Kate hurriedly prepared to meet with Angela so they could rush to a hospital for the paternity test. She and Aiden had slept off on the floor in the living room, holding each other tightly.
By the time Kate finished preparing, the housekeeper had come in for work and was already cleaning the scattered living room.
Aiden was already up, drinking coffee at the dining. However, just as Kate had joined him at the dining, someone rang the bell which the housekeeper answered to.
Then a slightly tall man with wrinkles over his jaw stepped in. He looked to be in his late forties, Kate thought as she assessed the man who gripped his brief case tightly, walking across the room toward them.
Aiden had rushed to his feet and outstretched his hand to handshake the man. “Barrister Edward, it’s been a while.” Aiden gushed as he offered the man a seat.
“Thank you, Mr. Hills.” Edward took the seat as he nestled his brief case on the table.
Curiosity gnawed at Kate as she wondered why Aiden had called the attorney. She had wanted to stay for sometime but then her appointment with Angela was far more important for her.
“Aiden, I need to leave. Heading to Angela’s place.” She uttered, whispering a kiss over Aiden’s cheeks.
The moment Kate walked away, Aiden had gushed. “I want to sell Brazzers.”
The attorney didn’t bother the slightest bit to hide his surprise, the man practically gasped. He knew what it took the twins to bring Brazzers to this point of popularity, so why would Aiden want it to be sold out?
“Why, if I may ask?” Edward let the question trail off his lips.
“I guess I want to start something else with my life.” Aiden had thought through. He'd love to try something in life, the adult industry had given him much wealth and popularity.
“So, you and Alex agreed on it?”
“No, only me.” Aiden spluttered. He allowed the attorney to text Alex what was going on.
“Said he's on his way.” The attorney gushed Alex’s reply.

Arriving at their rendezvous point, Kate strutted over to the black Volvo V90 Angela arrived with. The car obviously belongs to Joe.
Kate fluttered the door open and slipped inside.
“What’s up? Able to get that?” Angela spluttered, looking over at Kate through her dark sunshade.
Kate nodded and brought out the transparent bag with a tendril of hair inside.
Angela nodded in glee and stepped on the gas, wheeling them to the hospital.
In matters of minutes, they arrived in the hospital and strutted inside to the section where the samples for the test was collected.
“Please, exercise some patience, the results will be out soon.” The lab scientists had told them and they waited.
Kate began crying and Angela let out gasp after gasp when the results came out.
All Kate could remember was those moments where she thought Gabby would never have a father. Kate would have gifted Gabby a father if it was possible all those years he yearned for one but it wasn’t.
Now, however, she’s gazing at the result that proved Aiden was the stranger that left her years ago. The man who couldn’t even for once come the think about her.
“God, this…is unbelievable, Kate.” Angela spluttered, hugging Kate. Knowing the father of her son had being the burden Angela hoped upon hopes would be lifted from Kate’s shoulders but now, everything is clear.
From onset, fate had made it to be so. Fate linked Kate with the sex gods because they’re the ones that once brought misery and pains in her life. Now, it'll still be the same men that'll be Kate’s cloud of happiness.

Kate pulled Angela in a bear hug when she parked the car in front of Aiden’s apartment. “Thank you so much.” She whispered against her friend’s neck.
Patting her back, Angela smiled. “Anytime, Kate. I’m happy the truth is finally out.”
In response, Kate nodded. They said a few things before Kate alighted from the car, knowing it was time for Aiden to know the truth too.
Kate greeted captain and took the elevator. As she was about to venture into Aiden’s house, her cellphone rang.
Kate fished it out of the bag while strutting into the living room. A glance at it, she saw Tiffany’s name on the screen.
Kate pressed the receiver and muttered.
“Hey, Tiffany…”
She was unable to finish when Tiffany’s voice boomed.
“Is it true, Kate?”
Stalling, Kate asked. “What’s true?”
By now, Kate’s words had attracted Aiden and Alex’s attention. Kate saw Alex wielding a pen as if he was about signing a document.
The look on Kate’s face made Aiden and Alex to strut over.
“That you are acting porn, Kate!” This time it was her father’s voice that boomed through the speaker.
Shivers suddenly coated Kate’s body. The truth about her life in sin city was finally out. But how did her family got to know? Who could have snitched on her? Thoughts flooded Kate’s mind.
Dread filled her. It would have been better if it was Tiffany but her father? No, no. Their father was so morally responsible that things like porn was almost a sin to him.

Oh, Kate worried he might have a heart attack.
“Daddy, please, hear me out.” Kate said in a broken whisper. The tears raining down her cheeks shrunk the twins heart. They each strolled over and held Kate.
“Every day I pray for your success in career and in life but look…you’ve been living a sinful life. Did you ever consider Gabby? What kind of a mother would you be to him? A pornstar mother? I’m so disappointed, Kate.”
In tears, Kate heard Tiffany pleading with their father to calm down because of his heart. He was still at the healing stage and shouldn’t be stressed.
“Daddy please…Gabby…” She muttered incoherently as fear and tears clogged deeper into her.
“Kate!” Their father’s voice boomed against. No, no. With the intensity of it, Kate knew he was about to utter something that will forever change her life. And just like she’d thought, their father said.
“Today, I disown you as my daughter.”
Kate’ breath hitched. In a frenzy, her tears rushed out more. “Daddy, please no…”
Oh, no…no. Kate belt out at pains ripping her chest apart as their father ended the call.
“Kate!” The twins roared, as Kate practically fainted in their arms.
In fear, they pulled her over to the couch, Alex sprang into action. He rushed over and brought a bowl of water while Aiden stayed behind and was fanning Kate.
It was in that process of fanning Kate that Aiden saw the sheet of paper Kate held in her fist.
He pried it away from her hand, smoothed the sheet and skittered his eyes over the emboldened words on the paper.
There, glaring at him was a testament of his paternity with someone by name, Gabby Thomas.
Aiden’s eyes bulged. He was so lost that he wasn’t aware when Alex returned and was sprinkling water on Kate’s face.
Aiden was lost in the hole of thought. Everything about that sense of familiarity making solid sense. His mind had rattled that he had had Kate before but he doesn’t know where.
But now, it’s obvious, Kate was the girl Alex had set him up with. Kate has a son and he…literally is the father of Kate’s son.
“What’s wrong?” Alex asked and Aiden gave him the sheet.
Skimming through, Alex’s eyes have almost dropped. It’s unbelievable to him.
Could it have been Kate from that night years ago? He thought even though he knew it was her.
She was the innocent minor that became of victim of his machination.
Upon Kate’s consciousness, Aiden blurted. “So, I’m he father of your son?”
