Leo wanted to go in with her, but she stopped him.
"I didn't run away, when Shadon captured us all, and wanted to kill us, all those in the prison were captured too, so I don't think they will feel that I ran away, so there is no need for you to follow me there, I will be fine ony own". She says, hugging him again.
"Please allow me, I don't want to leave you alone there, your father would be mad at me".
"I have been with my father since the fight started, and I made sure he went back to the house unharmed, he also understood that I needed to face my life squarely alone, so please, don't follow me". She shape change and moved faster than he remembers, that even if he wanted to follow her, he won't be able to keep up.
Tangy did that, so that he won't follow her, even though she knows that he will still follow her.
By the time she got to the palace, the lights were on everywhere, but no one was in sight, they all seem to still be awake, even though they were in their separate rooms. She didn't expect them to be out, but with everything that have happened, they must have a lot to discuss.
Non of the guards were in sight, they were all wounded, during the fight with Barthur, and though someone died, many died in the war, Demini should be happy, that their long time enemy, have been defeated.
She stood outside, knowing that she will be sensed, they all have great sense of smell, so what she did was, she stood there, but then, no one came out, the weather changes and it started raining, almost immediately, she still stood outside watching the palace, until one of the lights went off, then the hall way lights went off, a shadow was seen, walking in the dark hall way, she could tell just by looking down at the shadow, that it belongs to a woman, she wasn't scared, she just doesn't know what to expect, especially, since she doesn't know if the person coming out is Blair, she has been kicking ars, since she came back to life, she doesn't know what she will do to her.
The shadow stood in front of her, where there was light, she was supposed to raise her head then to see her clearly, but she was still too scared, she just sniffed her in, and needed no one to tell her Blair is the one standing before her.
" Why did you come back? Blair was asking.
Tangy, still with her head bowed low, she replied.
"I was in the dungeon, when the fight broke out, I couldn't escape, so I was captured, but with their defeat, I was safe, and now I came so that I could go back to the dungeon". She didn't dare look up, for she could smell something burning, though it was raining, she could still smell fire, and looking down, she could see where the fire is coming from.
is she about to be consumed? She thought, then she went down on her knees.
"I did something terrible to you, and I am really sorry, please Blair, forgive me. You were so friendly and open minded, I don't deserve to be forgiven, but I am begging for your forgiveness, please forgive me". Sorry, is really a magic word, for while she was still looking down at the shadow in front of her, too scared to look up, she could see that the fire, started calming down, then it felt like everyone in the palace came out, the lights that had gone off, were turned on again, maybe to see her face properly.
"Take her back to her prison, her fate will be decided by sunset". The prison gave order, with her Queen behind her.
I also need Astra in this prison, I will punish them myself". Clearly the king is still mourning Mogana, but he needed to act strong, Infront of his Queen and his subject, though no one is expecting him to act all strong, he has every right to be himself, that woman gave birth to his son, that woman used to be the love of his life at one point, and the entire kingdom knows that he loves her, he didn't need to pretend that he doesn't care about her death, couples with the fact that she died, saving him.
Some of the guards that were not so wounded, came out to take her back to the palace prison.
When she was gone, with her wet body, Leo came out of his hiding place, he couldn't just stand and do nothing, he had followed her, he had seen her stand in the Rian and get drained by the rain, she seem to have lost her voice, because even her scream, could have killed all those guards holding her, but she wanted to do this. Blair sees him and so did Jayden, they knew he too must have been standing in the rain for too long, taking that his clothes were wet.
"My king, please In your verdict......
"Shut up! Who asked you to speak? The king flared up, that even Tangy who is yet to enter the prison heard his loud command, though she didn't know whom it is that he is yelling at.
Leo shut his mouth immediately, and bowed his head down, then the king walked out on him, while Blair stood watching, she doesn't know h that much, so Jayden explained to her.
"This is Tangy's boyfriend? She says after the explanation, even while Leo was still kneeling down.
You may leave now, come back in the morning, when the verdict will be given". She spoke calmly to him, and walked back with Jayden into the room, where her mother and friends are, looking frozen.
It is too much for humans to take in, seeing all those crazy things happening before them, and though Blair would have loved to save them from all that, she still feel it is right for them to see and know about where she is, so that if they ever get worries about her, they will still know that she is fine.
"it's raining too much outside, we should all go to bed, in the morning, we will know what to do". Jayden says, but before he finished what it is he was saying, Blair had started snoring beside her, which made her mother, and friends giggle. She haven't really changed.
