The Battle Between Two Trios[1]
Kaimaroth along with Nina and Revena stood atop the dominion’s gate , tension filled the air as another major battle was about to begin in this gruelling war . Senita signalled Nuru and Kaita to take up their battle positions, their spirit energy erupted. The amount of spirit energy they each possessed was comparable to a bottomless ocean.
"Now it’s time to get serious" Kaita smacked her cheeks lightly in an attempt to boost her confidence."this is going to be a real doozy" Nuru sighed barely having any interest in the battle.
"Battle Maiden trio, commence CLEAN UP!"
Senita exclaimed loudly with a calm tone . Nuru and Kaita streaked towards the top of the gate. " Morian Goddess trio , move out " Kaimaroth commanded .
"Okay!.... Solaris Technique, scribble 19:"Nina flew upwards taking a deep breath "Holy flame storm"
Spiraling white flames came off from Nina’s mouth towards the incoming Nuru and Kaita
"I got it , you know" Nuru said lacklustrely
" Self made acts:----"
She threw her fist into the white flames " ding-dong smash" she shattered the flames.
"Huh?! How was she able to break my flames and not get hurt too" Nina exclaimed with a laid back expression.
"Neko technique, Claw 5:---" Kaika closed in on Revena "thousand cuts of fury" striking Revena with such speed that her hands became blurry. A cold chill spread in the air , as icy flakes flowed after , silvery frost settled down Kaita’s spine . Her attacks were blocked by a towering pillar of ice.
Kaimaroth recalled her spear to her hand from Senita’s side , but before Kaimaroth could grab hold of her spear , Senita emerged from the shadows, she reacted immediately parrying the incoming strike.
"Corpse technique, burial 7:-----" multiple dark puddles formed atop the wall and around Kaimaroth."Grasp of the undead " Eerie looking arms burst forth from the dark pools , before they could reach Kaimaroth, she swung her spear diagonally unleashing a strong gust of wind that derailed the muck-like hands.
"Underworld [Strength] Technique: Jabs of Hades" she lunged her spear forward swiftly destroying all the dark appendages .
" How did you get your breasts so big , I’m curious, you" Nuru asked , floating mid air
Nina smiled" I could say the same for you"
Nuru’s chest was just as large as Nina’s , Nina felt that was a very stupid question to ask....I mean can you really blame her?
They both floated mid air , Nina calmly flapping dragon-like silver wings while Nuru on the other hand twisted her ears , spinning them like helicopter blades .
It was weird to watch but at least it served its purpose of allowing her to fly , a win is a win after all.
Nina took a deep breath , gathering a ball of white flames in front of her , she pursed her lips as she inhaled deeply , her chest expanding vastly"Solaris Technique, scribble 1: Silver dragon’s breath"A stream of flames attacked Nuru.
Nuru’s ears propelled her backwards , barely escaping the flames’ reach" self made technique: thin ice breaker" the sky cracked like a broken mirror , the flames were shattered into multiple fragments.
"Just like I suspected" Nina muttered inwardly . She had just realised that Nuru was a dangerous foe and her lacklustre attitude was a trap to make her opponents drop their guards , that’s why she asked Nina such foolish questions.
"Your near perfect mask , nearly had me deceived" Nina stated boldly, her voice rang unpleasantly in Nuru’s ear , it was not Nina’s tone that irritated her but the words that she uttered stabbed her like a knife to the heart.
Nina , the Goddess of the Solaris Temple. Ever since her first days as a Goddess she has been a kind soul , helped gods and mortals are like if the need should arise .To her it wasn’t about the rewards but impact she made . It was through her kindness and indifferent mindset the Solaris Temple became the strongest and greatest shrine sect overthrowing the Takeoun Eight Trigrams Shrine whose Goddess disappeared without a word.
There’s a saying: Even beautiful roses possessed thorns . For Nina this was indeed the case aside the innocent display she put me on for the mass to see deep within breeds the thickest form of cruelty. Who said Gods were supposed to be pure, who made that rule, yes they were pillar of reverance for mortals to pour their many complains and inconsistencies . But no God or Goddess is ever fully a saint or saintess.
Even before ’the making ’ evil has always been a primodial force for without wickedness people will not be able to recognise good.
"Tch...I underestimated you" Nuru grimaced , her smiley face turned terrifyingly grim"I thought all big chested ladies were dumbasses , I guess I was wrong" Her brown hair rose upwards as spirit energy flared emitting a brown glow.
"Self made acts: entanglement" she twisted the sky as if it was fluid, then she let go creating a violent distortion that knocked Nina into the wall.
Before Nina could get up from the crater she found herself in , Nuru emerged from the smoke"thin ice breaker "cracks spread from the point her hand touched the surface of the sky. Nina was blown even deeper into the wall.
Nuru’s acts allow her to use the sky as a surface , enabling her to easily manipulate the structure around. She came from the Hatman tribe , a clan of individuals that practiced the acts of the sky , they were 7th place amongst the twelve founding clans..
Each of the founding class possessed a blessing from one of the beginning entities.THE HATMAN CLAN WERE BLESSED BY THE SKY FATHER, JIN. One of the all powerful beginning entities .
Among them Nuru stood out as a distinguished prodigy who mastered the sky arts with ease.Her father was a decorated warrior while her mother was the advisor to clan chief . She had the genes of warrior and brains of an advisor .
She was indeed a genius . Despite being favoured by nature Nuru continued to train with high hopes that she might come across a stronger being than herself in the future but days became months and months became years still nothing, there was no one that come best her in battle.
That’s when she decided to become laid back , she defeated the chief and warrior commandant the strongest individuas in their clan without breaking a sweat. So she decided to take a step back and became unserious, treating everything as a joke.What haunted wasn’t weakness but unbearable boredom.
The day that the summoners’ war began she was pulled into a summoning circle , finally her escape route to a battlefield that is sure to be filled with powerful entities had arrived. The moment she meet berry she insisted they had a duel that was when she experienced her first defeat.
She was joyous as if she were the one that won the duel apart from berry ,Senita was pretty strong too almost every day she would challenge Senita to a duel only to get bested every time they fought. Apart from Senita and berry the other entities and individuals she came across were pretty weak , soon boredom set in again . Both her battle with Nina would soon change that fact.
Silver flames streaked from within the crater outwards in an S-shape. It was Nina "did you really think that would be enough to stop me?" A halo of silver flakes formed behind her .
"Hahaha, this couldn’t get any better" Nuru laughed maniacally, she pulled the sky’s surface together,"Avart crush" she slammed into Nina .
Nina burnt the attack to cinders"Resplendent iris" a silver flame shaped like an iris, consumed Nuru whole.
But Nuru refused to give in, she held on to the sky’s surface even tighter , raising it upwards "Damnation raise" She pulled the sky’s surface upward.
" Solaris cross" Nina mumbled softly. Silver flames condensed to form a large cross and the cross pushed through the sky’s surface and Nuru to the ground .
The attack impaled Nuru , she could barely move a muscle as she lay helplessly on the ground . Her dim brown dilated pupils , she let out a weak sigh" I guess this is it...."
She grimaced , using the last of her energy she sent the sky upward like a spear swiftly , it pierced Nina’s torso before she could react, blood spilled out , she covered the hole with her palm reducing the blood loss.
"But at least I injured that booby bitch before I die, Kaita and Senita ...." She muttered
slowly her eyes gently closing
" I" she mumbled, straining her throat " I never liked you bitches for once! , see you guys in the afterlife" she dropped dead , lifeless.
Nina couldn’t assist the others due to her injury , so she left the gate to within the dominion so she could heal.
"Your comrade didn’t even cherish you , how pathetic"Revena said boldly , shooting icicles upwards at Kaita .
Kaita dodged some of her attacks while cutting through most .
"A thousand cuts" Kaita dashed towards Revena
"same old boring attack" Revena thought to herself as she erected an ice pillar to block the incoming slashes .
The ice pillar broke , her eyes widened in shock"how" she muttered inwardly
Kaita cut Revena’s face before she could dodge.
