Amoux was stunned when he heard Leah shout his name. He quickly threw the wood he was carrying and immediately went to her. He gulped when Leah was glaring at him as if she wanted to murder him using her hands. He gulped when he saw how mad she was.
“What are you doing?” Leah irritably asked. She gave him a murderous glare which made him swallow even more. Not because he's scared of her but because he finds her more attractive. He wanted to lavish Leah in front of her pack.
“I'm helping the members to get some wood,” Amoux answered, but Leah scoffed at him. There was a faint of fierceness in her eyes which made him smile. However, he unintentionally talked to other members, and seeing Leah react as this made him jump for joy. He stopped himself from smirking when Leah rolled her eyes at him.
He still couldn't move on from how Leah acted when they were on his bed. She kept moaning her name, and she kept grabbing his head to push him to suck her cunt more. He knew his pregnancy involved this, and he wanted to thank her future baby.
“You're helping others, but you keep flirting with other women. Seriously, Amoux, I'm disappointed.” He moved closer to her. He grabbed her waist and hugged her tightly. He saw how her face turned red in embarrassment.
“I'm sorry, master, if I talked to other women. You didn't give me your rules, so I don't even know that it's forbidden to speak to your pack members.” He placed his chin on her shoulder and planted a soft kiss on her neck, making her groan. She bit her lips when she felt his hardened member.
“I don't think you're telling me the truth, Amoux. You even smiled at them, I thought I was your master, but you kept disobeying me. It would help if you didn't talk to other women, and once I called you, I wanted to be naked on your bed. Do you understand me?” Leah widened her eyes in frustration. She even gritted her teeth. Why does she feel she will choke Amoux for being a wrong enslaved person?

Almera faked a cough. She couldn't believe that Leah and Amoux had forgotten that she'd been there with them. How dare they act like she's invisible.

She couldn't believe that after she witnessed Karen with Adam, and now she saw how Amoux was trying to seduce her Alpha Leah. She suddenly felt gross, and she hoped that Kairo was with her.
“Hmm..” Leah moaned when she felt Amoux begin sucking her neck. She didn't mind Almera's complaint.
“You called my name, so do you want me to get naked on my bed?” Amoux whispered. He bit and sucked her ear, which made her tighten her hand.
“Master, do you want me on my bed?” Amoux repeated his question. He smelled her.
“Y-Yeah, I want you on your bed tonight. Don't you dare ditch me, Amoux?” Leah gasped, and she felt excited about having an intimate night with Amoux. She needed to wait for the evening to come; she noted that she needed to renovate every room so that whenever she shouted, no one could hear it.
“Okay, I'll be good for you,” Amoux answered
“Alpha Leah, you have a visitor.” Leah slightly pushed Amoux. She glanced at her member.
“Alpha Brandon is here. He told us that you have a meeting today.” Leah was dumbfounded. She doesn't remember that Alpha Brandon set a meeting with her. When she peeked at Amoux, she saw that he was unhappy.
“Where is he?” She inquired.
“He's in your office. He waited for you there, Alpha Leah.” The member answered. Leah thanked the member for informing her. She asked Almera not to go with her if she went to the office. She didn't need a companion because it was Alpha Brandon. She trusted him too much.
“Are you going to meet him?” Amoux was expressionless when he raised a question at her. He felt that his heart broke into a million pieces and that Leah had still communicated with Alpha Brandon. He mocked. He forgot that Alpha Brandon was the father of her baby.
How did he forget the essential part? They still communicated because of the baby, if it's about the baby. He felt jealous when Leah told Almera that she didn't need to go with her. What will Leah do with Alpha Brandon, which made her alone with him?
His jaw tense. He couldn't think properly because of the rage emotion that was slowly coming into his body. He wanted to be with her all day!
At first, he thought that their setup would be alright for him. He wanted her to experience being dominant because he remembered that she treated her like that. But what if Leah didn't have plans to be with him forever? What if Leah just used him because Alpha Brandon wasn't around?
“I need to; we will discuss our plans for our pack.” Leah was numb. She didn't even notice that Amoux's face became sour, and she didn't see that he was hurt.
“Okay, you are both our business partners too. Do you have other plans to merge your pack with him?” Amoux cleared his throat. He tried to hide the bitterness that he felt. When he asked Leah about the merging of their pack, he meant if Leah had plans to be with Alpha Brandon. Merging a group means the two Alphas need to marry each other for the sake of their packs.
“What do you mean, Amoux? I don't understand you. Okay, I don't know, but we're talking about that, too.” Amoux sighed, and he avoided his eyes when he felt that his eyes were starting to moist. He couldn't believe that Leah acted dumb in front of him. He bowed his head. He blinked several times when he felt his chest clenched.
“Oh, that's good to hear, Master. Your pack will be powerful once you merge your pack with him.” Amoux mumbled. He never thought that he was hurt too much. He believes that maybe Leah experienced this after he let Anaya do something with him.
He wished that he was like her; he felt that his going to die whenever he thought that his mate was preparing a plan with his baby's father.
Almera snickered. She wanted to grab Leah's hair for being numb. She understood what Amoux was trying to ask her.
“Are you sure you don't want me to be with you?” Almera tried to ask her again. She wanted Leah to figure out what was happening in her surroundings, but she was wrong; Leah seemed didn't figure out everything. She thought that Amoux was alright with her decisions.
“You don't need to. I know that Alpha Brandon won't hurt me. I should go right now.” Leah didn't even try to check Amoux and left them confidently.
“I'm sorry if she was like that.” Almera apologized. She saw Amoux force himself to smile at her. She sighed. Maybe, Leah is brilliant when it comes to fighting but to feel others feeling; she's dumb.
“You don't need to say sorry for her. I understand; I don't know how I should place in her life.” Amoux bid his goodbye, and she saw how Amoux's shoulder fell because of disappointment. She wanted to tell Leah about it, but she didn't want to cross her line.
She is still her Alpha, and she needs to respect her decisions even though sometimes, she wants to spank her butt.
“Honey, where are you? Are you with Leah?” Almera gasped when he heard Kairo's voice. She groaned in excitement and let Leah do whatever she wanted.
Leah heard her wolf howl. She frowned when her wolf growled again. She wanted to know what was happening, but she thought her wolf might not be ready to talk to her. She went to her office, knocked, and opened the door.
She saw Alpha Brandon was too attractive in his suit. She raised her brow when Alpha Brandon stood up and hugged her. She felt nervous; she thought she was doing something wrong even though she and Amoux were still trying to start.
“I thought we would need to talk about our projects together. But it looks like you're inviting me somewhere else.” Leah hugged him back. After all, Alpha Brandon treated her right.
“You're right. I want to invite you to my family gathering. I don't want to get married for now, but my father is too persistent!” Leah chuckled when Alpha Brandon grunted like a child.
“Okay, who's the lucky she-wolf?” She asked. She didn't feel jealous since she was sure that it was only Amoux. Aside from that, she will have the baby.
“Tsk! Don't tease me; you know I'm still heartbroken because of you.” Leah giggled when Alpha Brandon was trying to act like he was mad, but he was not. She crossed her arms, and she felt that she needed to play with him.
“Seriously, if you won't tell me who's the lucky woman, I won't accept your invitation.” Leah threatened him, which made him smirk.
“You should come with me because I want you to see her. Aside from that, I talked to my uncle to ask if he could speak to the elders. I found out that Lycan Hector went here. Have you two already forgiven each other?” Leah didn't know what to say because Lycan Hector tried to get her forgiveness.
“Alpha Brandon, you don't need to worry about me. So, you rushed here because of your engagement party? Do you want me to act as your girlfriend so I can stop your upcoming wedding?” Leah grinned at him, which made him frown. Alpha Brandon's mouth twitched when Leah tried to make fun of him.
“I don't want you to stop my upcoming wedding, okay, I'll tell you. I'm going to marry one of my exes. She's my first girlfriend, and I discovered she was my second chance mate.” Alpha Brandon sighed in defeat.
“And she didn't like the idea of getting mated with me. She hated me too much, I tried to ask her out, but she was too persistent to turn me down. So, I need your help; I know she still had feelings for me because when my relative mentioned you, I swear, she was jealous.” Leah laughed so loud. She couldn't believe that Alpha Brandon's problem was like that. When she saw his expression, it looked like he had a problem with their funds.
“Alpha Brandon, did you think she will accept you once you make her jealous? What would happen if she rejects you for having an affair with a pregnant woman.” Alpha Brandon was stunned. He didn't think about that part; he wanted to make her second mate jealous.
“Okay, what am I supposed to do? She doesn't want me anymore. Okay, I know I did something wrong to her, and I regret it.” Alpha Brandon sat on the chair.
“Who's invited to your party?”
“I invited you because Anaya was there too with her parents. And I'm sure that Amoux will go too because Lycan Hector was part of the guests.” Leah nodded. She didn't want to be with Alpha Brandon, but the thought that Amoux possibly went to the party made her go too.
"Okay, I will trust you in this. I will go with you.” Leah agreed, which made Alpha Brandon embrace her too tight. But they're both shocked when the door opens, and Amoux is in front of the door. Jealousy was evident on his face, and he growled loudly.
