"I'm sorry mother, but it is not in your place to argue, the king says this is his final verdict". Blair tells her, but she clears her throat in the silence to get everyone's attention.
Frederick and Brittany have been too quiet, sitting behind them, they couldn't say anything, what they have been made to see alone, have been too hard for them.
"It's like our guest, will like to say something? King Arthur asked, looking at the woman, who looks so much like Blair.

Tangy couldn't believe her ears, someone just stood up for her, that means, she might have a chance, and to think that the person that spoke up for her, was the mother of the same woman she killed, that means, Blair have forgiven her. Everyone waited for the king to speak, but he didn't seem to know where to start from.
He soon whispers something to his Queen, then clears his throat before getting up from his seat.
"I know from the perspective you are seeing it, and I understand, but this decision, was made by the council, unless if the council, want to change their mind here". He says, trying to make itore of the council issue.
Luther, a beta, the head of the council stood up, clears his throat and says.
The pack members are more than the council members, we can only allow Tangy live, if the majority of people here, say we should". Leo's hope increased, he looked around and started pleading with those around with his eyes, for they have come to see the guards cut off Tangy's head. Already the chains on her, were sucking her up, and she was loosing it, then she heard her father's voice.
"Please give me a chance to train my child well. I think because her mother is not around, there are things we missed out on". He was hoping for support, when those that works with her father raised their hands and one of them spoke.
"Please let Tangy go, she is naive".
Tangy looked up at her father, his eyes were swollen, it looked like he had been crying all through the night. He is the wealthiest member of the pack, but look at what she have reduced him to, her shameless act.

Damages have been done, but killing her, will mean, more damage, which we shouldn't go through". With what he just said, all the maidens and the young lads, who haven't gotten their mates, clapped. The ones that have started dating someone, hope their parents wouldn't force them to take someone they don't know or love for a mate, even though, it doesn't have to be about love at first.
After a long silence, it seem everyone agrees, and they all started clapping. Leo was so happy, he looked up to meet Tangy's drowsy eye, though years have been taken away from them, they still found their way back together, she was so happy, when their eyes met, he smiles and she smiles too, but the king will still have to say something.
King Arthur stood up and raised his hand, that shut everyone.
"Then, I will have to give my son the chance, to conclude this, for I don't like going back on my words". Their hopes dropped again, it was finally up to Jayden, he was the one affected by it all, if he doesn't feel it's right, he would say she should be killed, but instead of saying something, he decided to pass the task to Blair.
