Daniel stared at the paid girl sleeping beside him in his suite, he had been so drunk last night, he couldn't remember exactly what happened, he had seen the girl in his drunken state and for a moment he had thought it was Bella,
Bella, how he missed his wife. The girl has the same blond hair just like Bella and is of the same height, in his haze, he had brought her to his suite, all the while, seeing Bella's face in hers.
Seth rolled on his back as he stared at the sleeping stranger on his bed, now that he was sober, he could see that she looked nothing like Bella, the only similarity was the hair.
Daniel has come to realize that Bella is never coming back, she must have moved on wherever she is, he was supposed to be moving on too, why the hell was he still thinking about her? He was going to divorce her anyway and she would go out of his life, so, why does it hurt that she left him? He tapped the girl sleeping on his bed and she moaned, opening her eyes, she blinked brown eyes at him and he crunched his nose in disgust, Bella had clear blue eyes, such eyes that someone can easily get lost in
"good morning" she whispered, smiling broadly,
"get up and leave," Daniel said harshly and she blinked, the smile wiped off from her face,
"Are you angry with me? Look, I am sorry, it wasn't my fault that we didn't do anything last night, you were just so drunk and I love my men sober and alert"
Daniel stared at her, what was she talking about? "What do you mean?" He asked, his tone guarded,
"Don't you remember? Nothing happened between us last night, you were just too drunk that you fell asleep as soon as we got here but now that you are sober, we could make up for last night" she whispered seductively and went closer to him as if something just occurred to her, She wrapped her arms around his neck,
"So you don't need to be pissed because of that, I am still right here, we can do whatever you want," she said, bringing her face closer to his but before her lips would touch his, he pushed her away from him,
"We don't need to do anything okay, I changed my mind, I don't want to do anything with you, get dressed and leave" he snarled moving away from her,
"Such a foul temper is known of you Nikolai Klaus but if I may ask, Is it because of Bella?" She asked and he whirled around to face her,
"What the hell are you talking about?" He asked coldly and grabbed her wrist painfully.
She wriggled her wrist trying to get away from him but he held her tighter, "answer me" he yelled and she shivered
"Y...You kept saying her name in your sleep" Daniel felt chilled, was he saying Bella's name? Damn it, he let go of her wrist as if he has been burned and averted his gaze from her frightened but probing ones, her brown eyes staring straight at him
He has to get a grip on himself, he has to forget about Bella and see what she was doing to him, he wasn't the type to drink and womanize, now, he is drinking because he wants to forget her and now he is womanizing because after drinking, he keeps seeing Bella in every lady and of course, any lady would be ready to jump into Nikolai klaus bed
"What is your name?" He asked and she raised her brow at his unexpected question,
"So you are interested in me?" Her bravado came back a little bit, if he wants to know her name means he might be interested in her, any lady would take shit just to be with Nikolai Klaus
"I only want to know your name" he growled
"I am Phoebe" she replied staring at him, Daniel brought out a Wade of cash and threw it at her,
"You should leave" She stared at the money with a smile on her face, of course, for this cash, any lady would do anything just to be near Nikolai Klaus but she quickly schooled her emotions, she had to play the modest lady here so she did not attempt to pick up the money
"why give me so much cash, nothing happened between us," she said, staring at the cash,
"It was precisely because nothing happened between us that I am giving you so much cash, don't you like it?
"I... I...was just surprised" She picked up the money and walked close to him, turning his palm up, she placed the money in it,
"What are you doing?" Daniel asked, "I am not a whore I only agree to come with you because I like you, I really do"
Daniel almost rolled his eyes, now here comes the drama, who doesn't like Nikolai Klaus, well, not exactly Nikolai Klaus but Nikolai Klaus money, even his wife likes his money.
His mood grew more sour at the thought of Bella
There he goes again thinking about Bella, he shakes his head a little as if to banish the thought of her from his memory,
"I want your personal phone number, I want to be your friend, that's all that I want from you," Phoebe said and Daniel scoffed, oh! She wants his phone number? He smirked, what kind of game was she trying to play, perhaps, she was thinking she would get more cash from him if she got close to him,
"Well, I do not want to be your friend so stop playing modest and take your money and get out of here"

"I said leave" Daniel yelled and she shuddered, the look on his face warned her that she did not have to push further, she better accept the money before he took it back
She hurriedly collected the money and without a word, left him alone.
Daniel fell back on his bed, he will have to look for a way to get rid of Bella from his head and from his heart for good.

Bella sat on the floor in her little bamboo house and counted the money she had saved. She had moved from counting fish to selling them in the market and when she had moved out from Vivian's house, she had erected a house with bamboo close to the shore. She did with the help of Jason, the island doctor.
Ever since he had helped her that day at the shore, he had extended his hand of friendship, although, Bella was reluctant to accept it but he kept insisting.
Bella had been sleeping out there in the cold without a roof over her head and had turned down Jason's offer to go to his house, hence, he had suggested that they raise a shelter for her so that she could at least have a roof over her head.
She put away the money when she heard a knock on the door
"Come in" she called, too tired and heavy to stand up from the ground with her protruded stomach, she knew it would be Jason, he was the only one who visits her all the time
Jason walked in and one look at her on the ground had his face squeezing up in worry, "What are you doing down there? At this stage of your pregnancy, that's unhealthy" he grimaced as he helped her to stand up
"I'm fine, I just have to do some kinds of stuff" she murmured and stared at him, "What's up?"
Jason sighed at her abrupt change of topic, "I came to take you out for dinner and I am not taking no for an answer"

"I have to go," she said and stood up. Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen. She held her stomach and gasped in pain.
Jason rushed to her and placed his hand on her back, he felt her pulse and his brow creased, "Are you alright?" He asked in concern and she shook her head, "My stomach hurts"
"Perhaps, you are contracting, I need to take you to the hospital for proper examination"
She moaned in pain and her eyes widened as she felt liquid pooled in her leg, "W...what is this?" She whimpered
"Oh, jeez, I think your water just broke," Jason said and he lifted her in his arms and rushed towards his car,
He immediately brought out his stethoscope which was hung on his car mirror, "your heartbeat and pulse are okay, you are about to welcome your little angel into this world"
Bella smiled at the thought of having her baby in her arms but a sharp pain wiped off the smile and she whimpered
"Just breathe Isa, you will be fine" Bella was moaning loudly as he sat on the wheels, his tires screeched as he drove off from the parking lot and straight to the hospital.
"Keep your mouth open and keep sucking as much air as you can, keep breathing" he instructed, doing his best to keep her calm and ready while he drove to the hospital.
He thought of a way to distract her, "have you thought about your baby's name?"
She shook her head, she wanted to give birth first before she thought of a name
"So, what are you expecting, is it a handsome prince or a cute little princess?"
Bella smiled despite her pain, "I don't know either, I didn't do any ultrasound for my baby"
"So, we can say, it's a surprise package huh?"
Bella nodded, now that the baby was almost here, she wondered what sex it could be, either way, she would love any sex, a boy or a girl, she would love her. Her child will be her life and she will live for him or her.
By the time they got to the hospital, Bella was panting and sweating profusely, the pain was now excruciating and she moaned as spam after spam of it hit her,
"emergency!!!" Jason shouted and some nurses and doctors rushed out, he tried to hold her so as to help her out of the car, but her scream stopped him,
"Do not touch me!!!" She screamed angrily, Jason understood that she only said that because she was in so much pain.
He had helped her calm down until she got to the hospital, he is a doctor but childbearing was not his specialty, so, he gave way for the nurses and midwives to take care of her.
A nurse patted her, "You will be fine ma'am, in no time at all"
"I am dying, bring the baby out"
"Very soon ma'am, you will hold your little one" the nurse soothed as Bella was placed on the wheel stretcher and wheeled right in,
"Breathe ma'am, just breathe, you're doing great, your baby will soon be here, now, the contractions are going to be more intense and at a shorter interval when you feel the urge to push out your baby, you have to do so" Bella nodded at the instructions being given to her gasping in between breath, she wondered how something so sweet as making love will end up in so much pain during labor, she felt another wave of intense contraction and she did just as she was instructed, soon the cry of a baby could be heard in the room, but instead of the pain to relieve her, she felt more contractions and the urge to push
"Congratulations madam, it's a baby boy you are carrying twins" Soon her second baby came out and Bella sighed tiredly, relieved that it was over, a few minutes later, her babies were placed in her arms, they were boy and girl, it had never come across her mind that she would be giving birth to twin and had only made preparations for a baby but no matter what, she was happy as she held her little babies in her arms, tears brimming in her eyes, it doesn't matter the pain she had to go through, she would through it over again just to behold these cute beings in her arms.
