Chapter #82

I know the my secret with Valentina will definitely came in front of her. I don't known what will I do when she will knew that I slept with her in the drunken.

I can't lose her at any cost but I can't lie to her. We went to the mall for shopping, she was excited but worry I can't understand the reason behind her tension. She was walking with me in the mall with absent mind. She don't show interest in designer clothes which was quite strange usually girls love it.

She was checking the gowns and short gown. I asked from her, " What you like it? You wanna try?"

" seriously I don't like anything. "

I picked up a black off shoulder fitted dress and said," You should try this one! "

" Do you think it's look good on me. "

" Why not? it will be a perfect fit for your sexy body. "

She start laughing and said," This is more revealing than I thought but let me try it. "

She took the dress and went to the changing room. She tried and walked towards me. As I gaze over her my tea fall on my shirt, Aisling, I can't get over how gorgeous you look in that black dress! The way it hugs your waist is so flattering, and the neckline is just perfect for showing off your beautiful collarbone. The fabric is so luxurious and I love the way it flows when you move. The length is perfect too, it shows off your legs in such a classy way. You look like a supermodel! My heart was beating fast after seeing her I'm black dress.

She was looking extremely beautiful.

She said, " I think it is perfect for another event but for council meeting it will be too sexy.."

" Yeah you are right! but you look incredible. "

" Ahhh thanks for the compliment. "

" You too.. "

I purchased the dress for her and we both walked out from the shop. She was still not looking happy. I was thinking that may be I will do something for her happiness because with this mood I can't confess my crime.

I held Aisling hand as we walked into the luxurious boutique. The Alpha council party was tonight night and we needed to find something suitable to wear. As the future Alpha and Luna of our pack, we had to make a good impression on the other leaders.

"Wow, look at all these clothes," Aisling said, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "They're so beautiful and expensive."

I smiled at her enthusiasm. She deserved to have the best of everything. She was my mate, my soulmate, and I loved her more than anything.

"Come on, let's try some on," I said, leading her to the men's section. I picked out a black tuxedo with a silver tie and handed it to her. "What do you think of this?"

She looked at it and nodded approvingly. "It's very elegant and classy. It suits you well."

"Thank you, love. Now let's find something for you." I took her to the women's section and browsed through the racks of dresses. There were so many colors and styles to choose from. I wanted to find something that would complement her natural beauty and make her stand out.

I saw a silver dress that caught my eye. It was long and flowing, with a slit on the side that showed off some leg. It had a sweetheart neckline that accentuated her curves and a thin belt that cinched her waist. It looked perfect for her.

I took it off the hanger and held it in front of her. "How about this one?"

She gasped and touched the fabric. "It's gorgeous. Can I try it on?"

"Of course, my love." I led her to the fitting room and helped her put on the dress. She looked stunning in it. The red color contrasted with her pale skin and dark hair, making her look like a goddess.

She turned around and looked at herself in the mirror. She smiled and hugged me. "Thank you, Archard. You have such good taste."

I kissed her softly on the lips. "You're welcome, Aisling. You look amazing."

We decided to buy the outfits and headed to the cashier. We paid with our credit cards and left the boutique with our bags.

We walked back to our car, holding hands and smiling. We were happy and in love, ready to face the world together. I took her to the restaurant thought that may be this could improve her mood do I confess my crime.

The restaurant was located on the top floor of a skyscraper, offering a panoramic view of the city. The interior was decorated with elegance and sophistication, with crystal chandeliers, marble floors, and velvet curtains. The tables were covered with white linen and adorned with silverware and fine china. The chairs were upholstered with leather and cushioned for comfort. The atmosphere was serene and romantic, with soft music playing in the background and dim lighting creating a cozy ambiance.

The menu was diverse and exquisite, featuring dishes from various cuisines and cultures. The ingredients were fresh and organic, sourced from local farms and markets. The chefs were skilled and creative, preparing each dish with care and flair. The service was impeccable and attentive, with waiters and waitresses dressed in formal attire and ready to cater to every need.

We went to the restaurant, she was holding my arms like a couples do. It was giving me vibes of gentle men. I can surely says it was my best day of life.

We sit on the chair, I was looking into her eyes and she was looking towards me. I was feeling better never before.

Aisling, I hope you're feeling better now. I know shopping can be stressful, but I'm glad we could come here and relax together.

As we sip our water, I ask you, "What are you in the mood for? The menu looks so delicious, I can't decide what to get!"

You smile back at me and say, "I'm thinking about getting the pasta. It sounds so good!"

I nod in agreement, "That does sound amazing. I think I'm going to get the steak. I heard it's their specialty."

We continue to chat and enjoy each other's company as we wait for the food to arrive. When the plates are set in front of us, we both gasp in delight. The food looks and smells amazing.

As we take our first bites, we both close our eyes and savor the flavors. I look over at you and see a content smile on your face. "This is just what I needed," you say.

I smile back at you, "I'm so glad we came here. Spending time with you always makes me happy."

We continue to eat and enjoy each other's company, feeling grateful for this special moment together.

I thought may be this is a right time to confess but than I saw her smiley face which I don't want to ruined. I do not have enough powers for confession. I thought may be I should have to wait for the party.

AZALAIC ( POV )

I'm getting ready for the party, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. I want to look my best, so I spend a little extra time getting ready. l known everything will change with this party, I will take her with me forever. Aisling today is your last day with archard. Today I will take you with me forever and there will be no one who disturb us.

I picked up my phone and dialed albert's number. He was my trusted contact in this shady world of dark wolves, and he had promised to arrange a private charter for me and my mate Aisling, I known it is unsafe because if I do it than archard will definitely strike back but right now I don't care about anything I just care for Aisling. I will never leave her on the mercy of . I needed to get out of this place as soon as possible, before the authorities caught up with me.

"Hey, boss. Is everything settled?" I asked him as soon as he answered.

"Yes, sir. The plane is ready and waiting for you at the airport. It's a small jet, but it has enough fuel to take you anywhere you want. No questions asked, no papers checked." He sounded confident and calm.

"Good. And what about the security? Any trouble on the way?"

"No, sir. I've cleared the road for you. There's a car waiting for you outside your hotel. It has tinted windows and a fake license plate. Just get in and drive to the airport. No one will stop you."

"Excellent. You've done well, albert. I'll make sure you get your cut when this is over."

"Thank you, sir. I appreciate it. And good luck with your mate. I hope she's worth it. I hope you will take her out from the party as soon as possible."

"She is, Robert. She is." I hung up the phone and looked at the woman lying on the bed next to me. She was asleep, unaware of the danger we were in. She was beautiful, smart, and loyal. She was also the daughter of the most powerful crime lord in the city, and known she is the mate of my enemy archard and it will be a fun for me to get her from his hand just stolen her from him, I will

I smiled and kissed her forehead gently in photograph Tonight, we would fly away from here, and start a new life together. A life of freedom and love.

I start by taking a hot shower, feeling the warm water wash away the stress of the day. I use my favorite body wash and shampoo, enjoying the fresh scent. I take my time in the shower, letting the water run over me and relaxing my muscles. I hum along to my favorite song, feeling the rhythm of the music in my bones.

As I step out of the shower, I wrap a towel around my waist and head to the sink. I shave carefully, wanting to avoid any nicks or cuts. I splash my face with cold water, feeling refreshed and awake. I apply a little bit of aftershave, enjoying the clean scent.

Next, I choose my outfit. I want to look stylish but not too flashy, so I opt for a classic black suit and crisp white shirt. I add a pop of color with a bright red tie, feeling confident and sharp. I take my time getting dressed, making sure everything fits perfectly. I check myself out in the mirror, feeling proud of the way I look.

I style my hair with a little bit of gel, giving it a sleek and polished look. I check my reflection in the mirror, making sure everything looks perfect. I grab my phone and wallet, tucking them into my pockets.

As I grab my keys and head out the door, I feel a surge of anticipation. I'm ready to have a great time and make some new connections. I can't wait to see what the night has in store. I step outside into the cool night air, taking a deep breath and feeling alive. I was imagining the party buzz like I will took a suspicious entry and shock everyone.

As I entered the ball room, I felt a surge of excitement and wonder. The ball room was a dazzling spectacle of lights, colors and sounds. The chandeliers cast a warm glow over the polished floor, where couples danced gracefully to the music of the orchestra. The walls were adorned with paintings and tapestries, creating a sense of elegance and history. The air was filled with laughter, chatter and the clink of glasses, as guests mingled and enjoyed the refreshments. The atmosphere was festive and lively, as everyone celebrated the occasion with joy and enthusiasm. I spotted some familiar faces among the crowd, and smiled as they waved at me. I made my way to the buffet table, where a variety of delicacies awaited me. I picked up a plate and sampled some of the dishes, savoring the flavors and aromas. I then joined a group of friends who were chatting near the fireplace, and exchanged greetings and compliments. I felt happy and relaxed, as I enjoyed the company of good people in a beautiful setting.

I feel confident and relaxed, enjoying the atmosphere of the party. I dance with a beautiful woman of the world my mate Aisling , I will feeling the rhythm of the music and the heat of her body. We talk and laugh, getting to know each other better like our old days. I will get her back at any cost.

As the night wears on, I feel a sense of satisfaction. I've had a great time and made some great connections. I'm glad I took the time to get ready and put my best foot forward.

I glanced at my watch and realized that it was almost time for the guests of honor to arrive, I want to see them? I want to look them together? what will happen when they arrive together? . I was eager to see Aisling and Archard, the leader of the Alpha pack and his precious and beautiful mate.

I saw Aisling and Archard enter the room, hand in hand, followed by a few members of their packs. They looked stunning, as they walked confidently towards the center of the floor. Aisling and Archard arrive at the party, looking like the perfect couple. Aisling is wearing a stunning silver dress that hugs her curves in all the right places. The dress has a low-cut neckline that shows off her delicate collarbones and a thigh-high slit that reveals her toned legs. She wears strappy heels that make her legs look even longer. Her hair is styled in loose waves that cascade down her back, framing her face perfectly. She wears minimal makeup, letting her natural beauty shine through.

Archard is wearing a sleek black suit that fits him perfectly. The suit jacket is tailored to show off his broad shoulders and the pants are tailored to fit his long legs. He wears a crisp white shirt that contrasts nicely with his dark suit. His tie is a deep red that matches Aisling dress. He wears black dress shoes that are polished to a high shine. His hair is styled neatly, giving him a sophisticated look.

I was staring them from my mask, I Known that I could not take any risk that she will recognize me and do something which will destroy my plan.

As they enter the party, heads turn to look at them. They look like they belong on the cover of a fashion magazine. They walk arm in arm, looking like they're the only two people in the room. Aisling smiles at Archard, feeling lucky to have him by her side. Archard leans in and whispers something in her ear, making her laugh.

They make their way to the bar, grabbing drinks and chatting with the other guests. They're both charming and friendly, making everyone feel at ease. Aisling catches the eye of a few men, but she only has eyes for Archard. Archard notices the attention Aisling is getting, but he's not worried. He knows that Aisling only has eyes for him.

As the night wears on, Aisling and Archard dance together, moving in perfect harmony. They're both excellent dancers, and they look like they're having the time of their lives. They laugh and spin around the dance floor, feeling the music and each other. They're the center of attention, and everyone is watching them.

As the party winds down, Aisling and Archard say their goodbyes and head out. They walk arm in arm, feeling content and happy. They know that they make a great couple, and they're excited to see what the future holds. As they walk down the street, they look like they're walking on air but I'm here to ruined there plans. I am here to kidnap Aisling.

I watched as Aisling and Archard took the stage, and listened as the host praised them for their achievements and their love. I felt a pang of jealousy and longing, as I remembered how I had once been close to Aisling. We had been friends since childhood, and I had always had a crush on her. I known that she betray me but now this is a perfect time to apply my plan.

I decided to act on my feelings, before it was too late. I took a pen and paper from my pocket, and wrote a note for Aisling. I wrote: "Aisling, I need to talk to you. Please meet me in the washroom. It's urgent. I'm Valentina your Ex- best friend" I folded the note and looked for a way to deliver it to her. I saw a waiter passing by with a tray of drinks, and I slipped the note under one of the glasses. I followed him with my eyes, and waited for him to reach the stage.

He offered the drinks to Aisling and Archard, who took them with a smile. Aisling lifted the glass to her lips, and noticed the note. She looked puzzled, and opened it. She read it, and frowned. She looked around the room, trying to find who had sent it. She saw me, and our eyes met. I nodded at her, and gestured towards the washroom. She hesitated, and then nodded back. She whispered something to Archard, who looked confused but nodded as well. She put down the glass, and excused herself from the stage. She walked towards the washroom, followed by curious glances from the crowd. I followed her as well, hoping that she would listen to me and give me a chance.

I reached the washroom, and saw Asiling standing there, looking angry and scared. She saw me, and gasped.

"Asiling, I'm glad you came. I need to talk to you." I said, trying to sound calm and sincere.

"What are you doing here? How did you get in? This is a private party, for the Alpha pack and their allies. You're not one of them. You're an Alpha, a rogue, an outcast. You don't belong here." She said, her voice trembling with rage and fear.

"I know, I know. But I had to see you. I had to tell you how I feel. Aisling, I love you. I've always loved you. Ever since we were kids, you were the only one who was kind to me, who understood me, who made me happy. You're my best friend, my soulmate, my everything. And I can't stand the thought of losing you to him. To Archard. He doesn't deserve you. He doesn't love you like I do. He's just using you, to gain more power and influence. He's a tyrant, a monster, a killer. He's not good for you, Aisling. He'll hurt you, he'll break you, he'll destroy you. Please, please, don't marry him. Don't join his pack. Leave him, and come with me. We can run away together, we can start a new life together, we can be happy together. Just you and me, Aisling. Just you and me." I said, pouring out my heart to her.

She stared at me in disbelief and horror. She shook her head slowly.

"Are you insane? Are you delusional? Do you have any idea what you're saying? How dare you say such things about Archard? How dare you insult him, and his pack, and his love for me? How dare you try to ruin my happiness, my future, my destiny? Archard is the best thing that ever happened to me. He's my mate, my leader, my hero. He loves me more than anything in the world. He treats me with respect, with care, with passion. He's not a tyrant, a monster, a killer. He's a protector, a warrior, a leader. He's good for me, Albert. He makes me happy, he makes me strong, he makes me whole. I love him more than anything in the world. And I'm going to marry him, and join his pack, and be his queen. Nothing you say or do will change that. Nothing." She said, her voice rising with conviction and defiance.

She took a step back from me, and reached for the door.

"Now get out of here, before I scream and alert the guards. Get out of here, and never come back. Get out of here, and forget about me. Because I've already forgotten about you." She said coldly.

Before she walked out I put hit over her head and she fall down unconsciously.

Now I have only few minutes to take her out from the union council building. I immediately took her in my arms and covered her face with mask.

I run out from the ball room hall before anyone can saw us. I was scared but nothing more than losing her.

I took her out from the building to my car.

ARCHARD ( POV )

My eyes darted around the packed ballroom, trying to spot her silver gown or her golden locks. Aisling was meant to be here with me, as my mate and companion. However, she was nowhere to be found. A wave of anxiety and irritation washed over me, Where could she have gone? Why did she leave without saying anything? suddenly about a few minutes ago she was with me and now she disappeared? what happened to her?

I pushed my way through the throng of guests, ignoring their curious glances and polite greetings. I needed to find her, to make sure she was safe and happy. She was everything to me, and I couldn't bear the thought of losing her. I reached the other end of the room, where my mother was chatting with some dignitaries. I caught her eye and gestured for her to come over. Where is she? where she gone?

"Mother, have you seen Aisling?" I asked urgently. "She was here a moment ago, but now she's gone."

My mother frowned and shook her head. "No, I haven't seen her since we arrived. Maybe she went to the restroom or the garden. Why don't you check there?"

I nodded and thanked her, then hurried out of the ballroom. I don't known where is she? I have no idea where she gone?

I frantically scanned the crowded ballroom, desperately searching for a glimpse of her. Aisling was supposed to be here, by my side, as my mate and my partner. But she was nowhere to be seen. I felt a surge of panic and frustration, mixed with a faint trace of her scent that lingered in the air. Where had she gone? Why had she left me without a word? My heart ached with longing and confusion.

She had been with me when we arrived at the party, smiling and holding my hand. She had looked stunning in her dress, a simple but elegant gown that hugged her curves and sparkled under the lights. She had kissed me softly and whispered in my ear that she loved me. She had made me feel like the luckiest man in the world.

But then, something had changed. She had excused herself to get a drink, and I had let her go, thinking she would be back soon. But she never came back. I had waited for her, growing more anxious by the minute. I had tried to call her, but her phone was off. I had asked around, but no one had seen her. She had vanished, like a ghost.

I ran down the hallway, looking for any sign of Aisling. I checked the restroom, the garden, the library, but she was not there. I felt a growing sense of dread and anger. Had someone taken her? Had she run away from me? Did she not want to be my mate?

I spotted my sister Emma and my friends Cleo and Hazel near the staircase. They were talking and laughing, unaware of my distress. I approached them and grabbed Emma's arm.

"Emma, have you seen Aisling?" I asked desperately. "She's missing, and I can't find her anywhere."

Emma gasped and looked at me with concern. "What? No, I haven't seen her since the ceremony. What do you mean she's missing?"

I explained to them what had happened, and how I had searched the whole mansion for her. They looked shocked and worried, and agreed to help me find her.

"Maybe she's in one of the guest rooms," Cleo suggested. "Or maybe she went outside for some fresh air."

"Or maybe she's in trouble," Hazel added. "We should split up and look for her in every corner of this place."

I nodded and thanked them, then gave them each a description of her dress and her appearance. We decided to meet back at the ballroom in ten minutes, and hoped that one of us would find her by then.

We parted ways and searched for Aisling, calling out her name and hoping for a response. But there was only silence and emptiness. Aisling was gone, and I didn't know why.

We met back at the ballroom, but none of us had any luck. Aisling was not in the council building, and no one had seen her leave. We were running out of time and options. I felt a knot in my stomach and a cold sweat on my forehead. I feared the worst.

"Maybe she went back to our mansion," I said, trying to sound hopeful. "Maybe she forgot something or felt sick or something."

Emma nodded and grabbed my hand. "Yeah, maybe. Let's go check there. Come on, guys, let's go."

We left the party, ignoring the questions and stares from the other guests. We got into my car and drove to our mansion, hoping to find Aisling there. I prayed that she was safe and sound, that she had a good reason for leaving me, that she still loved me.

We arrived at our mansion and ran inside, calling out her name. We searched every room, every closet, every corner. But she was not there. She had not been there. She had left no trace of her presence.

I collapsed on our bed, feeling a wave of despair and pain wash over me. I buried my face in the pillow, inhaling her scent that still lingered there. I sobbed and screamed, unable to contain my emotions.

"Where are you, Aisling?" I cried out. "Where did you go? Why did you leave me? Don't you know how much I love you? How much I need you? How much I miss you?"

Emma, Cleo and Hazel came into the room and hugged me, trying to comfort me. They told me that they were sorry, that they would find her, that they would not give up. But their words sounded hollow and empty. They did not know where she was. They did not know why she left. They did not know if she would ever come back.

Aisling was gone, and I didn't know why.
