Alex manoeuvred the car out of the parking lot.
"Sabi mo bukas pa tayo magkikita?" Pat asked.
Nilingon siya nito, "I wanted to surprise you." sabi nito then ibinalik ang tingin sa kalsada. "Plano ko talaga we'll work out together then we'll go somewhere to celebrate."
Nangiti si Pat. Napaka-sweet talaga niya sa nobyo kahit may pagka-bayolente ito minsan.
She leaned her head on his right shoulder while she has her hand on his thigh. He kissed the top of her head. Lalo siyang na-iinlove dito. She will really try to be a good girlfriend.
"Ano ba yung surprise mo baby?" malambing na tanong niya.
"You'll see later." nakangiting sagot ni Alex.
"Anong sabi mo kay mama?"
"I told her that we'll celebrate. And I think okay lang na late na kita mahahatid kasi mukhang paalis din ang mama mo kanina eh. She mentioned something about a birthday party." he said.
"Oo nga pala .Ngayon yung birthday ng kumare niya." Pat remembered. "Nakakalabas-labas lang si mama sa gabi pag wala si papa kaya sinasamantala na niya."
Pinagsawa niya ang mata sa right profile ng nobyo .He is really very good-looking .Now she realized na hindi siya nagsisisi na sinagot niya ito. Alex has a lot of good qualities which she should be thankful for. Naramdaman yata nito na she is staring at him so tumingin ito sa kanya for a second or two before focusing on his driving again.
"Baka naman matunaw na ako niyan baby." nakangiting sabi nito.
Pat flashed a sexy smile habang nakatitig pa din dito. She touched his right bicep. Kinuha nito ang kamay niya then rubbed it against his right cheek while his eyes are on the road.
"I love you baby." he said.
She gave him a peck on the cheek, " I love you too."
Umupo siya ulit ng maayos but her left hand is on his thigh. "Alex,I want to say something."
Tumingin ito sa kanya with a slight frown on his handsome face.
"About what?" tanong nito.
"Us." maiksing sagot niya.
"Do I need to pull over? You sound serious." sabi nito sounding clipped.
Medyo kinakabahan kasi ito. He swears that he will go ballistic pag hindi maganda ang sasabihin ng nobya. He isn't aware that he is gripping the steering wheel.
Pat frowned a little ng mapansin niya na Alex seems to be a little agitated. Baka akala nito kung ano ang sasabihin niya. Nailing na lang siya. She faced him and touched his nape.Minasahe niya ito lightly.
"Relax baby, you look stiff." biro niya.
Gritting his teeth, he said, " Just be sure that what you're going to say will not make me pissed." banta nito as he threw her a glance .Naguumpisa nang mamula ang leeg nito.
" It won't." she smiled while still massaging his nape.
"Get on with it then!" he said, his tone still unfriendly.
"Baby, I love you as much as you love me..." she began.
Alex interrupted her and forced a laugh while shaking his head," No baby," he said bago sumulyap sa kanya. "You don't even know how I really feel about you."
Kung alam lang ni Pat that Alex constantly thinks about her. He wants to always show her how much she means to him. He loves her so much that's why he really goes berserk when he imagines her with another man.
"Alex, mahal kita. If you say that you are a one woman man, stick to one din ako. So please baby, try to control your temper, pwede?" pakiusap niya as she touches his arm.
"Hindi ako magagalit kung walang dahilan."matigas na sabi nito.
She just kept quiet after that. Baka mag-away pa sila. She placed her left hand on his right thigh. She just sighed. Basta she'll do her best to convince him na wala naman siyang balak na mag-boyfriend pa ng iba. May nabasa siya dati na constant touching assures a person that you love him or her. And besides kapag mahal mo, palagi mong gustong makita lalo na mahawakan. She really likes touching him so it's like killing two birds with one stone. She just strongly hopes that Alex will soon realize how much she loves him para mabawasan ang pagiging seloso nito. Biglang pansin niya na parang pamilyar na ang dinadaanan nila.
"Baby, where are we going?" she asked curiously.
Ngumiti lang ito sa kanya and touched her hand on his thigh.
"Somewhere na magugustuhan mo." he said.
Biglang naalala ni Pat na ito yung way going sa bahay na pinuntahan nila dati ni Alex. After a short while, he parked in front of it.Napansin ni Pat na bagong pintura ito. Lalong gumanda ang garden ngayon. Nadagdagan ang ilaw sa labas. He opened her door and took hold of her hand to help her get out. Hawak-kamay silang naglakad papasok ng bahay. When he opened the front door, Pat gaped.
May mga gamit na sa loob and pati interior parang medyo nagbago. He held her hand habang pinaikot niya ang tingin sa buong kabahayan.
"You like it baby?" he asked huskily as he pulled her closer to him. Hinalikan nito ang pisngi niya.
"Ang ganda! Sinong titira dito?"
"Maybe we'll rent it out. Mag-uusap pa kami ng mama ko. Actually hindi pa tapos. May ipapaayos pa sa taas." he said. "Let's go to the kitchen." aya nito as he gently pulls her hand.
Palapit pa lang sila sa kusina may naamoy na agad si Pat na mabango. The dining room looks nice. Pati dining table bago. Six seater ito. The kitchen is very modern .It's in black and white. May built in oven pa. May kitchen nook ito na gawa sa black granite.
"Baby? Did you cook?" gulat na tanong ni Pat.
He released her hand to take off his shirt.
Nanlaki ang mata ni Pat. "Alex?!"
He pulled her to him then kissed her hard on the mouth before he walked near the fridge to open a drawer to get an apron.
"We'll make love later baby. Magluluto muna ako ng dinner natin." pilyong sabi nito as he puts on a blue apron.
Pat blushed. Just the mere thought of him making love to her sends a warm feeling all over her body. Naalala niya tuloy dati nung pinagluto sila nito ni Shelly sa Tagaytay. She just smiled. Hindi na siya na-iinsecure sa bestie niya ngayon .She knows Alex loves her. She ran her eyes on him. Nakagat niya ang labi . Ang yummy lalo nito sa suot na apron. Kitang-kita ang nagmumurang biceps .Sobrang nakakapag-laway talaga ang katawan nito. Idagdag pa ang napakaguwapo nitong mukha. He is looking at her too .He's grinning which made his dimples appear.
Pat flashed him a seductive smile,then binasa-basa pa niya ang labi ,"Ang hot naman ng chef." she said in her sexiest tone.
Alex's eyes narrowed and she noticed that his breathing hitched as he stares at her, "Baby, not unless you want to eat burnt food, you better stop seducing me." his voice sounds croaked.
She giggled. "Sige na. Mamaya na nga lang. Do you need any help?"
"Can you help me with the salad?" tanong nito as he took out veggies from the fridge.
"Don't I need to take off my top so I can wear an apron too?"she joked.
Nilingon siya nito. He looked at her face ,pababa sa dibdib niya. His eyes turning molten, "Don't tempt me baby. I might take you up on your offer." sabi nito.
Pilyang ngumiti si Pat ."I take it back. Baka hindi ka pa makapag-focus sa pagluluto .I want to eat something edible."
Alex chuckled as he put the washed veggies on the counter." I will eat something more delicious later." pilyong ngiti nito as he looks at her tits then down on her most private part.
"ALEX!"
Ang sarap ng pakiramdam ni Pat. Dati pangarap lang niya ang ganito, yung magluluto kasama si Alex. From time to time ninanakawan siya nito ng halik. Kaninang bago pala ito nagpunta sa gym, he prepared everything. Now he is heating a little olive oil in the pan grill para lutuin ang tuna steak. Iniinit din nito ang baked chicken na binili lang daw nito cause he doesn't have enough time to bake .He simmered seafood soup bago ito umalis. Yun pala ang naamoy niyang mabango kanina. She just finished preparing the salad. Ang mga prutas naman for dessert ang hihiwain niya.
"Baby, is that your phone?" Alex asked as he was checking the chicken.
She ran to the sink to wash her hands para sagutin ang nag-eeskandalo niyang telepono. Inabutan siya ng paper towel ni Alex."Thanks baby." sabi niya. He kissed her on the mouth.
She took her phone from her bag na nasa kitchen counter. "Jenna?" gulat na tanong niya. Madalang siya nitong tawagan nito so it must be something important.
Lumingon siya kay Alex na nakakunot ang noo na nakatingin sa kanya. Maybe he is also wondering kung bakit siya tinawagan ni Jenna.
Lumapit ito sa kanya to get the phone from her. He turned on the loudspeaker bago ito binalik sa kanya.
"Pat?" came Jenna's voice.
"May problema?" she asked.
"Pat kasama mo pa ba si Alex?" tanong nito.
Nakagat ni Pat ang labi. Alex shook his head from side to side. It’s his way of telling her to say na hindi sila magkasama.
"Bakit mo tinatanong?" medyo kabadong tanong niya.
"Kasi si Enchong eh..." nag-aalangang sabi nito.
Alex cursed then grabbed the phone from Pat.
