Iris's POV.
A sweet smile was all my lips were enjoying today, even though the preparation was short but I could feel it was going smoothly.
Entering the room where my ball gown was displayed, I noticed that a diamond necklace was hanging on the mannequin, I smiled.
"Beta Campbell brought this a while ago, he said Rupert asked him to bring it so he left."
The diamond jewelries were sparkling and saw a letter beside the gown.
"Oh, my sweet Iris.
I was thinking of coming to place the necklace on your neck all by myself but on second thought, coming here, will mean locking you in the room and having my way with you but I don't want that, I want our claiming to be special. So I am sending it instead, I hope you love it.
Gamma Lauren is on his way to fetch you, I will wait for you on the fifth floor the room on the left in my Pack, we will meet there before we join the others at the ball.

"I love you too." I replied throughout the mindlink not knowing if he heard, Cathy and Susan helped me with the gown when it was finally fixed, I loved myself more, and with that diamond on my neck, I could feel I was on top of the world.
The ceremony is held at Rupert's pack but I am going to have another party here at my pack and that will be when I will tell them my plans of having the two pack merge if Rupert's allows it.
"Alpha Iris, gamma Lauren is here to pick you up." Beta Drake announced it to me.
"Thanks, tell him, I will be there in ten minutes."
"Right away, alpha Iris." Beta Drake said as he bowed and walked away, now that we are alone, we are using the statue freely, when Susan and Cathy were done, they escorted me out of the room.
My eyes met a white Lamborghini Sian that was parked in front of the royal castle.
"Alpha Iris, I am..."
"Gamma Lauren." He smiled at me. "Alpha Rupert already told me that you will be here to pick me." He bows pulling the door for me. "Thank you."
"Anything for you alpha Iris." I didn't say anything I just watched the windscreen as Lauren drove back to the pack of Rupert, my heart was beating fast.
"Alpha Iris, are you okay?" Gamma Lauren asked, I looked at him. "Sorry, I could feel your heart beat fast." I held my chest as if I could hold it in my hand and make it stop beating fast, he chuckled at my actions. "You don't have to worry yourself, Alpha Rupert had put everything in place and I bet, even if other alpha listed their names under you for claiming, he is going to wrestle whoever did and make sure to bring you home." I smiled. "Don't you know your mate is a gladiator?" I tittered at his words, he was trying to make me relax.
"So have you met your mate?" I asked.
"No, I don't know what the goddess is waiting for, Everyone around me, already has theirs, and even Campbell whose wolf is just a few months already met his mate. And now everyone is teasing me, that I might die without a fated mate." He signed in frustration, I parted my lips to say a word. "But I am also happy that the goddess hasn't gifted me one because my wolf can be stubborn and might not like what the goddess gives me, hopefully, after this claiming if I don't meet my mate, I am going to go for a chosen mate, probably a human girl."
"So you love humans as mates." I asked.
"Of course, I love them, they are hot."
"Hotter than a wolf?" I asked.
"Weaker than she-wolves." I tittered, he is funny, he is just like Ariana, now I get they were real siblings. We had another small talk before we finally arrived at the pack, I could hear the sound of music, it was something nice to the ear.
"Here we are, do you want me to show you the way to the ball?"
"No, I can find my way."
"Do you want me to mindlink alpha Rupert, so he could..."
"Come on don't worry, I could find my way and I want to see him before the ball starts." I wink at him.
"Fine, I give up, but you two should be fast with whatever you want to do and join the ball, remember the ball is for the both of you."
"Silly, we are not going to do anything?" I said as I grabbed my gown, and stepped out of the car, Lauren smiled at me, as he waited for me to walk into the building.
This is it, today I am going to belong to my Rupert, we will live happily ever after, and probably have a she-wolf and a male wolf, I can't wait to have a pup grow in me. Alpha Iris and alpha Rupert with their pup, it's a dream come through, I take the first staircase, which takes me to the second floor, I remember, Rupert had said Fifth floor, so I am heading to the third floor.
"Iris, are you excited?" Sally asked in my head.
"Of course, aren't you excited as well?" I asked Sally.
"You should already know, Rupert has always been my one and only crush, I can't wait to sleep and wake up in the hand of Rupert and inhale his sweet scent and I also hope you and him will let me meet his wolf."
"Sally, stop acting like you haven't been communicating with his wolf for the longest time." She chuckled.
"Did you know?"
"Of course, I could feel your restlessness sometimes but you are not talking to me, it only means that you are communicating with someone." Sally tittered, I got to the fourth floor, and hot chocolate and a mixture of coffee hit me.
"Rupert is here?"
"Iris, this is the fourth floor not the fifth, remember Rupert said it's the fourth floor."
"Yes, but his smell is here and you don't you perceive it?"
"I do but I found it weird, Rupert can't say he is on the fifth floor while he is on the fourth floor, why don't we go to the fifth floor to check first."
"Come on Sally, that will take too long." I move my eyes to the left door, that is where the scent is coming from. "I told you, it might be a mistake, he said left room and that is where the scent is coming from." I grabbed the door hand.
"Iris while not we mindlink Rupert?"
"Shh" I silent Sally, pushing the door and going in, the room was dark. "Rupert, please where are you and put on the light, it's scary." I pleaded with him but then the sound of the door clicking and then slamming, the door was closed and I heard it locked, I ran back to the door, but the darkness made me unable to go further into the room.
I tried to open the door, but to no avail, it was locked outside.
"Hello, who is there open the door." I banged on the door and the next thing, I heard footsteps, the room was dark but I could hear the sound of footsteps, the smell of Rupert hit me, and I heaved in relief. "Rupert is that you?"
