Good sentence structure, grammar, verb usage, etc. Makes it very easy to just roll along.Second, Natalie is incredibly likeable as a character. Her voice is engaging and entertaining.Third, the plot makes sense. At no point did I feel like anything was an ass-pull, or some kind of WOG deus ex machine. Obviously, there is some suspension of disbelief, but that's a good thing in a story! Plus, you have a good combination of wins and losses for Natalie. She wins enough that it's not a grinding slog through depression and grim-derp, and she loses enough that it makes her story entertaining. Plus, you write good intrigue.Edit: holy wall o' words, Batman. Try making a blurb out of that, lol....And I did.
