Chapter Helene And Uriel

Alpha Mark didn’t know what he would do next. His body froze instantly as he couldn’t refocus his mind anymore. He couldn’t believe that Alpha Jaxon had caught him fighting with a young boy, and the rogue his son had been mentioning was his son.

Jaxon stepped closer as Uriel walked closer to him. His face was angry, and he seemed so mad because he was judgmental. As the Alpha, he was forbidden to mistreat someone despite their rank.

His hold on Morgan’s collar slowly untightened. He swallowed hard when he gave Jaxon a pleasing look, as if he were telling him he did something stupid not to get the agreement. He was trying to persuade him because if he were one of his allies, there might be a chance that he would be one of the best packs in the world.

He was ambitious. He planned everything in his head, like everything was perfect and not everything was ruined. He couldn't blame Eugene, his son, because he never knew Morgan was Alpha Jaxon's son. What would a young boy know about it?

“A-Alpha Jaxon, I don't mean to do it. I don't even know he's your child.” He tried to excuse himself, but Jaxon didn't bother to listen to him anymore. He gulped when Jaxon said that he couldn't hear anything. He knew his excuses were all lame because, as the Alpha, he needed to care for every werewolf in the community.

Jaxon had been preparing a one-world community that led them to help the other werewolves who didn't have a pack. If a pack were included in it, they would be considered heroes.

“You don't know? You are stupid, Alpha Mark. What makes you think we will believe your excuse? You might not know he's Alpha Jaxon's child, but it won't give you the right to almost hurt him. He's a child.” It was Uriel. He rushed toward Morgan to help him. He gritted his teeth when he saw Morgan had a bruise on his handsome face. When he glanced at Eugene, he finally realized why Alpha Mark wanted to hurt Morgan severely.

He couldn't believe Alpha Mark would dare to act as a child. It was a child between two young boys, but he helped his son bully someone. Seeing how Eugene looks, he already thinks that Eugene is spoiled, and no one even dares to teach him what good morals are.

“Uriel…” Morgan acted like he didn't see his father. He scoffed. He placed his hand on his shoulder. “I want them to leave this pack.”

“We are not the ones who will decide to do it. We are only visitors here. Alpha Gerry is the one who leads the pack.” Uriel answered.

Solene flashed a sweet smile when she went to Alpha Gerry. She hugged her father while Selene was speechless about what was happening. She didn't know that Morgan was the son of an Alpha.

“Daddy, thank you for coming here,” Solene said. She gave Selene a glance that made Selene step forward and embrace his father.

“What happened to Selene? Is it true Eugene forced you to do something nasty, and Morgan helped you?” Alpha Gerry asked. He didn't bother to look at Alpha Mark, who seemed mad.

“Yes, Daddy. Eugene keeps blaming that it's Morgan, even though he's the one who does some bad things to me.” Selene dared to speak the truth, especially when her father was finally with her. She was intimidated by Alpha Mark, and thinking about the mating ceremony he mentioned made her want to run away.

“Dad, is it true that I will marry him? I don't want to marry him. He's bad! I don't think I need a man like him!” she added.

Alpha Gerry's mouth parted in disbelief. He couldn't believe that Alpha Mark told Selene everything without his notice. He doesn't have plans to agree with the mating ceremony because he thinks that Selene has the right to choose whoever the man likes. He wanted them to experience how he was feeling to see their mates.

“He persuaded me to make you mate with Eugene. You two both have a thing?”

“Of course not! I don't want to be with someone bad! I prefer a man who has dignity and honor.”

Alpha Gerry finally sighed in relief. He couldn't believe he had the chance to ask them about dating someone.

“You two are still young. I don't want to hear that you are finally checking on a guy to date. I want you two to know that every guy can't be trusted wholeheartedly. You will be lucky to find someone who can appreciate you.”

“Dad, don't think about it because Selene still has no plan to settle down. We are still children. We know our limitations, so don't think about it.” Solene was the one who talked because she was still speechless. She didn't know what she would say because she fell for Morgan.

Alpha Jaxon stared at Morgan, who had the same face and liked him. He couldn't believe he missed his child, but Morgan was still mad at him. He slowly realized what Uriel had said to him. He didn't know Morgan had decided to stay away from him because of his wrongdoings.

“Morgan,” he called him. Morgan gave him an icy glare, but he didn't say anything. He sighed. He needed to make sure they would be fine. “What do you want me to do with him? As my successor, I want you to decide whatever you want to do with him.”

“I want you not to be an ally with him. It would help if you didn't work with someone who has the strength to bully those members who don't have the strength to fight themselves. He didn't deserve the spot.” Morgan heartlessly uttered Alpha Mark widened his eyes in disbelief. He couldn't believe that Morgan had decided not to forgive him easily.

“Don't please. We need this agreement for our pack.” His tone became hoarse. Eugene was stunned when he saw how his father was heartbroken because of what he had done. He was in disbelief and couldn't understand how Morgan could be the Alpha's son.

“Dad, what are you doing? You told me I must not beg someone, especially if we are the Alpha.” Eugene shrieked, which made Alpha Mark widen his eyes in disbelief. He couldn't believe he heard everything. He was scared that Alpha Jaxon might not give him a chance because of what Eugene had said.

It was his fault. He realized Eugene, his son, always did everything he told him. He was the role model in his eyes. He regretted that he had ever taught him some bad things.

“Really? Your father said those words to you. It seems to be an Alpha, which is such a privilege in his eyes. I don’t want to work with a man who can abuse his power.” Alpha Jaxon coldly muttered, which made Alpha Mark's face turn pale. He pursed his lips and glared at him. “Leave this pack! I will tell everyone about this. I will make sure no one will ever dare to work with you in the future.”

“Alpha Jaxon, please don’t!” He cried.

Eugene was dumbfounded to watch his father beg at the man. He didn’t know who it was, but he couldn’t stop himself from trembling in fear when Jaxon gave him a look. He gasped. He felt that he almost died because of his eyes.

“D-Dad!”

“Shut up, Eugene. If you don’t want me to hurt you, Start begging him for his forgiveness so he will change his mind!”

“I-I don’t want it! I’m an Alpha. I ain’t born to beg someone whom I didn’t know!”

“Eugene!”

“If you think that kneeling in front of me changed my mind, you are wrong! Do you think that I’m stupid?” Jaxon snarled. Alpha Gerry only gave Alpha Mark a pathetic look before he signaled his troops to take him and Eugene out in his pack. Alpha Mark kept shouting, begging for mercy! He wanted to get another chance to prove that he deserved the limited slot.

Morgan just watched them. He wasn’t concerned about them after he tried to hurt a young child like him. He looked away when Eugene looked at him with sadness. It seemed he had already realized he bumped into the powerful son of Alpha.
