Zoey frowned nang makita si Pat. "So I finally get to meet Alex's tramp." she said .
"ZOEY!" saway ni Cindy then she looked back at Pat who is walking towards them with a smile on her pretty face.
Nakilala niya ang pinsan ni Alex na pinagselosan niya dati. She is with another woman who seems to be scrutinizing her.
"Hi Patricia!" Cindy greeted her. Lumapit ito sa kanya to kiss her on the cheek.
"Hello Cindy." bati niya. She also smiled to the other woman who is looking at her sharply.
"Does Alex know you're coming?" tanong nito.
Pat shook her head,"No. I want to surprise him." nakangiting sabi niya. "I brought food."
Cindy grinned. "Oh let me help you with that." she said bago kinuha ang isa sa dalang paper bag ni Pat .Nilapag nito sa upuan near them.
"Thank you." sabi niya tapos inilapag din ang dala niya pang isang paper bag.
"Aren't you going to introduce me Cindy?" maarteng tanong ni Zoey.
Tumingin si Pat sa babae. Tipid na ngiti na lang ang pinakawalan niya dahil hindi naman ito nakangiti sa kanya .Hindi nga niya alam kung bakit mukhang inis ito.
Cindy sighed. "Patricia this is my friend Zoey. Zoey, this is Patricia ,Alex's girlfriend." she said with a stress on the word girlfriend as she glares at Zoey. She just hopes that her cousin will come soon before Zoey says something to Pat. She's afraid that her friend is going to be bitchy to his girlfriend.
"Nice to meet you Zoey." mahinang sabi ni Pat.
The woman is pretty, naisip ni Pat. Pero parang may something about her na nagbibigay sa kanya ng hindi magandang pakiramdam. She shook off the thought.
"I didn't know that Alex has a girlfriend. I remember he was unattached, last time we were together." maarteng sabi nito.
Pat frowned. Alex was with this woman? Kailan? Tanong niya sa sarili.
Cindy cleared her throat, " Patricia? Did you cook all those food?" pag-iiba nito sa usapan. Umiling si Pat to answer Cindy but her eyes are still on Zoey.
The other woman curled her lip as she looks at Pat from head to toe. Cindy gave a sigh of relief when she saw Alex is coming. "Alex!" tawag nito bago halos patakbong sinalubong ang pinsan.
Naningkit ang mata ni Pat ng mapansin niyang lumapad ang ngiti ni Zoey ng marinig na dumating na si Alex. Her smile became flirtatious.
Alex is busy dialing his phone to call Pat ng marinig nito ang malakas na tawag ng pinsan. Nasa gilid ito ng entrance door. Nilingon nito ang pinsan habang kunot ang noo ."Are you that excited to see me that you can't wait for me inside? I need to call Patricia first." He said sabay ibinalik ang tingin sa telepono nito.
"You don't have to call her cause she's here." sabi ni Cindy.
Surprise and delight registered on his face ng marinig ang sinabi ng pinsan. He hurriedly walk passed her to get inside but he stopped in his tracks when he saw Zoey in the lobby with his girlfriend. Nakatalikod si Pat.
"SHIT!" mahinang mura nito. Dali-dali itong lumapit sa nobya. He's worried na baka may sabihin si Zoey kay Pat.
"Baby!" he called. Dahan-dahang pumihit si Pat.
Lalo namang umasim ang mukha ni Zoey when she heard Alex's endearment for Pat. Alex gave her a peck on the lips . He totally ignored Zoey na masama ang tingin sa kanila.
"You're here." he said grinning from ear to ear habang hawak ang kamay niya.
"She brought food, Alex." sabi ni Cindy.
"Baby, did you?" masayang tanong nito not taking his eyes off her lovely face.
Pat nodded. She forced herself to smile kahit inis na inis siya sa sinabi ni Zoey. This womanizer has a lot of explaining to do later. Pero ngayon she has to show Zoey kung sino siya sa buhay ni Alex.
Pat touched Alex's chest, "I hope you like Chinese baby," she said huskily as she wets her lips with the pink tip of her tongue while looking at him sexily.
Alex’s eyes narrowed. His woman is seducing him and she is succeeding. He can't wait to be alone with her.
"I am sated with all these cheesy nonsense." biglang sabi ni Zoey ."I'll go ahead Cindy."
"Oh sure Zoey! Thanks for the ride." Mabilis sabi ni Cindy.
Napilitan si Alex na tignan si Zoey, Pat also turned to look at the other woman.
"Bye for now Alex. I will be seeing you again very soon." malanding sabi nito as she looks at Alex's face down to the front of his pants while she bits her bottom lip.
Pat clenched her fists. Gustong-gusto niyang hablutin ang buhok ng malanding babae na nasa harapan nila. Parang lalamunin si Alex kung titigan nito. PAKSHET!
"Let's go Zoey! I'll walk you to your car." sabi ni Cindy bago nito hinila palabas ang kaibigan.
Pag-alis ng magkaibigan Alex whispered to Pat's ear, "Let's go upstairs baby."
Pat ignored him. She walked to where the paper bags are to get them. Napasimangot si Alex.Kinuha nito sa nobya ang mga pagkain.
Pat marched to the elevator na para bang wala siyang kasama. Napamura ng mahina si Alex. He feels that she is upset because of Zoey. He has been trying to avoid the woman pero mukha talagang nananadya ito. He will definitely talk to Cindy again.
"Baby, wait up!" sabi nito but she didn't even look at him.
They got inside the elevator. Hindi pa din ito tinitignan ni Pat dahil kumukulo ang dugo niya. Kung hindi pa siya nagpunta ngayon dito hindi niya pa malalaman na may kiring babae na kinakatagpo si Alex dati.
Hindi naman makahirit si Alex dahil may dalawang matandang sumakay ng elevator. He has to wait until they are in his unit bago sila makapag-usap ng maayos ng nobya. Hindi nito alam kung ano ang sinabi ni Zoey kay Pat before he arrived. He cursed under his breath ng maisip na baka may sinabi ito about the kiss. Kahit na hindi nito gusto yun, nangyari pa rin.
When the door opened, Pat stepped out. Nakasunod lang si Alex. She took out the key from her bag then binuksan ang pintuan. He came after her then closed the door using his back. Dumiretso sa kusina si Pat and took out some plates and bowls.
Inilapag ni Alex ang mga paper bag sa lamesa then nilapitan ang nobya He hugged her. "Thanks for coming baby." malambing na sabi nito.
Pat squirmed from his hold. "Bitiwan mo ko!" she said.
Alex slackened his embrace then eventually let her go. He put his right hand on his nape and then fixed his eyes on her. She is just staring back at him. Her lovely face looks crossed.
"Sino ba ang babaeng yun? She said that you have been with her. Kailan? Ibig sabihin may ibang babae ka nung nililigawan mo pa lang ako?" she is gritting her teeth.
He sighed. "Baby, wala akong babae! Ikaw lang! Don't believe what she said."
"Hindi ako tanga para hindi mapansin ang mga tingin niya sayo! Para bang you have been intimate with her already." mapait na sabi ni Pat which made Alex cursed.
"Ano? May nangyari ba sa inyo ng babaeng yun?"
Nasabunutan ng binata ang sarili. Maybe he should tell her what really happened.
When Pat saw his reaction parang nag-hyperventilate siya. Mukhang may nangyari nga.
Alex’s face looked so worried ng makita nito ang mukha ni Pat. Parang maiiyak na hindi naman. Lukot na lukot ang magandang mukha nito.
"Baby.." tawag ni nito habang palapit sa kanya.
"NO! Huwag kang lalapit! " galit na sabi niya sabay umatras pa lalo from him. "So may nangyari nga?" she shrieked. Her hand on her chest.
"It's not what you think, baby .Cindy came with her a few days ago. She slept over na hindi ko alam. Next morning, lumabas ako ng kitchen she was here. She forced herself on me .It was just a very short kiss baby." paliwanag niya.
"Are you sure na yun lang?" tanong niya in a high-pitched voice.
Tumalikod si Alex then massaged his nape. He is asking himself kung sasabihin niya lahat.
"WHAT?" May tinatago ka pa! Tell me!!" tila nag-papanic na sabi ni Pat.
OMG! Maiiyak na talaga siya. May ibang babae si Alex! Hindi niya matanggap! Ang sakit-sakit naman!
"Grabe kang magselos tapos ikaw naman ang may ginagawa!" sumbat niya.
Humarap si Alex. "I was thinking about you. I didn't know that I was staring at her. She got the wrong impression. She was able to kiss me for a few seconds only cause I pushed her away from me. She took off her top then dumating si Cindy." he said with a heavy sigh.
Napaupo si Pat. " Oh my God." she whispered. Tears started to fall on her face. Naghubad ang babae na yun sa harapan ni Alex!
"Baby, it was nothing. I told her that I was thinking of another woman. Akala niya gusto ko siya. I have never wanted any woman since I saw you again." he said. Gusto nitong lapitan ang nobya but he knows she is mad.
Isinubsob ni Pat ang mukha sa mga kamay niya for a few seconds, then raised her face. And as if talking to herself , she said in between sobs, "I was so guilty na hinalikan ako ni Matt..mas grabe pala ang nangyari sa inyo ng babaeng yun."
Nanlaki ang mata ni Alex sa narinig.
"WHAT THE FUCK??! THAT ASSHOLE KISSED YOU??!" sigaw nito.
