Chapter 65
One morning like that, Camilla was going somewhere only to see Brandon who seemed to be going to their territory. She was forced to halt her footsteps and called his attention so she could know where he was heading to. A smile crept through her lips as she approached him and expected him to be excited about seeing her since he always had a crush on her but his countenance says another words.
He looked worried and lost and she could see that he wasn't here to play. He probably came here for something serious.
"Camilla, where's ?" He asks with a straight face and a serious voice as he asks such questions.
"Are there any problems?" You sound really serious!! "There is! Just tell me where the fuck is right now!! He bellowed at her and that was when she came to realize that he was serious.
"Alright, please follow me". Before they could get to their house, Camilla mindlink to him about Brandon's unpleasant visit and he had two thoughts about the visit. Is either Brandon was here because of the wolf bite which he gave him months ago or he was sick.
And not quite long he saw him with his mate. They were walking towards him at the moment.
"What have you.........; Where's your manners Brandon? Can't you at least just greet me first before asking your questions?"
Waylen roared at him on seeing that he was trying to be rude and he just needed to be cautious of him for that. Brandon on the other hand couldn't help but smirked at him and greeted him since that's what he wanted from him before he could actually ask him the questions.
"What did you do to me ?"
"You can go ahead, I will talk to him but I hope he doesn't disturb you anyway he sees you?" No!! Camilla nodded her head as he smiled.
"Please let me know whenever he's trying to do such a thing to you!"
Camilla walks out of their midst to do what she has to do, leaving the two of them to settle their differences.
"I didn't do anything to you Brandon! The truth is that you're changing! And I guess it has always been your wish to be like us "Werewolf" so accept your new fate and find where you belong".
And just as he was still talking to him, his attention was called. "I'm sorry that I have to leave so soon, we will see another time so you can go now".
Brandon hit his foot against the ground as he watched him walking away. He was escorted by the guards to leave the territory since they can't trust Humans and strangers aren't entitled to wander around the territory for their safety.
Brandon was so disencourage and decided to leave. He just wanted an explanation towards what was happening to him. Waylen's explanation wasn't enough for him. He needed more. He needed to know everything from the beginning to the end and it seems like no one was able to be of any help to him.
He really wished to see Zelda again but he knew that such a thing was impossible. He walked around the forest looking for another wolf territory since he knew that Werewolf have their own pack which are led by the Alpha.
Brandon could only get lost in the forest on searching around and that was when he came across Zelda who was screaming for help.
Brandon couldn't help but wonder whose voice is that so he decided to go check it out only to see Zelda who seemed to be searching for something.
"Are you okay, what's the problem?" Zelda, who was looking at the other side of the forest, was surprised to hear a familiar voice. On checking back, she saw Brandon.
"Please help me, someone's about to kill my sister".
The two of them run towards where Brooklyn was and behold a guy was trying to strangle her in the head.
Brandon quickly ran towards the guy and kicked him without him knowing as he fell off From her. Zelda quickly approaches her sister while Brandon went towards the guy who had been sent to kill Brooklyn for two days now.
"Who sent you to do this to her?" Brandon asks, holding the guy's neck at the moment as he keeps quiet. "Nobody" Brooklyn has been on my nerves for a while now okay and I just want to teach her a lesson for that. But anyway, who are you?"
"Who are you to interfere in this matter and why are you holding my neck so abusively?" I will advise you to let go of me rights now dude".
The guy bellowed at Him so boldly as he sighed. "Hey Zelda;did your sister know this girl?"
"No I don't know him! He had been stalking me for some few days now but I ignored him and I wasn't even aware that he was still talking to me till now! He wanted to kill me!!
Brandon punches his face on hearing Brooklyn's explanation as Zelda told Brandon to go easy on him before he would mistakenly kill him. The guy on the other hand couldn't fight Brandon back. He couldn't think of fighting him back because of Brandon power and capacity which he was witnessing at the moment and he Knew that if he tried fighting him back, the three of them would just beat him to death which was what he's trying to avoid.
"Now kneel down and apologize to her". Brandon instructed him as he let go of him but before they knew it he ran away. Brooklyn couldn't help but continue sobbing because of the slap the guy had given her.
Brandon wanted to chase him but was stopped by Zelda.
"Just let him go Brandon, following him will be more risky! And we should be happy that he didn't harm my sister".
Brandon thought about her words and decided to retrace his footsteps. The two of them carried their cutlass and continued walking.
And without asking Brandon could tell that they were coming back from the farm. Judging by the hoes and cutlasses,he could tell that they went to clear grasses from the farm.
"Thank you so much Brandon, but who are you? Do you know my sister? You guys seem to know each other!! Brooklyn asked after a while as he smiled.
