The statue is very old but well-maintained. Numerous flowerbeds surround it, while elsewhere bouquets and candles have been placed in honor of the glorious figure. A bronze commemorative plaque, written in three languages, reads, “In memory of Hammerfist, the Great Hero like no other”. The other two languages appear to be Dwarven and Elvish, but the plaque is very old and partially erased, so you can't be entirely certain.

The real name of the hero Hammerfist has unfortunately been forgotten. Also forgotten is the name of the Anonymous Troubadour, who would have accompanied him on several adventures.
