Daphne met up with Jared at his apartment again. She could hardly sleep through the night thinking about what happened between them. She blushed everytime she thought about him, it seems she is getting deep and deep into him.
She wanted more of him as she saw his image in her head. She hugged him as soon as he opened the door, catching him unaware. He did not think she would be getting more romantic after how shy she was yesterday.
"Oh, Daphne I'm glad you're here on time. I was..."
"Hi Jared." He was stopped by her hug.
"It seems like you missed me more than I thought." He said teasingly closing the door.
"Didn't you miss me?" She pouted looking up at him.
He chuckled, "Is there a reason I won't miss an angel like you? Of course you know I did miss you a lot."
She scoffed, "Am I really an angel?"
"You don't know? I mean I've always wanted to ask you this, if you're here, then who's in heaven now?"
She laughed more, "Oh my God! Are you using pick up lines on me right now? I'm getting hot."
"They're not just pick up lines, it's the truth." He kissed her.
She reciprocated, it became intense. He ended it, looking into her eyes deeply.
'I think the moon goddess is making me fall harder for you.' He thought.
"I made lunch, let's go eat first." He said leading her to the dining table.
She stopped him, "How about having me for dinner? Me or the food?"
His eyes turned dark immediately, "You know that's not easy to resist."
He kissed her lifting her up in his arms, he led her to the bedroom...

The room was silent, except for the two heavily breathing people around. They just had rounds of making out, now they are both too tired to have lunch after eating each other. Daphne is thinking about how she doesn't want to leave or let him go no matter what.
Jared on the other hand is thinking if this is the right time to tell her about himself and family. He decided to tell her, hoping for understanding from her. He secretly wished the moon goddess would help him talk to her, so she doesn't freak out and runs away.
"I have something important to tell you Daphne. You have to promise you won't freak out or leave when you find out." Jared said.
"What is it? Why do you sound so serious?" Daphne asked worried.
"There's nothing to be worried about." He assured sensing her fear, "I just want to tell you about myself. There are things you don't know about me which I want to tell you now."
"Go on, I'm listening. I won't freak out, at least I'll try..." She urged him waiting eagerly for him to start.
"Well... The thing is, I am not human like you think. I am a part of the supernatural beings called werewolves, the same goes for my family as well..." He started, "I know my sister didn't tell you anything because we all keep it a secret. There are more of us here in Ice Valley than you can imagine."
"Hold up... What?" She looked around, then back to him, "Are you being serious about this?"
"Yes," He nodded, "Our pack is called the Ice Valley pack and I am a warrior."
"What?" She laughed at first, then she stopped laughing. "You are a werewolf for real? Then your sister Umbrie who is my best friend is also a werewolf?"
Jared became worried that she would leave now that she found out about him.
"That's not what happened. We just have to keep our secret because the world thinks we are evil. Humans see us in a different light, we are not that scary or evil." He tried to explain.
"So what you are saying is that, I have been making love with a werewolf since yesterday?"
"You are my mate Daphne. At first I wanted a werewolf with whom we can understand each other like my sister got, but later I found out you are my mate. I couldn't ignore it, I didn't want to loose you."
"You told your sister about me and she set us up. It is all starting to make sense now. Your sister is a werewolf, her hot boyfriend is a werewolf and now my boyfriend is also a werewolf!! Why didn't anyone tell me earlier?! It wouldn't be so weird if you did...."
Jared looked away, "I am sorry. Don't get upset, it's okay if you want to leave..."
"Are you kidding me?!" She laughed, showing excitement. This got Jared surprised and speechless, is she happy or sad?
"You want me to leave because of this? This is so cool! This is absolutely not enough reason for me to leave you!" She yelled at him.
"What? You are not upset or mad at me?" He inquired confused.
"Of course I am upset and mad that you didn't tell me before now. Though it's weird, I don't actually mind. As long as it doesn't stop anything, I don't mind." She explained to him.
He heaved a sigh of relief, hugging her more tight. He kissed her passionately, "You are the best mate I have ever wanted."
"You are the best boyfriend I ever wished for. Believing in the universe brought me all I ever wanted. You have no idea how happy I am to have you." She confessed.
"And you won't regret it." He kissed her again passionately.
After disengaging, her stomach grumbled indicating that she is hungry. She hid her face in her palms embarrassed, but he laughed.
"We should have real food now if we ever want to be able to continue this." He said.
She nodded, "Did you cook?"
"Yes, I want you to taste my cooking and rate me."
"But it's cold now, we should have a shower and warm the food then." She suggested.
He lifted her off the bed, their naked skin rubbing against each other.
"Don't forget, this is your suggestion." He smirked taking her into the bathroom.

The doorbell rang while they were both watching TV after dinner. Daphne already decided to spend the night over. She informed her step mother that she would be staying over with a friend for the night. She was wearing his big shirt with shorts looking all cute and cuddled up with him. They are watching a popular romantic comedy series.
"I'll get it." Daphne sprang up towards the door.
She opened the door only to see a strange girl there. Daphne wondered who it was because Jared told him no one would visit unless they ordered something.
"Hi, I'm here to see Jared. I see he's got company." The girl said looking Daphne up and down.
"Who are you?" Daphne asked before she could stop herself.
Jared came towards them when he heard Tiana's voice and her scent from outside.
"Tiana? What are you doing here?" Jared asked surprised.
He did not think Tiana would come visiting without calling him first.
"You know her?" Daphne asked him confused.
Tiana smiled, "Oh, yeah. I am his ex girlfriend, the one he was dating before he met you."
Daphne looked at Jared fiercely, "What? You had a girlfriend before meeting me?"
"It's not..." Daphne walked inside before he could complete his statement.
Jared grabbed Tiana's arm angrily. She didn't flinch a bit, she just looked at him sadly. He ran his fingers through his hair in frustration.
"What are you doing here? Why didn't you call me first? What exactly are you trying to do?" He growled at her.
"Did you check your phone? I called you countless times but you never picked up. I was worried about you so I came here to check on you. Didn't you miss me? Are you guys that close already?"
"Tiana, please leave. I already explained the situation to you. You know this right from the start, it is called the mate bond. I want you to leave right now, you have caused enough trouble already."
Tiana faked tears out of her eyes, "You are sending me away now because of her? Don't you even want to see me at all?"
"I am not talking about this with you Tiana. LEAVE." He said to her face and went in.
He slammed the door before looking for Daphne who's not in the living room. He rushed to the bedroom where he found her already wearing her own clothes. He hugged her from behind stopping her.
"Don't touch me!" She moved away facing him with a hard stare.
"I can explain." He pleaded.
"You can? If course you can. You have a clingy ex girlfriend who already knows about this place and God knows how many times she has been here. Now you wanna explain. Go on, I am listening."
