiwala sa babaeng yun! Can't you see na may gusto siya syo?Na baka way niya lang yan para maakit ka niya?" She told him after facing him.She doesn't care anymore.She wants him to know that she is upset..very upset!
"Babe,don’t you trust me?" hinapit ng binata ang dalaga sa bewang close to his body.
"Uulitin ko yung palagi mong sinasabi sa akin..Sayo meron, pero sa mga basurang nasa paligid mo wala akong tiwala." She said while looking straight into his eyes.
"But babe,this is business." He tried to make his desirable woman understand.
"Pareho pa din yun! Didn't you notice na halos lumuwa na ang kaluluwa niya nung Sunday para lang mapansin mo?" she almost yelled while she tries to get away from him.
"You're still jealous of Cassie." He beamed.
"YES! There! I said it!" gigil na sabi ng dalaga.
"Di ba sabi ko wala kang dapat pagselosan?" malumanay na sabi ni Jake sa nobya.
Shelly is really pissed! With all her strength tinulak niya na palayo si Jake sa kanya.She's sure na pinagbigyan lang siya ng nobyo kaya nakawala siya.She thought na ang hirap talagang makaintindi ng Jake Herrera na ito!
"Okay! Kung wala akong dapat ipagselos sa babaeng yun then wala ka ding dapat ipagselos kay Alex!" inis na sabi niya.
The moment na sinabi niya yun,Shelly felt regretful.Nawala ang ngiti ni Jake.Nakita ni Shelly na biglang namula ang leeg ng nobyo. His expression became cold.Then he grabbed her by the shoulder and shook her a little.
"Don't you dare mention that bastard again!! Sa susunod na marinig kong lumabas ulit sa bibig mo ang pangalan ng tarantadong yun,mas masahol pa ang gagawin ko sa kanya kumpara sa ginawa ko sa putangnang ex mo!" galit na galit na sabi nito bago siya bitawan and walked out angrily.
