Leo shook his head to Erin and didn't say anything at first. Leo tasted the wine that he was holding before he gave Erin a looked. Leo was stressed because of what his mother had told him. They were arranging a wedding for him, and he didn't have a choice but to agree to what they wanted him to do. Leo was in disbelief because he wasn't a teen they might be be scared. Aside from that, it was only he, who could manage the Fontaine Company, so his parents didn't have a choice but to do whatever he liked.
"Nothing..." Leo mumbled, and his facial reaction was severe, which made Erin more curious. Erin smiled innocently and elegantly matched the food that she was eating.
"I think there is a problem because your forehead is always creasing. Why don't you tell me so you will feel slightly better? Leo, what are friends for if we can't talk to each other about our struggles." Erin wanted to know everything, and she didn't like Leo trying to hide information from her. It might be weird because she acted like his girlfriend, but Erin was happy if she did.
"My mom called me this afternoon. She told me I needed to go into the house so we could talk about important matters. Well, we talked, and she mentioned the marriage she arranged for me." Leo finally said what he was thinking. Leo didn't like to marry a woman she didn't like. She believed that marriage consists of two people who love each other.
Erin was stunned by what she had discovered. She didn't know what she would do next, and it was Leo, who she always wanted to marry! If Leo gets married, what about her? Many people were talking about their relationship, and Erin liked it. That was why Erin always wanted to spend her time with Leo because those people thought she had a relationship with Leo.
Erin didn't want the other woman to think that Leo was single all along, so they wouldn't have the courage to ask Leo to be their boyfriend if she was like a leech to Leo. Erin only had the right to be Leo's girlfriend, and no one did except her.
"Wedding? Why is everything rushed? Wait-- did they finally see a woman that they will marry you?" Erin was in a tremendous panic, and she wanted to know if they finally had the woman because she wanted to talk with Leo's family.
"I didn't know whoever the woman was, I will tell you if they finally see a woman they want me to marry." Leo's tone was cold, and after dinner, they left. Erin was pleased because she was like a girlfriend of Leo, and she thought that Leo wanted to make her know because Leo wanted her to be his girlfriend or wife! Of course, Leo might choose her over another woman. Leo didn't like to trust whoever he knew, which was why Leo wasn't too easy to talk with.
After a week, Leo and Erin met again in their favorite restaurant. Erin noticed how good mood Leo was while he was drinking some wine. Erin smiled widely because she thought that the upcoming wedding was done, but her smile faded when she saw Leo's ring. Erin tried to compose her composure, but she wanted to cry. Does it mean that Leo married the woman without even her consent? She was his friend! And Leo promised to her that she would constantly update her on what he might be doing.
"How are you doing? You aren't in your company for a week? Is there an emergency happening?" Erin asked and smiled innocently with Leo. If Leo answered her that he was married, Erin didn't know what she would do next. It was Leo she always loved, and now Leo was married, what the heck!
"Hmm. I did some important matters to do. My mother didn't stop following me until she finally got the answer she wanted." Leo answered. He took a deep breath and looked away, not to see ERin getting hurt for his sudden announcement. Leo knew that he had a promise to Erin, but when he found out that it was Blossom that he needed to marry, he didn't think twice but to agree with their marriage. He loves Blossom even though Erin kept telling him that Blossom was in a relationship with Storm.
Leo might be stupid to other people if he married a woman who had a relationship with Storm, but he couldn't afford to see Blossom marry another man aside from him. Leo bit his lips when he first kissed Blossom; that was the reason that after their wedding, he was so scared to see her. Blossom might not be his first kiss but Blossom had a big effect on his soul, and it was Blossom who always made him feel that he could take a risk whatever might happen.
"And then? What happened?" Erin was patiently waiting for what Leo might be told her. She wished she was wrong and that Leo wasn't married at all.
"I'm married. I married the woman that my mother had chosen for me. I think it is the best decision of my life, Erin." Leo announced, which made Erin want to throw the plates from the table. Erin hoped that everything would be a prank because she couldn't afford to see Leo getting happy without her.
"Is this some sort of prank? Leo, I know how you didn't like to be with a woman, and you are telling me that you married her as if it is the best decision you ever do your life?" Erin cleared her through when she felt that her throat was getting dry, so she took the wine and tasted it; she hardly breathed and gave Leo a looked that she didn't believe whatever he might say to her.
Erin knew Leo very well; Leo didn't like to be with a woman he didn't know because he had trust issues!
"Well, I think I'm not anymore because I will do anything for my wife. Erin, why don't you be happy for me? You are my friend and always told me you will support me in whatever I like. This is what I want. I decided to marry her because it's the best decision ever." Leo irritably told Erin, which made Erin want to vary even more. Leo didn't like that she was trying to ruin everything.
Erin gasped and nervously chuckled before she muttered, "I thought you liked Blossom so much; then why did you marry someone who isn't her?" Erin couldn't stop herself from asking Leo, but Leo smiled at her instead of answering her question.
"Since you mentioned her, I think you should know my wife now."
"Leo, you are delusional. I don't think Blossom will marry you since she loved Storm so much. Aside from that, I will know if you are married to her because Blossom always tells me everything." After Erin spoke those words, her phone rang, and it was Blossom.
Erin turned down her phone after she put it in silent mode. She wanted to know who Leo married. She didn't like to act l; like an angel with Blossom for now.
"Erin, I want to tell you that I finally married the woman that I liked. I married your best friend; it is Blossom. I didn't think twice because I didn't want her to be happy with another man. It was Blossom that I liked, right? And I think you know she is the only woman I wanted to marry." Leo explained what had happened in a week, but Erin couldn't understand everything because she was fuming mad and disappointed with what Leo had decided to do.
While Leo explained, she felt her phone vibrate, and Blossom texted her.
'Erin. I can't believe this! I'm married now to Leo! I want to see you because I'm always nervous whenever he is with me!'
