Waking up a bit late, I went into my bathroom and brushed my teeth. I didn't take my bath since I wasn't going anywhere.
I walked lazily to the kitchen and picked an apple on the basket. I settled on the chair and was eating when I heard a knock on my door.
"Am coming!", I said as I dragged my feet to the door.
I opened the door only to find a package on the floor. I picked it up and looked at it.
"Oh!! The clothes", I murmured as I made my way inside again.
I opened the box and stared at the lovely gown.
I went into my bedroom and put it in the wardrobe.
I went back to the kitchen and prepared breakfast. I made some french toast with Bacon and fried eggs.
I went into the sitting room and settled my food on the table.
I went to the kitchen again to get a fruit juice.
Coming back to the sitting room, I settled on the chair and put on the television.
I was watching "kissing Booth" and ate my food deliberately as my eyes were glued to the screen.
I sat there for hours still watching the movie when a message popped on my phone screen.
I took it immediately, it was from Drake.
Drake: I will pick you up by 5:00P.M
Me: oh! Ok.
I checked the time it was already close to 3 O'Clock. I stood up immediately and packed the plates have left there since morning.
I went into the kitchen and dropped them in the sink and quickly washed it.
I found my way to my bedroom. I went into the bathroom to have a bath, and I spent more than hours.
I applied my hair treatments after washing my hair. I stepped out of the bathroom and dried my hair.
I got back into my room and applied lotion on my skin. I brought out my clothes from the wardrobe and wore it.
"OMG!!!", I gasped as I looked at myself in the mirror. The clothes fitted at the right places.
After grinning like a little child. I took my make up accessories and did a light make up. Applying a pink lipstick on my lips.
I brushed my hair and left it fall in waves.
Feeling satisfied with my looks. I wore my heels and clutched my purse. Taking one more look at myself.
I smiled," Am good to go".
I checked the time and it was 5 minutes to 5.
I headed to the sitting room and heard a knock on my door.
I tried to calm my nerves before I went to the door.
I opened the door and saw Drake looking more handsome.
He looked at me and his mouth was agape.
I raised my brow at him, smirking at him.
"God!! Amanda you look extremely gorgeous and beautiful", he said.
" You not looking bad yourself", I said as I adjusted his bow.
I even got surprised by my own actions.
He smiled at me as he put a rose flower on my hair.
I got out of my apartment and locked the door.
I was walking ahead of him, when I realized he stopped in his tracks. I turned back and looked at him. He was biting his lips as he looked at me.
Your dress has some cuts in the back! A part of me reminded me.
I have totally forgotten about that. I smiled at him and he walked faster to me as he grabbed my wrist and pushed me a little to the car.
His lips crashed on mine and he kissed me passionately, I moved my lips against his.
He stopped and looked at me in the eyes. Each one holding something behind them.
He opened the car door for me and I got in.
He went to the driver's seat and got in, then he started driving.
I was curious to know where we were going.
"So where are we going", I asked.
"You will know when we get there", he said as his jaw twitched.
I knew it would be one of his favorite rich places. I didn't say anything and looked out through the window.
We finally stopped and we were in front of a place that actually looked like a tourist suite.
I didn't even realize that he has already opened my door. He brought out his hand and I took it as I stepped out of the car still looking at how beautiful the place is.
He closed the door and faced me.
"Shall we", he bowed slightly like a gentleman.
"Yes!", I said as I laughed.
I took his hands in mine as we continued walking.
I saw different people and I guessed they were also rich and minded their own business.
"Amanda, please can you close your eyes", Drake said looking at me.
" Why?", I asked raising a brow at him.
"Just do it, please!!", He begged.
I smiled and closed my eyes. I felt his hands around my eyes as he made sure I didn't see a thing.
"Move!!", He whispered in my ears which made me shivered.
I started walking not knowing where I was going to.
"Stop!!!", He said.
I did as I was told to until he removed his hands from my eyes. I opened my eyes slowly until I felt my jaw dropped.
"My! God!!", I gasped.
It was a garden, with different kinds of flowers and table was set in the middle.
"It's beautiful", I said as I felt my breathe.
" Not as beautiful as you are", Drake said as he wrapped his hands around my waist.
I turned slowly to him and hugged him.
"Thank you, I love it" , I said.
He kissed my forehead and we made our way to the table.
He drew out my seat and I sat down and he moved to his own seat.
The waiter came and brought a champagne and put it on the table and went to bring our orders.
Drake took the bottle and filled the glasses. We made a toast and we drank the wine.
The waiter brought our food and I smiled immediately I saw it.
Drake chuckled and I rolled my eyes at him.
A message popped in on his phone and he laughed. I arched my brow at him while I was eating.
He showed me the message and I coughed out what I was eating.
This is Annie, Amanda's friend infact bestie, I know she is right there with you. And I want you to take real good care of her and make her special but if you do otherwise I will treat your fuck-up!!.
I read the message with my eyes nearly popping out of its socket.
"She is really something else", I smiled.
"She is protective of you", he smirked.
I looked at him and he placed his hands on mine.
"I will do anything to make you happy, Amanda", he said.
I couldn't help but smile.
"Let's dance", I said when I listened to some music.
He stood up and came beside me, I took his hands in mine and stood up. He placed his hands on my waist and I placed my hands on his chest.
I swayed along with the music and looked up at him, I leaned closer to him and kissed him. He moved his lips immediately on mine and I felt the sweetness of his tongue on mine.
After kissing for minutes, I rested my head on his chest.

We went back to car and I got in. Drake went over to his side and got in. He played a romantic music and I couldn't help laughing.
"So you listen to romantic music", I asked laughing.
He looked at me surprised and nervous.
"Am I not romantic", he asked.
Now it was my turn to be nervous.
I looked at him and smiled.
" Yes you are", I said.
He smiled back and placed his hands on my knee.
I looked out through the window and hummed along with the song.
We got to my house and he stopped.
"Like seriously I don't want you to go", he said looking at me.
I looked at him and put my hands on his cheeks.
"Don't worry I will be fine", I said.
I opened the door and was about to step out when he grabbed my wrist and pulled me in again.
I got shocked and stared at him.
"I haven't collected my good night kiss", he smirked.
I rolled my eyes at him.
He moved closer and kissed him. I got out of the car and waved at him as he drove off.
I stood in front of my door and opened it. I got in and locked the door and made my way to my bedroom.
I switched on the light and saw a piece of paper on my bed. Getting scared I moved closer to my bed and took the paper with shaky hands.
I'm back for you, sweetie!!, It was written in a terrible way, I heard someone moving behind and as I turned to look back, something got smashed on my head and I felt my body go limb as I allowed darkness to sail through me.
Drake POV.
I got home not feeling comfortable leaving Amanda behind, I don't know why. But have been scared something might happen to her when I dropped her at her house.
I took my phone and dialled her number. It was ringing but she didn't pick, I tried it again, it kept ringing but she didn't pick. Calling her for the 10th time she didn't pick.
Something is not right ,I thought as I jet speed out of my building and went to the car.
I got in and called her number again but it's saying switched off.
I got to her house within 30 minutes. I got out of my car and went over to the door only to find it ajar.
I was getting frightened now.
"Amanda!!!", I shouted as I got inside but no answer.
I saw a light from one of the rooms and went in.
It was her bedroom. I saw the wrinkled paper on the floor and picked it.
My face turned white as I read the words. I looked at the floor and saw traces of blood on the floor.
My heart skipped a beat as I thought what would have happened to Amanda.
