Monster Rebirth: My Yandere Wives Are Too Cute! Chapter 48

Finding Camelia sleeping so soundly and comfortably,

"Hey, mind if I join you for a bit?"

"You ask as if I have a choice." Vel sighed as she looked away.

Thankfully, she had had plenty of time to clean up. At least, as best she could in the current circumstances.

"You do though." Jason muttered with a shrug as he pushed the curtain aside and stepped into the room.

"Well, aren’t you a nice guy," She sneered. "Giving your slave a choice."

"You’re more Camelia’s slave, really." Jason stood in front of her for a moment before looking away, scratching his head. "Want some clothes?"

"No, I would rather be naked all night."

Jason felt the sarcasm wasn’t necessary, but he could understand.

"Alright,"

"What are you doing?" Vel asked as he circled around her. "Huh, really?"

"Yeah, it’s whatever to me." He said after undoing the rope holding her to the pole. "Put your clothes back on, if you want."

The female Ogre followed the direction in which Jason was pointing, and found her clothes lying on the table.

Still, she remained seated and unmoving, unsure whether she could.

"Well?" Jason pressed.

The female Ogre stood up at once, leapt into the main room, grabbed her clothes, then returned into the one she had been assigned.

"This doesn’t change anything." The female Ogre said, standing tall in front of Jason and holding both her bra and panties in one hand.

"I forgot how tall you were," He whispered. "Got used to seeing you on the ground, I guess."

Vel wanted to act as unfazed as she could, but there was only so long she could remain naked before feeling embarassed.

"Will I have to take them off before she wakes up?" The female Ogre asked with an annoyed tone while putting her panties on. "Maybe I should bind myself to the pole as well, huh?"

"That wouldn’t be a bad idea." Jason muttered while looking away, back resting against the pole. "She has it out for you, but Camelia isn’t a vengeful person. Looks to me like she wants you to suffer on principle more than anything."

"Whatever." Vel shrugged and crossed her arms after putting her bra on. "So? What do you want?"

Jason turned back to look at her.

It was strange being aroused and attracted to the same Species of Monsters that had killed him. Of course, that one had been male, while this one was female. Still, she was just as tall as that one.

"Hm..."

Jason thought for a bit.

There were many things he could talk to Vel about.

Firstly, the way his touch made her feel.

Secondly, the fact that she had been moaning and gasping while he and Camelia were going at it.

"We’re going to attack the Orcs tomorrow." Jason said. "As I understand it, we know the location of their closest village. Their hunting grounds and ours are the same, right?"

"Why would you attack them?" Vel asked with a raised eyebrow, seemingly shocked at the idea.

"Should we wait for them to attack us?"

"Uh..." The female Ogre pursed her lips for a moment. "If we’re going to attack anyway, then doing so at night would be better."

’Good.’ Jason nodded to himself. ’She isn’t rejecting the idea but trying to improve it. I can work with that. Shows a certain level of cooperation at least.’

After all, Vel had accepted him as Chief.

"Attacking them at night would be best if the goal is to kill them."

"Aha." Vel chuckled. "But you’re planning on... Recruiting them, aren’t you?"

She had an amused smile on her face, which Jason didn’t dislike.

"That’s right." He nodded. "Do you think it’s possible?"

"Hm." The female Ogre scratched her head. "The reason why the Orcs separate into different smaller villages and groups is because they don’t shy away from taking jobs or mingling with others."

"Jobs?"

"Yeah, they’ll even take jobs from Humans, if the latter are stupid enough to trust them. They’re quite similar to Adventurers and Mercenaries, in that aspect." Vel scratched her head again. "Some jobs come from private parties while others come from the Adventurers’ Guild. The former are taken by Mercenaries and the latter from Adventurers."

"You didn’t have to explain, I knew that." Jason lied. "Orcs are similar to Mercenaries, then."

"Correct, except that the Humans stupid enough to trust them end up getting violated. Well, the males, at least."

Jason tapped his chin for a moment.

"In other words, you think they can be turned to our side, for a price."

"Maybe." Vel shrugged. "Only if they know that it won’t come back to bite them in the ass."

"If I can deal with their Chief, then."

"Good luck with that." Vel chuckled. "The Orc Chief is practically equal to our old Chief in strength."

"Right..." Jason sighed. ’Too bad, I don’t know our old Chief.’

"I hope you don’t expect to gain their Tribe the way you gained this one." The female Ogre sneered.

"Why not?" The Chief tilted his head, an arrogant smile on his face. "It worked pretty well."

Vel silently looked away, but not before Jason could notice her blushing.

"Not everyone is stupid enough to accept a wager with everything on the line." The female Ogre whispered without turning towards him.

"Stop it, will you? Everything on the line... You’ll be fine, and they will be too." Jason nodded. "I’ll make sure of that."

"What do you mean...?"

Vel’s words trailed off as she turned towards Jason who, all of a sudden, was standing right in front of her.

"You’ll be taken care of." The Chief said with a smile as he patted her head. "Nothing to worry about..."

His words trailed off as his hand was swatted away.

"I’m not worried." Vel said as convincingly as she could. "In the first place, your death would serve me greatly. If the Orcs get you, then Narjis will be the next Chief. She’ll take this thing off me right away-"

"Oh," Jason rubbed his chin. "It’s cute that you actually think you’re staying here."

"Y-You mean that I’m not?"

"Of course not," Jason frowned. "You’re fighting with us... Oh, that’s why you talked so confidently. Thought I was going on a suicide mission without you."

"..."

"I need my slave to carry things for me." The Chief smiled. "I’ll be counting on you." He added before resting his back against the pole.

"..."

Vel remained silent for a moment, but there was only so long she could ignore it.

"Could you... Get off that?" She asked with a gulp.

There was no way she would tell him what she had done to that pole, but seeing him lean against it... Made her feel some type of way.
