The next day was set for the departure of Arthur and Elaine to take care of business in Paris.
“Think of it as a vacation more than work but don’t neglect your duties” Alpha Coast strictly warned Arthur who was all packed up with his mate Elaine as they stood before Alpha Coast and Bella.
“Yes Alpha, but is this your way of transferring your work to me so that you could be with the Luna” Arthur teased him knowing Coast was supposed to be the one going on the trip but because he didn’t want to be separated from Bella and he might be too busy with work to not able to attend to her he sent Arthur instead.
“Mind your words, I may ask Elaine to stay back” Alpha Coast teased him too and he was silent immediately knowing he would be lonely without his mate.
“I will make sure to work properly and make you proud” he stated.
“That’s the spirit and make sure Elaine had a good time” he instructed certain that Elaine had not been out into the world to see what was beyond the packs.
“I am going to miss you Luna” Elaine said feeling moody that she wouldn’t be able to see Bella for a while.
“I will miss you too but take your time to enjoy this new opportunity. There are a lot of amazing things outside these packs and I want you to make sure to experience them as many as you can” Bella informed.
“But I would be gone for only three months” Elaine answered.
“Then make it count, who knows you might find yourself over there and start afresh. I wish all the best Elaine” she uttered.
“I wish Denise was here so that I could bid her farewell too. Do you think she is okay with the Gamma?” Elaine asked with concern for Denise and Lucian’s wellbeing.
“Don’t worry, she is fine. Lucian would never allow any harm to come to her” Bella assured her and she sighed in relief.
“Beta Arthur, take good care of her okay” Bella instructed Arthur.
“How come no one cares about me, I am going to be the one working my ass there” he complained over their unfairness of affection towards Elaine more than him.
“You have been there many times, your time has passed. Make sure she has a great time. And Elaine, come back with a lots of stories to tell me” Bella gave her last words to them ignoring Arthur’s complaints.
“She is just like you, you have influenced her Alpha” Arthur stated not surprised that Bella would begin to act like Coast.
“Elaine why don’t you…”
“Ahhh, we are leaving” Arthur cut him off knowing he was going to request Elaine to stay back.
“Good bye Luna, Alpha” Elaine waved at them before she left.
“Bye” Bella and Coast waved back.
Coast turned to Bella,
“I have a little work to do, will you be okay alone?” He asked concerned.
“I will be fine, I will just train a bit in the sparing room” she answered as she watched him leave. Bella headed towards the sparing room when she found someone unexpected already there.
Almano was seen by Bella punching and kicking the dummy while being shirtless, he had sweat dripping down his body which meant he had been there for a long time.
“What are you doing here?” She walked in.
“Sorry Luna, I didn’t see you there” he apologized immediately.
“Do you realize this place is for top ranked members, do you want to get punished?” She asked him.
“I am sorry Luna, I didn’t mean to stay this long. I just got carried away that’s why” He said.
Bella thought he had a lot on his mind and that was why he was carried away, she pardoned him immediately lessening her anger of seeing him there.
“I do get carried away too” she let out and he smiled.
“Just try to avoid being scolded by the Alpha, with the way you are going you might lose your job as a guard if you cannot stick to the rules” she warned him.
“I will be more careful next time” he said picking up his shirt to cover himself.
“You may leave” she ordered and he hurriedly left without looking back.
Bella wondered how he could be so naive and careless all time, he had already gotten on the bad side of Alpha Coast because he switched places with the driver. Coast was thinking of stripping him from his post but she pleaded with him because she knew how important being a guard was to him.
“If people were as carefree as you, I guess the world would be a better place or maybe not” she said turned back to the dummy in the mood to begin her training. Bella trained herself as hard as she could for two long hours and decided to take a breather. She returned back to the room only to find Coast stepping out of the bathroom with just a towel to his waist.
He was so hot that she held her breath standing by the door googling at him.
His damp hair fell down to his shoulders and the water was dripping down his body making him more attractive. She swallowed hard staring at him.
“Bella” he called her but she was still lost in her thoughts.
“Bella” he flicked his fingers and only then did she realize that he was now in front of her.
“Don’t stare too much like this isn’t yours ” he reminded her that he belonged to her.
“Hmm, you are right” she giggled touching his ripping body.
“You know my body belongs to you right?” He said but she was lost again googling at him once again.
“Do you want a taste?” He whispered in her ears snapping her back from her reverie.
“Not today, I am too tired” she resisted his advances and he felt hurt about it.
Bella walked away from him towards the wardrobe to pick up a few things as he joined her taking out a shirt.
She kept glancing at him but he acted like he didn’t notice her.
“Fuck it, I want a taste” she finally gave in to him as she kissed him fiercely running her hands all over his body. Coast smirked, he knew she couldn’t resist his charms the same way he couldn’t resist her too. They were made for each other.
He gently picked her up and towards the bed to make love to his dear mate.
