“We have to go, Grace, Mr. Mark has caught something in the maze,” he said to me, standing up
"What is this place, Kayden?" I asked him while looking at a little big building
"Prison," he answered
“Prison? Do you have a prison here?” I told him to laugh
“Do you think that there are no people here who break the laws?! Or do they harm others?”
"No. I mean, yes, I thought like that a little." I replied to continue pulling me behind him, he advanced in front of a room and opened it for us to enter
I found Grace Logan Daniel and Mr. Mark looking at something. I turned my eyes to that thing to find that it was like that thing that stood before me in the woods yesterday. It's the shadow sitting on the ground, but its eyes don't show.
I looked to the side of the room to find that the man who led me towards him yesterday is that spirit why is he here?
“I think it was he who stood in front of Elinor yesterday, so the maze caught him,” Grace said to Kayden
"So what are we going to do to him?? You know he can't talk, we won't find out anything from him, should we kill him?" Logan said
“No, we will leave him here and control him, we will make him one of our experiments to find out the things we do not know about the shadows, even if he does not speak .
“Then Alpha, does that mean that there might be others around our kingdom?” asked Mr. Mark
"Maybe, but this thing should be kept secret. If the people of the kingdom find out about this, they'll panic, you know it," Kayden said to them, nodding their heads in understanding.
That spirit came in front of me and I looked away from him as if I didn't see him
"I didn't want to hurt you, I don't want to." That guy spoke to look at him. I can't speak in front of them right now so I nodded a little without anyone noticing.
“If they get so close here, doesn’t that mean that war is close?” Daniel asked, looking at Grace.
"I haven't seen anything yet but if it's really close that means I'll see it soon," said Grace
"Let's get out of here," Kayden said as he pulled me behind him to let us out and everyone else followed
“Won’t he run away like that?” I asked
“We cast a spell. He can’t move anywhere.” Mr. Mark answered me as I nodded
We entered the palace and everyone sat in the living room
"Tomorrow we will try to train Elinor's strength, Mr. Mark and Daniel, can you do this?" Kaiden asked them
"Of course, an alpha," replied Mr. Mark
"I don't know, I probably won't be here, I might go..." Daniel stopped speaking when someone hit his head hard
"Mom," Daniel cried out in pain
"You remember you have a mother, you idiot," Madison cried, standing in front of him and holding his ear
"Mom, I can explain," Daniel replied, trying to get out of her grasp
"What are you going to explain? Just wait I'm going to make you can't use your feet from now on" she said to him and everyone started smiling and laughing at their looks and me too
"Mom, I'm sorry, I promise you that this time I'm not going anywhere, just this time, don't punish me, I'll stay here." He told her in surrender.
"I've already said it, why would I believe you now?"
"Because I promised my sister-in-law, the queen, that I would stay here with you. I can't go beyond a promise I made to her. She's the color at the end. Ask her." Everyone looked at me, when did he promise me that?

"I'm feeling sleepy" Daniel said standing up
"You don't have a room here anymore so sleep in the garden," Madison said as she went to follow Daniel as he apologised, Grace laughed at them.
"Go first, I'll have a little talk with Logan and Mr. Mark." He said to me to nod and wish them good night
I went to our room and went into the dressing room to pick up my pajamas and before going to the bathroom I stood up to see that man again.
"Okay, let's do something about your sudden back, first. Never come into my room again."
"I won't do it again, Luna, but this is an emergency."
" What is the ?"
“The shadow that I saw earlier is that… it’s me,” he told me to look at him in shock
" what ??"
"It's my body... I can't control it, they transformed me but my soul is still here and I don't want to see anyone get hurt, you're Luna, everyone says you're the one who's going to help save everyone" he told me
“I also don’t know that everything is new to me and also if you turn into a shadow that means you are already dead” I told him to look at the floor sadly I felt something watching us to look to the side of the room and see Ella sitting on the floor and watching us quietly
Ella called her to smile at me before looking at that man
“He is...a person...good,” she said, pointing at him.
" Why do you say that ?" I asked her
"Because... who helped... Leo" she said to me, referring to the child Leo who she told me to save
"That kid, the shadows tried to turn him and I was among them, I don't know how but I tried with all my might to give him enough time to run away," said the man.
"And you saw him?" I said to Ella
“Yes,” she replied
"Then I have to find out about this, anyway you're safer now I mean your body because you're not going to hurt anyone" I told him to nod for me before he disappeared and looked at Ella
Did she also turn into a shadow?? little girl ?? I smiled at her before I went to the bathroom.
Tomorrow after I practice I'll go see Leo, maybe he'll tell me something
I finished my shower and went out to lay down on the bed under the duvet for only a few seconds and I saw Kayden enter and smile at me as he heads towards the bathroom before he comes out and lay next to me and wraps his hands around my waist to bring me closer to him I put my head next to his neck and feel his lips on my hair I put my hands on his chest
Only seconds and I felt his breathing settle, it means he has already fallen asleep so I started talking to myself
"What if I fail to help you eliminate those shadows? What if I'm not that strong? What if I'm just someone of no use to you in the war? What if I..."
"If you keep talking, I'll kiss you." Kaiden's voice surprised me
"I thought... you... had slept."
"Yes, and I thought I had more self-control than I knew, and if you keep saying nonsense about yourself, I'll have only one choice left, and that's to make you shut up ," he said in a deep, earnest voice.
"Then do it" I can't believe I said that now
" what ?" He asked, opening his eyes and looking at me
“Kiss me,” I replied
He didn't need to ask him twice, his hands grabbed my face and brought him close to his before sticking his lips to mine with his hand roving over my back.
"You're mine alone, Elinor ," whispered Kayden between our kiss before returning to his deep kiss minutes later, which felt like hours away from me a little
"Sleep to Elinor , and don't think about these things," he said, turning my head back to its original position.
