Chapter 119

CHAPTER 119

MONTANA'S POV

I didn't get to spend much time in the pack, as I also had to get to Luke's pack as soon as possible after I figured out that some criminals will still be there.

"I will come with you," Lincoln said, getting up immediately after he was treated.

"That is okay, I need you to rest," I said to him, checking on his wounds and making sure they were properly dressed.

"I will be restless if I let you go alone," he said, not accepting to let me go without him, "I just got you back, and I am not letting you go alone."

"But who will be here for the pack? Give others and all? You need to be here, everything is a bit different now and Sean, I-", That part really hurts a lot, "You need to be here and don't worry, if anything goes wrong, you will be alerted immediately."

He still had this worried look on his face, where he was debating whether he should let me go or not.

"She is right, you, the King has to be here to oversee things after this war, I will go with Montana and some of our backup warriors from the Royal family alliance, she is in good hands", Aunt Calista stepped up and informed Lincoln.

Lincoln pulled me close by the waist, giving me that cold stare. I did not even need him to say out loud what he meant, I knew what he meant and nodded my head like an obedient innocent girl that I am.

"Make sure to kick their asses," He said.

"Oh I definitely will!"

My personal bodyguard Aren was also with me. He was the one who had sent out news to our alliance packs for warriors to join forces with us and all that.

I think our warriors would increase ten times with us taking over Luke's pack and Finn's pack, adding more warriors under us and families.

We are surely growing.

"What do you intend on doing when you get there?", Aunt Calista asked me as we hoped on our horse.

Seated comfortably on our horse, we looked at each other and I gave her an answer, "Make them finally be punished for their crimes."

I flicked the reins on my horse and said, "Hiiiyah", urging my horse to move at a very comfortable speed.

When we got there, it was awfully quiet. This pack was never as quiet as this, at least not when I used to be here.

Something was definitely not right. I was at the front and raised my hands, folding my palm and signaling for a halt.

I listened cautiously, closing my eyes as my ears rang, something was certainly not right.

I raised my hands again, signaling for us to continue, now we were moving slowly with our horses and not running like the first time when we intended to get here in a hurry, "Be prepared for anything," I announced, "Stay on guard."

We crossed their borders, but there was still no sign of an attack coming from anywhere.

Now we had to go in more and that was when we saw them. It seems like news had traveled on them being defeated in our pack and instead of them submitting to their King and Queen, they have decided to fight or should I say defend their pack.

I won't blame them, though, but they are mistaken.

"I will give you all a chance to think twice, put down your weapons now and surrender," I said loudly, getting down from my horse with the help of Aren, who stood protectively at my back, guarding me.

"I repeat, surrender, this is not worth it, I do not want any more lives to be wasted," I said to them, truthfully, do they not get tired of fighting? Like we have lost so many already just in one day, and they still want to keep going, especially when they already lost.

"We will not surrender to you", A man and a woman, stepped out. It was the man who spoke up.

Luke's parents. How thrilling!

"You are not our Queen and you will never be", Luke's father said again and then ordered for their warriors to attack before stepping aside as their warriors ran towards my direction with my warriors, screaming, their swords getting prepared to strike.

I cracked my neck, my icy blue eyes focused with determination, "Stay back!", I ordered my warriors, "I will take care of these, I have a lot of rage I would like to give out."

They backed away and as Luke's warriors drew nearer, I raised my hands, my palms facing outward as I began to draw energy from within me and around me.

As the warriors approached, my hands started to shimmer with a faint blue light and with a swift motion, I swept my hands upward, summoning icy winds that swirled around me. While doing this, I waited for them, waiting for the right time to strike.

With my jaw tightened and a fierce expression, I clenched my fists hard, causing jagged ice spikes to erupt from the ground.

Most of them ended up dying, seeing as the spikes went through their body and pierced them, through their legs, or chest, whatever, while others were trapped.

I walked towards them as they growled and struggled to get free, "I think I was being very nice to call this off, but it was not me who sent you to your grave."

"I do hope you all remember that," I said out loud, my voice booming, loud enough for each and every one of them to hear it, "And truth be told, it is a pity, that you are dying for these wretched leaders of yours."

I extended my arms outwards after I was done with what I was saying and exploded the spikes, sending shards of ice hurtling forward at all of them with force.

Pretty clean cuts, I gave.

I gave a signal for my warriors to move in and search the place, more especially to find Lola's mother and father, who will be charged for murder, "Find them, search the whole area."

As I stepped forward, getting close to Luke's parents, I saw that they were also prepared to fight, "We will not go down without a fight and if we are to die, we will die with honor", Luke's father said, on behalf of himself and his wife.

"Honor?", I chuckled and shook my head, "You! The both of you die with honor?"

After killing babies, making their parents watch before you then kill their parents, after killing my parents. They have the guts to say they will die with honor. What honor?

As those images played in my head, reminding me of the screams of the people, my people, the little innocent babies, every single soul, I could feel myself shaking with rage, my voice shaky, "You Took Everything From Me!"

"We don't even know you", Luke's mother said.

My breathing became harder as I stared at them with rage, my icy blue eyes, glowing, "You Will!"
