Bella felt as if the ground had been snatched from under her, there must be a coincidence in the name of the hospital,
"Do you mean Jenny Memorial in Venni City? She choked out and Dr Sam stared at her
"I am glad that you already know the place, if you want your child to be there, it must be as early as possible".
Bella thought back to the doctor's words as she arranged their clothes in a bag, they were going back to the city she ran away from, back to the city where she was scandalized and stoned, back to where she was once abused but more importantly, back to the place where Daniel Calvin resides.
She wondered if it was possible that she would enter the city without him knowing, how would he react when he saw her? Was he still angry with her? What will happen if he gets to know about Niko and Nikky?
He had always been hot-tempered and she could imagine his reaction already, he would try to take them away from her.
Her stomach quivered with this thought and she shook it off, she was scared of going back there but she knew that not going was not an option
Her gaze fell on Nikky, who was looking so pale and weak, if she had to face the devil himself just to see her child okay, she would.
She stared at the house where she had lived for the past five years, this house and this town had given her tranquility and peace, she had no idea if she would return here because she had a feeling that her life would change drastically when she left here.
Jason drove them to the bus station and Bella hugged him, she promised that she would return as soon as Nikky was okay and they would get married then, although, she felt that she was making empty promises.
Nikky looked as white as a sheet and her caramel eyes, which were the only thing she took of Daniel were filled with so much pain
She threw up once in the taxi she had boarded and Bella screamed at the driver to go faster, she felt like she was losing her daughter already, Niko was crying profusely and pleading with his twin sister not to die on them.
"I feel so tired mum, I can't breathe very well" Nikky murmured and closed her eyes.
Bella observed that Nikky had gone limp in her arms and her heart turned over in her chest as she desperately sought for a pulse, she almost collapsed in relief when she felt a very weak pulse
"Hang in there Nikky, you will be fine" she muttered as the taxi stopped in front of Jenny Memorial Hospital.
Bella rushed into the hospital with unconscious Nikky in her arms
"Help my child please, she is dying" she cried as she rushed into the hospital
Some doctors quickly approached her, "Please, my child is in need of heart surgery, it has to be done immediately" Bella cried as she showed them the test results and handwritten note that Dr. Sam had given her
Dr Perkins took the note from. her and glanced through it, he frowned when and stared at Bella
"There is a heart donor available but I'm afraid, it can't be used on your child, we have kept it for a patient who is coming in tomorrow"
"No, please, you can look for another donor for the patient, look at my child, if surgery is not done, she might die any moment from now, I don't want to lose my child please" she cried
"Please, save my sister" Niko cried, Bella hadn't noticed he was beside her
Dr Perkins shook his head, "The child needs to be checked in, in the hospital but I cannot promise when a donor will show up for her"
Bella wailed as Dr Perkins walked away after instructing a nurse to hospitalize Nikky,
"She has to get a donor today, she is very critical, please help my child" Bella begged the nurse and she looked at her in pity
"You can speak to the owner of the hospital, only he has the power to change Dr Perkins's decision in this hospital" the nurse whispered as she leaned in close to Bella's ear
Bella stared at the nurse tearfully, "Where can I see the owner? I need to speak to him"
"You are in luck because he is coming to the hospital today.....oh! There he is" The nurse looks flustered as she skidded away to the side.
Bella turned and saw someone dressed in a suit, his back was to her and he was followed by so many guards that she could not see him properly
His aura in the clinic was powerful and Bella thought that he had the same strong personality as Daniel, but, whoever he was, he had the power to save her child so she did not care about anything as she approached him
Some guards tried to stop her but she created such a ruckus that he suddenly turned towards her and their eyes met.
Time stood still, "Daniel is the owner of Jenny Memorial? How come she didn't know about it?"
With one wave of his hand, the guards parted for her
Bella was lost for what to say, she just stood there in shock, staring at him, "Mom, what are you doing? Talk to him" Niko urged her and she snapped out of her shock, Nikky's life was still on the line
"Please, I am begging you, save my child".

Daniel thought he was seeing things when he turned and his gaze met with Bella, he was dazed, it had been five long years since he last saw her and now she showed up with a child in her arms.
"Mom, talk to him, what are you doing?" A little boy standing beside her said and pain seared his heart
The boy just addressed her as a mom, did she get married and have kids? While he was being tormented by her absence and missing her, she had already moved on
She seemed to wake up in whatever daze she was in when her son spoke
"Please, I'm begging you, save my child" tears streamed down her cheeks
"Two kids, she freaking has two kids for another man," he thought. Pain, anger, and jealousy seared through him and his first instinct was to ask her to leave
"Go away" he clenched out
"Please Sir, save my sister" Niko begged and ran to him, he grabbed Daniel's hand and stared up at him with big blue eyes that were swimming in tears
Daniel's heart melted towards Niko of their own volition but he could not get rid of the jealousy that she moved on so quickly to the extent of getting pregnant by another man, he thought of teaching her a lesson before doing as Niko asked because, for the life of him, he found out that he could not say no to the boy
"If you want me to save your child, you have to beg for her life, go on both knees, and beg
"She is your child" Bella almost screamed but without even thinking about it, she went on her knees, she would do anything to save her daughter.
Daniel stared at her for a moment and moved past her to speak with Dr Perkins.
Within a few minutes, Nikky was taken from her and wheeled into the operation room, her surgery had been scheduled to be done immediately.
Bella was grateful to Daniel and her eyes glanced around so that she could thank him but he was already gone.
