Chapter 56

"Is the developed heart doing well? How is it? Can you feel the change in your body? You probably don't know what abilities you've unlocked. However, it's all useless now. That's because when we're near each other, I can control all your abilities."

That son of a.....

Kaiwan grabbed Mamon by the neck. "Where is the broadcasting being done?"

"Do you think I'll tell you?" Mamon spat.

"Tell me before I kill you." He yelled.

"Your heart is glowing so beautifully." He said and she looked down to see her hear glowing through her blouse again.

"It's the same as that time. Your mother's heart was also glowing beautifully."

"That's enough, Stop the broadcast." Kaiwan yelled and turned to her as she could feel heat rising in her body.

"Riña, he's deliberately provoking you. There's no need to get mad, Riña..."

"Where...is he right now? Yiannais Peterson!" She yelled as she raced out of the room.

She burst into all the rooms in the second and third floor as she sped and finally, she burst into the room Yiannais was in.

"This crazy bitch." One of his bodyguards yelled.

"How dare you barge in here?" The other asked and Yiannais flickered his hand towards them and they went crashing on the wall.

"Bitch? That's no way to refer to her, isn't that right?"

She clenched her fist."Why are you doing this? Just why are you doing this?" She yelled and he rose.

"At one point in time, I firmly believed that if I worked hard, things would change and if I was kind, everything would be fine. And if I have nothing in my name, you'll be looked down upon. With money, you can even kill someone. Until the perfect beings appeared." He paused.

"Nevertheless, they weren't what I expected. The look on their eyes when they lowered their guard and got betrayed.Unfortunately, your mother failed, so I only have half of my power and that's why my eyes aren't completely blue. But, I still have one more chance."

She couldn't believe what he was saying.

"You killed my parents. All the things you got from them, are you satisfied?"

He walked up to her to wrap a hand around her waist. "I am. I'm very satisfied." He whispered and she raised a fist to punch him when he grabbed her fist.

She got out of his arms and jabbed his stomach one which he avoided.

The entire place shook and Kaiwan thought the place was going to come down.

What in the world was happening.

"Where's the broadcasting room?" He asked, registering jabs into Mamon's face, who kept spewing out blood.

"Doesn't your...mouth get tired?" He panted.

"Bastard!" He screamed and he raised his foot to stomp Mamon before zoomed out of the room.

Yiannais was no where to be found and Zuriña was backing him by the time he found her and he was nearing her, when he sensed a dangerous aura around. Something was wrong.

"Zuriña..." His voice trailed off as she turned to face him and he couldn't not believe what he was seeing.

The white in Zuriña's eyes had become black and her pupils were the brightest blue he'd ever seen.

She slowly stepped towards him and the look on her face was scary.

"Riña..." He called again and she jabbed her fist into his stomach, sending him out of the broadcasting room.

Blood seeped out of his mouth as he raised his eyes to an approaching Zuriña and it became clear to him.

Zuriña wasn't herself anymore.

Levi was going through her phone when the side door opened and an injured Yiannais was supported into the car by the driver.

She hurriedly dropped her phone to look at the wound. It didn't look good. "What happened..."

"Drive." Yiannais panted.

"Yian, are you..."

"I shouldn't have hesitated."

"What?"

"I was so desperate...so desperate to get Zuriña's heart...but I only ended up seeing it today...for the first time. A being that destroys everything....The form of a true pureblood."
