Mia did not know or sure where she got the courage to respond to Erik the way he did to her. He was quickly taken out of her senses by that kiss. But despite that, she was still startled when his hand started to move.
"I love you, so much," said the young man when he let go of her lips, then looked at her face with an admiring gaze.
That's when Mia caressed Erik's handsome face. Then she spoke with the corner of her eyes heating up.
"I love you. I love you so much. From then until now and forever, there is no other man I will love and give my heart but into but you," Mia expressed passionately.
When Erik smiled, it was like a warm hand touched Mia's heart. And that was the reason why the emotion that he had been controlling for a while eventually gave in.
“Y-You don't know how much you make me happy. Because you made my greatest dream come true. The dream that I thought will remain out of my reach forever," he said, expressing her happiness at that moment.
"Everything you say is so good in the ears. But deep inside I can't help but feel a little regret," answered the young man who gently caressed her forehead then bent down and kissed it.
After that, he took her hand where he put the ring. He lifted it up and tenderly touched it with a simple kiss.
“I regret the times when I was blind and did not see you. But---,”
"Those are things from the past, let's not go back because if you ask me now, I'm happy that I found the real reason why I had to go through all that. You, you are the best reason I can get, and you are the only one I need to see forgiveness in my heart," she said as her tears continued to flow.
Erik's handsome face cleared up quickly because of what she said.
And also because of what she saw, her heart seemed to want to be filled with so much happiness.
"Forgive him," Erik smiled and began to dry her tears before he grabbed one of her hands again and placed it on top of her head. And the young man did the same to the other.
Mia nodded. "Is that what you want, for me to forgive him?" she asked meaningfully that she knew Erik got what she meant.
"For us to be completely happy, I think yes, you need to do that. After all, we're going to get married, aren't we? At least he has the right to know the truth and get an explanation from you. But not until I tell you when okay?” Erik said in a tone that seem to be reminding her that she needs to be careful.
"Okay," she replied smiling.
"That's my girl," replied Erik, whose tone of the speech showed happiness because of her agreement with what he wanted to happen.
Just like the other beautiful and tender words that slipped from Erik's lips, what he said also made her happy.
"We really are soulmates, aren't we?" the young man to her.
Mia looked at Erik with questions in her eyes. “Soulmate?”
It wasn't because she didn't like what Erik said or didn't understand what he meant. She just didn't understand what it was for but despite everything she was thrilled.
"We are soulmates because even if we don't talk, we both understand each other. Is it not? We do understand each other just by looking into each other’s eyes. We have our own language that only the two of us know what it is for," explained Erik.
Mia's smile widened after hearing what the young man said.
That was true. They have always been like that since high school. Their hearts understand each other and for her what Erik said was that the two of them are soulmates.
"But I also have to admit that back then for me you were a dream that I would never reach. So, thank you, because you made my dream come true," she said.
Even if Mia wanted to caress the young man's face, the young man did not give her permission to do so because she kept on holding her hands that he raised above her head.
"Tell me, how many children do you want?" that's what Erik answered her after a while.
Mia thought for a moment before answering. "Okay, I think for me I’m good with three or five? I want a big family, Erik. Because aren't we both don’t have siblings? I think having more kids is better so our children can have someone to be with as they grow up," she said.
"Even though it hasn't happened yet, I can already see our children happily running around the farm. I want that too, I want more children. If possible, two girls and three boys. But I want to look more like you. Because you are so beautiful," when Erik said the last thing, Mia quickly felt her whole face heating up.
"You're blushing again?" Erik said amused then he kissed the bridge of her nose.
"It's your fault why I always blush," she said, letting out a sweet and soft laugh.
It was only a few moments and Erik's face became serious again. That's when the delicious horror that hit her body like a whip repeatedly intensified. Reason for her to take a deep breath and then let it out slowly but consecutively.
When Erik reached for the lampshade to turn it off, that's when Mia's chest pounded. At the same time, she heard rain falling on the roof of the house.
“I-Is it raining?” that was what she said then stared at the young man's face.
It's already dark and the only light they both have is the open light in the bathroom that they deliberately leave on every night.
The light wasn't that bright because the door was barely closed.
"That's better, right with everything I want to do with you. More romantic," Erik told her.
Even though the light was just right, Mia could still see Erik's beautiful eyes seemingly burning with passion and desire as he stared at her.
"More romantic, when it rains?" she said with a weak laugh.
The young man nodded in succession before he began to undress her.
"Erik," she said.
After the young man stripped her and left nothing on her body, he started to get undressed.
"Let's start now, for our firstborn," he said as he straightened up on the bed and then went back to laying on top of her.
Mia immediately gasped when she felt their naked bodies being pressed together. And that was followed when Erik began to rub his maleness against her.
"Mia," the young man began to run his scorching hand over her nakedness.
Mia moaned because of the strong voltage of the sensation that her boyfriend did to her.
"Please, make love to me," she begged when their eyes accidentally met.
That's when the corner of the young man's red lips lifted before he spoke. "Yes, I will, endlessly," and after that their lips met.
