Bernard wasn't ready to leave but after much pressure from Olivia, he finally agreed to step out.
They both stepped out of her father's room, leaving him to take a nap. Immediately they got to a quiet environment, Olivia stopped Bernard, took a breath, and then spoke out.
" Listen to me Mr. Bernard, I don't know the kind of game you are playing, but one thing you should know is that this nonsense of yours won't work, so it's better you just wake up from your dreams and let me be. " Olivia was becoming so frustrated with Bernard, she thought she had escaped him, she wished in her heart of hearts that this was nothing but Bernard.
For some odd reason, Bernard couldn't help but smile at Olivia's words he had missed her so much, the wolf in him was becoming more restless to keep in check.
"My luna! take her, mate her " his wolf kept whispering into his ears, but then Bernard didn't show any sign of being uncomfortable rather, he took a few steps closer to Olivia and this got her frightened for a bit.
' You look so beautiful today Olivia, tell me how have you been enjoying your holiday?" Asked Bernard as he continued smiling down at her making Olivia feel uncomfortable with his attention.
" Hello, the last time I checked I didn't go on holiday. I was only held captive against my will," said Olivia as she crossed her arms against her chest, she was buying anything this handsome yet monstrous man was saying to her, she knew Bernard was here for a reason, but then she wasn't going to let her guards down.
She waited for Bernard to speak, but he didn't say anything. Rather he continued smiling at her, this got Olivia a little bit worried. On second thought, Olivia felt this was the right time to pour out her heart to him, It's now or never.
" Look, Mr. Bernard, I know what we had was a one-night stand, and our business is done, as you can see my father got the best medication in this hospital, all thanks to you, but still I sold my virginity to you for money. " Olivia stopped for a while and they took a deep breath before she continued speaking.
" I know you are a psycho who needs medical attention, no offense but still you have to leave me to allow, I never signed a contract with you, nor did I promise to get stuck with you, I want to travel the world, and live my best life. Get a boyfriend, break up with him, and then get another, get married and have children. But you are just a client and I prefer it to remain that way, Mr. Bernard. " Olivia was very confident that she had said her mind, but then again Bernard shocked her with his words.
" You want to travel around the world? I can't arrange that, you want a boyfriend I can be that boyfriend? Do you want a husband? I can be your husband. Do you want children? " Bernard paused for a while and then walked slowly towards her, standing a few inches away from her face. He bent over and whispered in her ears.
" Why don't we concentrate on that part from now on and stop whining about things that are not necessary." Olivia couldn't believe her ears, she took a few steps backward maintaining a good distance from Bernard before replying to him.
" I understand that your mentality is different from mine, so freaking rich you have the whole world in the palm of your hand but you can see I'm struggling to make money, I don't want any rich brat to destroy my life. So I will advise you to please let me focus on my life. I have already given you what you wanted, Why are you still disturbing my life?" Olivia yelled at the top of her voice, she couldn't control her anger anymore. Suddenly something caught my attention of Bernard. He looked at the glass mirror and suddenly he noticed it had a crack in it, he couldn't help but smile then he decided that if only he could make Olivia angry then he might get what he wanted.
" You should allow me to speak first miss Olivia or perhaps should I say Mrs. Olivia, as I was saying, before I was rudely interrupted, you can do anything you want to do while you are with me, but I can't share you with any man. You should know that I am a jealous lover, and I won't be this gentle if I discover that you cheated on me." Olivia couldn't help but laugh at his words. She knew this monster standing right in front of her. he wasn't going to let her go easily, so she decided to end the conversation and then go back to her father.
" You know what, no matter how I try to explain things to you, you wouldn't want to listen to anything I have to say so Mr. Bernard has a wonderful day and I do not want to see your face again." Olivia turned to leave, but then she noticed that someone grabbed her hand.
" You shouldn't work out on me my darling luna, it's the wrong idea for you to do that. if you could remember, I asked you to go take care of your father, and now that his alright, it's time for you to come back " Olivia tried so hard to understand what this man was talking about, but it seems impossible. She couldbr help but burst into laughter, Bernard, on the other hand, stared blankly at her.
" Are you kidding me or what? Listen to me Mr. Bernard I know everything about you is a joke, but I'm not finding this very funny anymore." Said Olivia immediately she saw the seriousness on her face of Bernard.
Suddenly two men in black appeared from nowhere, making Olivia shiver in fear.
"As I said before, Miss Olivia's holiday time is over, so it's time to go back home." Said Bernard as he signaled both men to step forward. Before Olivia could react to this information, the men in black gripped her arm tightly Olivia tried to scream, but then she couldn't. A part of her was happy that Bernard was here to take her back home, but then she was also not happy that she had to leave her sick father behind.
Scar's chambers…
Cyrus walked in with a huge box in his hand, and then when he arrived at Scar's secret chambers, he knocked on the door twice before scar asked him to come in.
He entered, and gently placed the box on the table. " my lord this came in for you this afternoon " scar who was under the sheets with a woman immediately stopped and sat up asking the woman to leave instantly. He got out of bed naked and then opened the box to see what was in it but to his greatest surprise the decomposing remains of one of the spies sent to spy on Alpha Bernard. The smell of the decomposing flesh, Almost made him throw up. He looked away from the box, covering his nose, and then spoke out.
" Who the hell did this?" He asked Cyrus, who was also trying so hard to withstand the smell.
" You should know that Bernard sent this as a warning, he said he was coming for your head very soon," said Cyrus as he quickly covered the box and then took a deep breath.
' My lord, I think it's time we act fast, let's not make the mistake of allowing any opportunity to pass us by,' said Cyrus because he knew what was coming their way if they don't trade with caution.
" My lord, we need to attack very quickly, Alpha Bernard is nothing but a threat, it's better we take them unawares.
Alpha scar thought about it for a while, he wanted to give consent, but then he thought about the lady in the photo and he quickly changed his mind.
" I want something that Bernard has, get me the girl." Said scar as he instructed Cyrus to take the box away. His mind was made up already, he wanted the beautiful damsel he saw in the picture, and if the scar was determined to get her by himself he would have done so, without stress.
