Daniel has just finished from a business meeting, he was damn exhausted, and he would have skipped the meeting if he could.
Bella should be home by now, his lawyer had informed him that she was being released today and Daniel had sent his driver to go pick her up. Today was supposed to be their day together but he would join her later. The way his mind was right now, he didn't think he could spend the day with her without finding out her little secret with the Jeremy guy.
There was a knock on the door and Aaron walked in looking quite disturbed, "boss" he said and sat down right in front of Daniel
"What is it, Aaron? Is your wife alright?" He asked in concern, wondering why his friend would look this troubled, he heard that she almost miscarried the other day
"My wife is fine, this is about you boss and the assignment you gave me" Daniel had asked Aaron to research on Jeremy Campbell and he wondered what Aaron had found out to make him look so disturbed
"Tell me Aaron, what is it?"
"Boss, you have to see this video," Aaron swallowed as he offered the tablet computer he was holding to Daniel "It is a video of your wife...er... with another man"
Daniel snatched the tablet computer from Aaron's hand, his heart was thudding at a fast pace, he watched his wife with whom his gut feeling already knew was Jeremy Campbell having sex together and she was loving every bit of it
"It has been circulating around the internet and the worst is that it is uploaded on an adult site," Aaron said with a tight voice, he has been shocked when he opened the internet to check out Jeremy Campbell and the nudes of Bella had popped up on his screen, following the link, his eyes widened when not only her nudes but also her sex videos were on the hot topic, this is a very bad publicity and it isn't good for Daniel, he has so many enemies in the business world and they would definitely take advantage of this moment, well, that will be little when compared to the emotional damage this would bring in Daniel
"I am sorry Daniel" Aaron said with feeling as he intentionally used his friend's name, he wanted Daniel to feel that he was there for him
Daniel flung the tablet computer angrily across the wall and watched it shattered
"find me that bastard who would dare do such, find him before 24 hours elapse" he yelled.......
For now, he was going to have a talk with his wife concerning that video.
Daniel stormed out of the building to meet with a little commotion outside, a lady was trying to get into the building but the security was not allowing her, he would let them sort it out, for now, he had to see his Bella.
The image of her moaning to Jeremy's touch kept replaying in his mind, he would kill the bastard when he found him
"Nikolai Klaus" the lady that the security guard was preventing from going inside sighted him and suddenly rushed towards him, he didn't have time for this right now so he didn't even glance her way
"I have something to tell you about your wife and Jeremy Campbell" she yelled and that stopped him in his track
He slowly turned towards her and nodded for the security to let her come close to him. Her face looked vaguely familiar and he tried to remember where he had seen her
"Hello Mr Nikolai Klaus, do you remember me? I was the lady that you were supposed to get married to, Joana wonders" She introduced herself, panting as she finally got close to him
"What do you know about my wife and Jeremy Campbell" he asked coldly
"Your wife has been cheating on you with Jeremy Campbell for quite some time now"
"Do you have any proof of that? If you are saying this because of that video online I should tell you that it happened before I met her"
"No, no, sir, it's certainly not because of that video, and yeah, I have the proof"
She brought out her phone and showed him a picture of Bella and Jeremy lip lock, it looked like a recent picture and it was taken in the school, he shook his head, he couldn't believe that Bella would cheat on him and with that bastard, well, there are a lot of things that he doesn't know about his wife.
"And here is a video of them planning to extract enough money from you and run away together," Joana said and showed him a video that she had altered the voice.
Daniel was too blinded with rage to take notice of the altered voice, although, Joana did a good job there, she had paid someone to do a skillful job and it takes a professional to note that the voice had been altered
"Thank you very much, I still do not believe you" Daniel clenched out, although, he was seething inside and Joana pretended to glance at her watch
"Want more evidence? At this time, they should be meeting right in your house knowing that you will be in the office by this time, if you are fast, you can catch up with them"
"Why are you telling me this?" Daniel asked suspiciously
"Because I care about you, we almost got married, and being in the same school with Bella, seeing how she was secretly meeting with that lover of hers, I couldn't take it anymore"
Daniel glowered at her for a moment, then turning towards the company guard, he beckoned to them, "take her away" he ordered
"What? Is that all you can say?" Joana raged as the guards held her in both arms and dragged her off
"I guess you deserved being cheated on by your beloved wife, right now, she is enjoying herself with him and I must say that it serves you right" she yelled just before she was taken away.

Daniel sat for a moment in his car and tried to steady his breathing, his heart was racing so fast and he shook his head severally as if to wake himself up from a nightmare
Slowly, it was sinking into his head that Bella was cheating on him, a lone tear slipped out from his eyes and he quickly wiped it away, she was planning to leave him for his lover? The money she has been withdrawing from his account, was she sending it to Jeremy?
Joana said that Jeremy was in his house right now, that bastard better not be there because if he was, that would be the end of him because he would make sure that Jeremy did not leave his house alive and if it was true, Bella would pay dearly for daring to deceive him.

"Jeremy, you can't be here, you should leave" Bella pleaded with Jeremy, she had to get him to leave but Jeremy only scoffed
"Listen, I don't have more money to give and I won't let you blackmail me anymore because I am ready to tell my husband everything" she continued
"Really? Are you sure that you're ready?" Jeremy asked derisively and Bella's stomach quivered with just the thought of it. Daniel would definitely be angry with her but she would beg him until he forgave her, she hoped that he understood that everything happened before she met and fell in love with him. A love that she didn't plan for.
"Yes, Jeremy, I am ready so you might as well stop with your blackmail"
"How can I blackmail my sweetheart, I am here to apologize to you" Bella frowned at him, not believing what she was hearing
"I want to apologize for the video I uploaded, I promise to take it down when I leave here"
"You'll do that?" Bella couldn't help but feel hopeful
"Yes I will, I'll also delete the whole of your nudes, I want us to start all over, just the two of us"
"But you know that I'm married and I...."
"We loved each other, we can easily bring back that love Bella, we just have to take some of your husband's money and go far away, and we'll be happy"
Now Bella was convinced that he had gone insane to think that she would ever go back to him
"I loved you Jeremy, but not anymore"
"A kiss," Jeremy said and Bella frowned in confusion
"A kiss and if you don't enjoy it or even think about the possibility of us together, I'll walk away and from your life for good"
"You've gone nuts" Bella replied
"Come on, just a kiss won't hurt, if you are so sure that you love your husband and not me, you cannot be afraid to kiss me, are you afraid that I'll elicit feelings from you?"
Bella scoffed, "I am not afraid of that, I do not want someone like you kissing me, I despise you that much"
"Prove that you really despise me, kiss me and I'll walk away from your life forever, you have my word"
Before Bella could respond, Jeremy walked to her and placed his lip on hers, she grew still but didn't push him away neither did she react to it, he has promised to walk away from her life after this and she hoped that he kept his word.
"How dare you" Daniel's voice clenched out and she pushed Jeremy away to see Daniel's furious face, he was standing by the door which she had left open with the hope of quickly getting rid of Jeremy
"How dare you" he repeated and her world went crumbling down.
