Since Barthur was dead, it was not long, before his subjects were all captured by the Demini soldiers, who have now been released.
Some were trying to get everyone to safety, while others continued fighting their enemies.
The war is like that of no other, the more they fought, the more enemies, they see, it was more like they were multiplying, but with Blair and Jayden fighting, they were really unstoppable.
Blair didn't even have to do so much, the baby in her stomach, gave her an extra power, that she could do things, she never thought she could.
"Keep fighting, I cannot let Shadon get away". Jayden says, as soon as he noticed that Shadon was trying to get away. He would have been scared to leave Blair all by herself, but she seem to have it all covered, so she fought with the other soldiers, who still have their doubt about her, they don't know if she has been able to come around, or she is just pretending.
Jayden raced after Shadon, who was too wounded to even cast a spell.
"Now I am going to send you back to the abyss where you belong? Jayden says, raising his sword, which no one could use, for fear of the silver, getting to them.
"I don't think so". Shadon says, trying to get him to look behind him.
I have my men coming your way, if you keep trying to get to me, you will be shocked, that they will stab you from the back". He added, but Jayden, didn't feel anyone coming close to him, so he just remained focus. Shadon tried to play the fast one on him, but he was just to fast that even before Shadon could get close to him, he glide in and stabbed his legs, then Shadon tries to disappear, but Jayden, who have now come back with his full power, had a way of finding Shadon where ever he went, he kept hurting him, torturing him and finally, he was down on his knees, unable to move or do anything, he bowed his head helplessly, hoping that Jayden will just laugh at him, since he has been victorious to defeat him, but Jayden got a rope from God knows where, tied it round his neck, then drag him, making him to crawl, just the same way he heard his father was made to crawl on his knees, he took Shadon back to the square.
The fight was still on, but as soon as the remaining Shadon warriors saw that their leader have been captured, they retreat, and also, went on their knees, with their head bowed low.
Traditionally, Jayden was supposed to wait for the king to take a decision, but his father, was not close by, his father is probably still fighting Barthur, so he made a quick decision there, he didn't ask questions, he didn't say anything, with the way Shadon bowed his head, and his hands joined together, Jayden just raised his sword and with a sharp pass, he cut off Shadon's head.
His head fell to the ground, close to one of his men, before his eyes closed in death, but still, they know he is very powerful, and he could couple his head back to his body, so Sodom opened a portal, and sent his body back in to the abyss where he came from, while his head, was sent ablaze by Blair, who could suddenly command the fire to consume anything and anyone she wanted to be consumed.
With Shadon gone, his men captured, the war was definitely almost over, they just needed to find Arthur and Barthur, but looking behind, they found Arthur, carrying Mogana in his arms, she was dying.
From his eyes, Jayden could see all that happened, and how his mother saved his father, he was happy, but he could also see that his mother was dying.
He went to get his mother from him, to see if there was anything he could do, while Queen Marinara, just stood behind in tears, why she was crying was unsure, she never shed a tear in public before, but maybe after a victory against death, crying shouldn't be a problem.
"My son, don't bother, you cannot save me, I don't deserve to be saved. All that happened was my fault, and I deserve no pity". She says, seeing that her son have closed his eyes tight, trying to trace where she feels hurt, so he could directly go and kill her there.
"But I can heal you, why are you trying to stop me? You are a very powerful witch, the most powerful, you can't just die?
"Yes I can, my son, and I guess I am willing to die. I was hit badly, I didn't protect myself, and now, I feel pain all over, I just want to beg for your forgiveness, please forgive me, for the death of Blair, for the war, for everything, it was all my fault ".
"Save your strength Mogana, saving father, is enough atonement, and yes, I have forgiven you".
"Let's take her back to the palace, there should be something Sodom can do, or Jayden". Marinara spoke up. It shocked everyone, for they would have thought that she would want her dead, but she too seem to have seen how she saved Arthur and is also grateful.
"Yes you are right, we should take her back to the palace". Arthur agrees with his wife, while the rest of the pack walked behind them. Majority of them, were already wounded.
The body of Barthur was separated, and thrown into the evil forest, never to be buried. It is there to be eaten up by vultures.
Though he could never have believed that he would kill his twin brother, but it has become necessary for him to kill him.
Arthur still carried Mogana in his arms, while they walk back to the palace, while Marinara walked beside him, supporting him.
