When the guest had all gone, Tangy, wanted to seize the opportunity to speak with her father, before she would be allowed to go back to her room,to the confines of her bed, but a particular female guest, refused to leave.
Tangy cannot tell, if she had seen her in the kingdom before, she could swear, that she knows the face of every family in Demini, but since his father had on short notice, alarm the neighbouring kingdom, she couldn't quite tell if the lady,bis a Demini or not.
"Dad, I will like us to discuss". She says, pulling him by the hand. She used to do that to him, when she was still very young, but since she left home for the palace, she have drifted from her father a lot, bit now, the bond was coming back.
"I want to discuss with you too sweet heart, but we have guest, and the discussion can wait, you need to rest". He tells her, bringing her close to himself.
The strange kept sipping her wine, as if she forgot that she isn't at her house.
Werewolves could do anything for a string drink, they could party like their life depends on it, but they also know when they should leave.
"The guards should take care of the guest, but what u want to discuss with you, cannot wait". She says. They both left the living room, where he had hosted both known and unknown guest, to his chamber, where he plans to discuss with his daughter, for the first time in a long time.
"We are here, so what could be so important, that you cannot wait, to recover fully, before we talk about it". He asks, smiling broadly, still could not believe that she is really with him, well and alive.
"It's about Leo Dad, I want us to talk about him. I know you don't like him, I mean you never liked him for me, but with everything.... He took it from her
"With everything that had happened, I have come to realize, that I was wrong, I should never have separated you too, I am willing to fix all my mistakes, which is why,bi have told him to join my company tomorrow, so that he can earn some honest coin for himself, and also take care of you". She couldn't believe that what she is about to discuss with her father, had already been taken cared of.
"Oh Dad, that was exactly, where I was going.

She got up from her seat and hugged him closely, when suddenly, the door to the chamber flung open, with the strange woman standing by the door, , her father immediately shifted within seconds, ready to pounce on her. Tangy wanted to be sure of whom she was battling against, before shifting, but as if she read her mind, she answered her thought, she removed the disguise, and within seconds, they have meldine, in front of them.
"Now if it's not our very own Medline". she says, while father moved to attack, but she was quick to block his way, urging him to change immediately.
"I will not let you ruin my relationship, just the way you ruined that of Jayden and Blair". She says.
"I didn't ruin anything, Jayden have always loved Blair, and we were all deceived, you were deceived too, I think you should go to the person you belong". She advise, but she seem to be one of those she wolves, without a mate, and they take whoever comes by.
"I am not letting you take Leo away, we have kids together, you have no right to come between us". She screams, shifting, to attack her, but she was faster, and she attacked her first, they both found themselves outside, with a guard outside.
"I told you not to come here". He says, as he pulls meldine away from Tangy.
"And what are you doing here? Tangy's father asked, trying to remember the face of the young man, who just intruded.
Aren't you the guard found with her? What are you doing here?
"She is the mother of my two kids, now that Leo is about to leave her, she is supposed to take the advantage and come to me, but she still insist on going after him, can you just imagine that?. Meldine didn't think he was going to come out like that, she didn't know what to say to defend herself, she stuttered.
"So Leo is not the father of those kids? Tangy asked. Meldine gave the guard a hard stare, sending him backwards.
"Leave Leo alone! Meldine says, then made to move, before she added. Else, the next time I meet you, will not be funny".She says and dashes out into the darkness, while Tangy tried understanding what she just heard, she turned to the guard to get more information, but he too already left, so she was left to face her father.
"After all these years, Leo have been with her, thinking he is the father of those kids, not knowing that he isn't, how pathetic".
"I have to tell him Dad". She says and made to turn, when she heard his voice behind her.
"I heard everything, I was about to leave, when I saw her walking in, I knew she came for trouble, so I decided to stay back and watch Incase I am needed. You were handling her so we'll already, that I didn't feel useful, but I never knew, I would be heart broken, just hearing what she just said". Leo looked heartbroken for real, he had built his life and world around those kids, but somehow, he is happy, that he won't be bound to Meldine anymore.
Oh! Leo, I am so sorry". She says, hugging him, to console him, before her father spoke up.
"I think now is the time, to have that family meeting". He says, distracting their emotional moment.
They both walked back into the house, to have that talk, about how their lives, will start all over again.
It was more like the two lost souls, have found each other again, but Leo's mind was still far away, he had surrounded himself, thinking those kids are his, and now, he will have to part with them for good, but maybe it's for the best, he is starting with the right person, and it already feels right, to be around her, it has always felt right to be with her.
He knows that no matter what happens, he would be happy, every other day of his life, and their kids, would mean the world to him.
