L E O N A R D O
As I got dressed to go to the church, my father barged into my room without even knocking.
"Learn to knock dad!" I groaned while knotting my tie.
"Did you bring her siblings here?" He growled at me.
I'm assuming he's talking about Cass and Iris.
"They're at Paris Hilton hotel." I sighed and continued what I was doing.
"I know that. I received a notification from the bank." He snapped. "You couldn't take them to a more underground hotel?! You're getting married today and you're paying hotel bills for two young girls, do you know this could have lead to a media uproar that could harm both the Simpsons and us?" He queried.
My eyebrows lowered and pulled closer together. "Why would I take them to an underground hotel where they wouldn't get all the comfort when I can afford it?" I questioned him.
"You weren't the one who told their older sister to get involved with criminals! Why do you have to take on all her responsibilities? Their mother was able to abandon them once again because she knew you would look after them."
The corners of my mouth pointed downwards, "I have my own money dad! My hospital is doing pretty well, if it's a hassle paying for what they do then you don't have to!" I snapped at him.
"Now you're being plain ungrateful. You think it's easy paying college tuition for three other people that aren't your children while trying to keep them on a low because there are people looking for them? You need more than money to keep them safe you know."
I sighed, "So what do you want then? I thought you were okay as I was marrying your friends daughter."
"I am but I just want to let you know that you shouldn't give Winter a chance to complain about you or this relationship." He advised.
"What?" I yelled. "I told you when I was agreeing to this that I wouldn't perform the duties of a husband to her, you agreed and said all I should do is get married." I argued.
"Yes but that was to make you agree to the wedding first." He
"Great dad." I sarcastically gasped.
"Now go on outside, put a smile on your face and go make Winter happy. At least you'll have to do it if you want the girls to keep enjoying the luxury they are now." He straightened my tie and dusted away some invisible dirt from my white suit.
I took a deep sigh as I fell on my bed, this isn't fair. Why do I have to marry that spoilt brat? Keep her happy? I can't even stand her.

During the reception, I got a call from Iris who informed me that she and Cassidy were at the reception.
My eyes scanned the whole place and I saw that everyone was busy. Winter was at a table with Timothy and Rachel so I used the opportunity to sneak out.
I went outside and saw a beaming Cassidy and Iris.
"I'm super happy that you're trying to move on finally Leo." Iris wrapped her hands around me.
"Me too Leo!" Cassidy leaned in to hug me as well.
"I want to see her! Can we come inside?" Iris asked.
If my dad sees them he might cause a scene.
"Well I have news for you both," I changed the subject. "You both will be coming to my house during your school holidays now." I announced.
"With your new wife? Is she okay with it?" Cassidy questioned. "I mean, you did ask her first right?" She raised one of her brows.
"Totally." I lied.
I don't need Winter's permission to do anything in that house.
"Actually, I think it would be great if you both head on to the house right now, we will both meet you there." I dipped my hand inside my pocket and handed one of the front door keys to them.
They got into their car and I watched them drive off until they were no longer in view.
As I turned to go back inside, I saw Winter standing by the corner watching me.
Do I tell her about the girls? Nah there's no need.
"What?" I snapped at her when I reached where she was standing.
After the reception, the chauffeur took us straight to the new house. The car ride was quiet and very awkward.
Is this going to be the rest of my life?
When we reached the house, I got out of the car and walked straight inside. My mom showed me the house before buying it so I knew pretty much where everything was.
"Cass! Iris!" I called as I climbed upstairs.
A while later a door opened where they both emerged from.
"Are you both sharing a room?" I questioned.
"Yeah, we-"
"I won't allow it, this is a ten bedroom mansion. There are enough rooms for you both to get your individual room and I even kept a room for Thalia." I cut off Cassidy.
"Leo we ca-"
"No arguments! Someone should move out of that room into another one. My room is the last room on the corridor so if you need anything you can let me know." I informed them before walking away to avoid further arguments.
As I changed into casual clothes, I remembered Winter hasn't actually been here before and unlike me whose clothes are already here, I'm sure she's just moving in.
Should I have helped her with the bags? No, she will find her way.
Later in the evening, I went down to get water but I found Iris there sitting on the counter as she drank water.
"Leo, I haven't seen the Mrs yet, where is she?" She asked.
"I don't know, probably one of the rooms." I answered.
"Leo," She dragged.
I know where she wants to go with this and I don't want to hear it, especially from her.
"Don't you think you should give your relationship a chance? You've take care of all of us since Rie died and my mom ran off again, you deserve happiness." She preached.
"I do-"
We got interrupted by the door opening and revealing a surprised Winter. Her gaze fell upon Iris and then on me but she didn't say anything instead, she went through the cabinets looking for something.
She's way too proud, she could have just asked for help.
"Check the upper drawer." Iris helped her and I groaned.
"Why?!" I complained.
If she can't ask for help then what's the need helping her? Iris is way too nice.
She walked out of the kitchen without even a word of appreciation to Iris.
"You didn't even introduce us!" Iris smacked my arm.
"Uh," I tried to come up with an excuse.
"Never mind, I'll do it myself tomorrow."
I hope Winter doesn't act mean towards them. They seem to genuinely want to know her, maybe I'll talk to her tomorrow.
