Alice already had her plans drafted out, but so knew that if Bernard gets to find out that she was responsible for the death of Olivia she will be in this mess so she has to cover her tracks features about someone who has known for a while and right there and then she knew he was the only one that could help him out carry out this dubious plan.

" Are you mad at me " John quickly shook his head in response, he had watched how Alice killed two young men right in front of him, and he already knew the best way to avoid any problem for himself was to be of good behavior?

" It's simple, I want you to kill someone for me?" Alice wasn't ready for jokes, she just went straight to the point.
" What. What are you saying" asked John as he wasn't ready to get himself killed because of this animal.
" Kill her, and you will have me all to yourself for two weeks, don't forget I will pay you handsomely for that too," said Alice as she winked her eyes at him, John, on the other hand, thought about it for a while, and then quickly give into it. Because this was his opportunity to get what he wanted from Alice, so he quickly agreed to do the job.
" What's in for me," he asked, but then Alice threw a huge stack of envelopes at him.
" lady's details, at least the little I know about him, but then again, you will get 4 million dollars once the job is done. I will wire 3 million dollars into your account before I leave this place, but then you should know something, I want it to look like an accident, not a murder case. Said Alice as she picked up her dress and started dressing up to leave, but suddenly she stopped and then looked at John who was going through the details she just handed over to him. Wolves were heard howling, as the night was getting darker, Bernard on the other hand, kept staring at the two young men standing in front of him, with their hands bowed to the ground, they had arrived here a few minutes ago but hadn't said a word yet, they keep staring at the floor.
" I don't think you both are deaf or dumb, speak now "Bernard's cold deep voice was loud enough to make them quiver in fear.

" Speak, what did you hear " immediately Bernard asked the question, they were frightened. One of them quickly knelt in front of Bernard and then spoke out loud.

Lucas decided to look around the mansion since everyone else was asleep so he could lock the doors and retire to bed, but then he noticed a tall figure walking towards the entrance of the mansion, he became scared, and he wanted to quickly close the door, and then rush to go tell Nana what just happened but suddenly, he heard a familiar voice behind him.
" Why are you so scared Lucas, go get me a glass of wine " Lucas also passed out in shock, it took him a few minutes to realize that the person he saw outside what is boss who is now sitting on the couch inside the house he still couldn't believe his eyes everything felt as if he was hallucinating he quickly bowed his head and then rushed out of the living room going to get a glass of wine for his boss and when he came back with a glass of wine, Bernard took a sip from it before turning to him.
" Where is Nana?" His voice was kind of scary. Lucas had lived in this house for so long, but since he hadn't experienced something like this before, everything about his boss' right bow felt so strange.
Lucas opened his mouth to speak but then Nana cut him off " Leave the poor man Bernard, he's not the reason for your Misfortune " Lucas quickly turned to look at old Nana who was gently claiming down from the staircase with her walking stick, she quickly signaled Lucas to leave. Lucas, who was ready to spend a second here with this strange man, quickly bowed his head and then walked out of the living room leaving Nana and Bernard all alone.
" poor child, I knew your trip wouldn't do well, it's so pain going back to the place where your parents were murdered and shameless fools wouldn't even want to stop forcing you for a minute " Bernard grabbed Nana's palm, then placed a kiss on her palm
" They all deserve to die, Nana, I will kill them. Every single one of them will pay for the pain they have inflicted on me" said Bernard, as the wolf groaned in anger. Nana slowly smeared his head, and then wiped his ears.
" You have to protect her at all times because that girl is very special. If you lose her now, you will suffer for life. Bernard doesn't let her go and brings her back here. This is where Olivia belongs" said Nana as she continued to smear his soft smooth dark long hair. Bernard couldn't resist Nana's words he owed this woman his life, she was the only one who saved him when the dark moon park invaded their pack and slaughtered almost everyone, even after a peace talk, they took them unawares, some say it was planned by still the fight has been on for years.
Bernard looked at Nana one last before getting up from the couch and then like a flash he disappeared from her sight. Nana sighed in frustration and then mumbled to herself " He's just as stubborn as his father never listened to anymore, if only he can see that Olivia is not a normal human as they mistake her for then we all wouldn't be having this conversation right now. Nana slowly got up from the couch and headed back to her room, to have a peaceful sleep.

Bernard came downstairs to have his breakfast before leaving as usual, but this time, he asked for something different this left Lucas stunned for a moment.
" Sir, I think you placed the wrong order, we already made your breakfast," said Lucas as he was trying his best to convince his boss to see what they offered him for breakfast but Bernard wasn't ready to accept it.
" I will have breakfast in the office but next time doesn't cook the meat stack, I would prefer it raw," said Bernard as he handed over his briefcase to his driver and then got into the car. His driver quickly followed after him and then stepped in.
" Good morning sir, are we heading straight to the office or would you like to stop somewhere," asked his driver but he got no response from Bernard, so he quickly started the car and then they drove off.
When they finally arrived at the office, his secretary was surprised to see his boss because he has been absent for some days now and all of a sudden his boss just showed up from nowhere without informing him.
' Good morning sir you have a…." Before she could finish her statement, Bernard ignored her and then walked into his office without saying a word. His driver quickly handed his briefcase to his secretary before speaking out.
" I think it's best if you don't say a word today, you know what happens when the boss is angry?" The Secretary quickly understood what Bernard's driver was saying so she quickly grabbed the briefcase and then went back to her space.
Immediately Bernard stepped into his office a young beautiful lady stood up from the couch to greet him.
" Bernard, it's been a while, " the young lady said, as she smiled shyly at Bernard, he had no expression on his face.
Bernard walked past her, and then sat down on his king-sized chair." What brings you here vera?" Vera was taken aback by Bernard's question, Bernard and Vera had been more like friends or let's say friends with benefits. But then she left the country three years ago, to go take over her father's company. Immediately she returned, she decided to come to see Bernard first before heading back home. but to her surprise, she was just treated like a stranger.
" Bernard, it's been a while since we last saw each other. I was expecting a hug or maybe a kiss from you, but you are acting kind of strange. Hope everything has been okay with you?" Said vera as she was trying to lighten up the mood, but then Bernard didn't say a word rather he stood up, picked up his tab, and then turned to look at Vera who was still smiling at him.
" I want you to leave before I get back, understood? " vera was left speechless, she watch Bernard disappear figure, leave the room, and she sat back confused about what just happened.
