Amethiel managed to bring Kree back without much trouble, which was...strange in itself.
Kree didn’t resist. Didn’t hesitate. If anything, it followed easily, staying close behind him the entire time.
It wasn’t that strange, since it always followed Amethiel easily.
’I still can’t believe it pushed Lilior away, just when I finally let it out to meet them again.’ Amethiel thought, but didn’t dwell on it yet.
He knew he could talk his way out of it.
"Almost there," he muttered as he pushed open the door to his room.
The moment they stepped inside, Amethiel kept walking, already thinking ahead.
Just a few more steps and they’d be in the lab. Then he could actually figure out what was going on with Kree.
’Aside from the fact that he’s acting like a jealous lover,’ he thought, mildly annoyed.
"M-Master..."
Amethiel stopped.
That wasn’t new.
But what followed was.
There was pulling on his arm, which meant Kree had stopped following him and instead decided to pull him.
He turned, irritation already showing. "What?" he snapped. "Why aren’t you moving?"
Kree just stood there.
Not saying anything.
Not a single inch of his body twitched or moved even a tiny bit.
It just stared at him...intently.
It was weird. Like he was waiting for something.
It almost made Amethiel feel very, very uncomfortable.
Amethiel frowned. "Why are you being complicated today of all days, Kree?"
No response.
Then something moved in front of him.
Amethiel glanced down and immediately sighed.
"...Again? Seriously?"
Of course.
He didn’t even look surprised this time, just annoyed.
It was the massive, thick...erection.
The erection that happens almost every single day.
"Kree, I keep telling you this every day," he said, rubbing his temple. "And I keep punishing you for it. The answer is no. I am not—"
He didn’t finish.
The tentacles moved first, sliding up his arm before he could react.
Amethiel’s eyes widened slightly. "Wait—"
Then he was pulled forward.
Straight into Kree’s arms.
"—you’re not listening again," Amethiel muttered under his breath as Kree wrapped his arms around him tightly. Not rough, but firm enough that he couldn’t just step back.
And then—
Another set of arms wrapped around him.
Amethiel froze for a second.
"This is your...other set of arms..." he said, more to himself than anything, already noting it mentally.
’Hold on...’
He tried to lean back, trying to get some space between them, especially from the very obvious problem pressed against him.
"This might just be an assumption, but..." he mumbled, furrowing his eyebrows as he continued to push Kree back a bit.
But Kree didn’t let go.
If anything, he held him tighter.
Then Amethiel heard it.
A small sound.
It wa soft.
Right near his shoulder.
"...a whimper?" Amethiel blinked.
That made him pause, and he looked up.
"Massster..." Kree hissed, the sound dragging out of him in a way that didn’t sound human at all.
It curled in the air, sharp and low, more like a warning than a word.
Amethiel stilled.
Kree wasn’t just holding him anymore.
It was... revealing itself.
The tentacles shifted first, moving slowly, almost deliberately, as if drawing attention to themselves.
Then the extra arms flexed, not in attack, not in defense, but in display. Even the split tongue flicked out briefly, the movement subtle but noticeable, catching the light for just a second before retreating.
Behind him, his tail moved as well, swaying in a slow, restless motion.
Amethiel’s irritation didn’t disappear all at once.
It lingered.
But it changed.
"...No," Amethiel murmured, his voice quieter now as he watched everything carefully. "You’re not just showing me these things..."
His eyes moved over Kree’s form, taking in every detail, every shift, every reaction.
"You’re presenting them to me."
That realization settled in his chest, slow but certain.
"So that I would help you with that."
He lifted a hand slightly, pointing without hesitation to the very obvious problem between them.
Kree’s response was immediate.
"Master..." he whimpered again, softer this time, his body reacting in a way Amethiel hadn’t seen before. The glowing cracks along his skin brightened, the light beneath them pulsing stronger, almost uneven.
Amethiel’s brows drew together slightly.
’That’s new,’ he thought.
He had pushed Kree before.
Tested him.
Observed him under stress, under pain, under control.
But this—
This reaction had never appeared.
Not like this.
And then—
’It knows what excites me.’
Amethiel laughed.
It came out suddenly, a short breath of sound as he pushed his hair back, his expression shifting into something far more amused than annoyed.
"Let me get this straight," he said, looking up at Kree with a sharp glint in his eyes. "You don’t eat. You don’t sleep. You don’t even need water."
Kree only stared at him, uncomprehending, his focus still fixed on Amethiel as if nothing else mattered.
"And yet," Amethiel continued, his tone turning more curious now, more intrigued, "you get possessive as if I’m your mate. You get frustrated almost every day. And now..."
His gaze flicked briefly to Kree’s body again before returning to his face.
"You’ve learned that your body gets my attention."
Amethiel tilted his head slightly, studying him.
"Could it be that you’re in heat?" he said, almost casually, though his mind was already racing ahead. "Do you think I’m your mate because I helped you before?"
Kree didn’t answer.
But he didn’t need to.
The way he held him, the way he looked at him—
It was enough.
Amethiel’s expression sharpened slightly.
"If you think I’m your mate..." he murmured, more to himself now, "...then that means there should be a female equivalent of your kind."
That idea settled deeper.
Because it made sense.
Kree existed.
Which meant he came from somewhere.
Which meant he wasn’t alone.
’There has to be more,’ Amethiel thought, his interest deepening. ’There’s no way a creature like this exists without a counterpart.’
And if that was true—
Then this wasn’t just about Kree anymore.
It was something bigger.
And that excites him even more.
"I might as well reward you for being such a good boy." Amethiel jokes, he didn’t think Kree would understand anyway.
However...
"W-Wait...what are you doing?"
Amethiel felt his feet lift off the ground.
The tentacles that wrapped around his body were the reason.
