Blue's POV
I and Zara were doing our assignment when I realized that I hadn't told Mom what Ally said.
It still pricks me that I have no idea why she wants to see my mom.
Did I do something bad? Or does she want to tell her the secret that I've found out who I truly am.
What!!.. what if that's....
No no.. she can't do that without my knowledge.
There were so many why's in my head that needed answers.
But what if she wants to tell her...I thought and gasped .
Zara looked at me.. she must have heard the gasp.
"B!!.. Are you alright?"She asked.
"Yeah..yeah.. I'm good" I replied and dropped the pen in my hand on my books and stood up.
"I just..Emm.. remembered something I have to tell my mom.. I.. I'd be right back" I stuttered confused .
"Okay" she replied but I just walked straight past the door heading towards the living room.
I scuttled down the stairs and met mom and dad coming in from outside..
They've left and it seems my parents escorted them .
"Oh Blue" mom called surprised.
"Shouldn't you be in your room studying?" She asked and I nodded.
"I know but I just remembered something I need to tell you" I said and the look on mom's face changed.
"What is it?... It looks like something serious" she exclaimed .
"I guess this is a woman's thing.. I'll be upstairs in my room" Dad said and he left.
"Sit" mom ushered as we sat on the couch facing each other.
"Now tell me" she requested.
"There is this nurse..well I call her Alondra , she's my school's nurse" I started.
"Okay..is it that same one Chelsea used to talk about..that she's a little creepy" mom pursomed .
"Yeah" I replied slowly as I saw the spark in her eyes when she mentioned Chelsea.
There was a little silence but I broke it.
"She said she wants to talk to you" I blurted out.
"Me??.. Why?" Mom asked, confused.
"Well.. I .. I don't know but she's a guardian you know" I said not paying attention to my words . Or should I say unconsciously.
"Guardian??" She remarked with a crumpled face.
That's when I realized I just said too much.. I bit my tongue and thought of what to say.
"Guardian to who?" She asked, confused.
"Er.. yes... Guardian to me in school.. she's my friend and like a second sister to me" I stated sharply hoping she would fall for it.
"Oh ok" mom replied casually.
"But I'm kinda busy so when does she want to see me?" Mom asked.
"Well she didn't give a specific time " I replied.
Am I that stupid... Why didn't I ask for the time?
"Well we can video chat this can't we?" Mom asked.
"I'm not sure what she wants to discuss but I'll send her number to you" I suggested and she nodded.
"Ok dear.. we'll see dinner time okay?" She said and pecked my cheek and I nodded.
I ran back upstairs and went into my room..
I took my phone and sent Ally's number to her immediately.
"Welcome!!" Zara said and I smiled.
She kept on staring at me and I just sat on my bed and picked up my pen.
She snapped the pen from my hand and threw it away.
"Zara!" I called.
"Don't Zara me.. it's been so long we spoke about this ... You know.." she said and gave me the* you know what* look.
"I don't know what you're talking about," I pouted.
"Don't be silly.. what do you mean by you don't know what I'm talking about?.. the mer stuff" she said with her eyes almost bulging out.
"Oh that.. Zara you've always been a good gossip and take your eyes back in before they fall off" I said and she hit me playfully.
"Okay.. well I spoke to Chelsea and she told me that she was moved but she doesn't know who and the final answer is cloud" I said and Zara pinched me.
"Ouch!" I exclaimed.
"Are you awake now?" She asked.
"Now tell me the truth, stop playing around," she added.
"What!..I wasn't playing around ..I am telling the truth" I said and she twitched.
"So... You really see Chelsea" She asked agape.
"Oh God... Blue is that normal.. to be seeing a dead person?" She asked again.
"Well I don't.. I have powers and what looks abnormal can be normal on this side of the world" I explained.
"What does she look like?" She asked almost in a whisper.
"She looks normal.. just dressed in all whites" I said and her eyes widened.
"Weren't you scared?" She asked .
"This whole thing gives me the creeps," she stated .
"Ahh!!" I screamed loudly and she fell off the bed.
She was panting and I laughed hard.
"Oh Zara.. you're so gullible" I said and laughed more.
"It's not funny.." she stated angrily.
"Well it is" I said and picked up my pen from the floor and she sat back on the bed.
"Let's continue with the assignment" she said and I Laughed more.
Being with Zara is like being in the circus forever.
What a friend!!!
Mrs Givens POV
Who is this woman that wants to talk to me..
I checked my phone and saw her number there..
Blue just sent it ..
I called the number .. well video call.
She picked immediately and I sat down comfortably on my chair so she could have a better view of my face.
"Hi..Good evening" She greeted.
"You must be Blue's mom right?"she asked.
"Yeah.. nice... to... meet you" I said unsure of what to say next .
"I'm Emerald's high Schools' nurse," she Introduced.
"Yeah I know that... Emm.. you wanted to speak to me about something" I said going straight to the point.
"What I want to say.. can't be said over the phone... We need to meet" she said and I scoffed.
What is it that can't be said over the phone??
"I'm a very busy person so it'd be hard for me to see you," I said.
"It's super important and it has to do with you and your family," She said.
"Excuse me!!" I exclaimed.
Then she brought a Small photo to the screen and I gasped.
"Whe...where did... Where did you get that photo from?" I stuttered.
"That's why we need to meet.. should I come over?" She asked.
"No.." I replied sharply.
"I'll come and see you Saturday, send me your address" I said and cut the call immediately.
Oh my God....
Where did this strange woman see or get that photo from?
Blue said this woman is her friend...
What if she has told Blue everything...
No no.. Blue would have told me.
I have to see this woman Immediately.

Alondra's POV
I walked out of my room to deliver the so-called good news to Madam Pearl.
Foolish girl!!
"She just called and we'd meet on Saturday here " I said and she turned to face me.
It seems she has been crying.. her eyes were swollen.
"Why are you crying?" I asked, trying to sound concerned.
"It's none of your business" she replied harshly.
Like it was mine anyway...
"What did she say when she saw the photo?" She asked.
"She didn't say anything much..just that she was super shocked like someone that has just been electrocuted." I replied and she smirked.
"So what is next?" She asked .
"Are you seriously asking me that question?" I replied ..
"I'm such a big fool for asking someone like you with no brains the next step to take" She replied brusquely.
"At least you know you're a big fool " I said In almost a whisper.
"The next step brings her here and the game begins..but first do what I told you to do about Blue tomorrow..I know she'll come for some answers " She said.
"Don't be too sure about it.. she might not show up" I retorted.
"Just do as I say and everything will work out well.. I'll go to Mona later and start a new game plan with her" she said and left the apartment.
I so much despise this Pearl.. this is not the Pearl I used to know ... I wonder the satisfaction she's getting from hurting people.
# Next morning #
Blue's POV
I woke up with Zara by my side and kicked her with my legs.
"Aww..Blue!!" She yawned and shouted.
"Wake up sleepy head.. it's time for school " I said as I slept and walked to the bathroom.
I was so sleepy .. if I find the person that invented school... I'm gonna cast a spell on him.
I brushed my teeth and took a shower.
Zara did the same and we were ready in soooo much time.
Who knew someone like Zara really cared about her hair and light make up and her outfit?
"Zara you look good.. can we pls go downstairs for breakfast" I said huskily.
"I'm coming with just a little more makeup and.. done" She said and dropped the make up kit on the bed.
"How do I look?" She asked.
"Like someone that's looking for a boyfriend," I replied.
"Exactly.. Why didn't you just say that after all this time?" She asked and I rolled my eyes.
"Can we please go now? '' I asked, a little tired of asking.
"Yeah sure.." she said.
She reminds me of Chelsea..
We went downstairs and met everyone there.
"Good morning!" I and Zara greeted everyone at breakfast.
"Morning girls," mom replied with a smile.
I sat next to Kaycee and Zara kept on talking and cracking jokes on the dinning.
It was so fun.. this is why I love having Zara around.
We were done with breakfast in no time and headed out.
"We're going to miss you Zara" mom said and hugged her.
"Miss you too," Zara responded.
We got into the car and drove to school .
The drive wasn't silent at all..
Even the driver cracked... Oh my God..
Zara is so fun to be with....
We got to school fast and then came down.
Kaycee went on her own way , Zara went to her locker and I went straight to Alondra's office.
" Good morning" I greeted as I invited myself in.
I didn't bother to knock or should I say I forgot .
"Welcome Blue.. what are you doing here so early? '' she asked with a smile.
"I just came to tell you something that has been bugging me," I said.
"Really!..sit down" she ushered.
"I have been seeing Chelsea lately like thrice in the two weeks of her demise and yesterday I told Zara about it and she said she's not sure it's normal.. so is it normal?" I asked and she coughed numerous times.
"That is absolutely not normal .. I mean she's dead.. why would you be seeing her?" She said,
Hold on... That means I have a big problem.. I can see ghosts.
She went to get the book of spells .
She opened it and checked numerous pages and kept on reading, page after page and a big smile crept on her face.
"She didn't die!!" Ally shouted.
"It's right here in the book.. she didn't die!!" She shouted again.
Whaaat!!!
My Chels is alive..
"My Chels is alive" I said slowly as I still couldn't believe it..
I jumped up and took my bag...
My Chels isn't dead.
"But if she's not dead then why isn't she here?" I asked and she stopped jumping.
"Oh.. yes...em... It seems she's in a place called Altohan, ``she said.
"Altohan!!!" I said.
"Yes... it's this place filled with four complex riddles and door after door .. it becomes more complex, ``she said.
"Does the book clearly state that i must go to Altohan ?" I asked.
"Yes .. and it's underneath the sea so can you get her back?" She asked .
Is that really a question??
"We're talking about my sister here.. I'll do anything for her and besides I won't go alone" I said and ran out of the office with my bag.
I kept on smiling .. it seems the universe is on my side... I'll have Saturday and Sunday to get Chelsea back and on Monday she'd be here with me.
You can imagine the amount of happiness inside of me.
I love you Chels.. your sister is coming to get you.
But first I'll have to tell my family the truth.
The real truth.
Pearl's POV
I saw Blue running out of Ally's office with beaming smiles on her face .
That was when you realized that the game just started.
The game just began... So how do these humans say it again..
Emm...how?
Wait.. I've got it..
Game on!!!
