Sabi nila, kapag mamamatay ka na ay bigla na lang daraan sa iyong mga mata ang mga pangyayari sa buhay mo na para bang nasa sinehan ka. It will play as a movie, as if it was following a storyline and you are its main character.
And that's just how it happened with me–just like how people described the taste of death.
I was scared. I knew I was asleep, yet I still heard Damon's voice. He was talking as if I wasn't lying on the bed–almost lifeless and as if the life itself was seeping out of my system. And although his voice comforted me in so many ways, I find myself wary, waiting for the moment that God would be calling for me.
Time is a bitch, and I am its slave. I listen to Damon's stories, and it became a routine. Every time that I heard the agony in his voice, I also find myself wanting to cry with him. But even if I want to, I can't, because the circumstances prevent me to do so. And so, I just find myself silently weeping, with no one to hear my silent pleas.
I cannot contain my happiness when I heard that Damon and I will be having our child for the first time. It was my dream ever since; to be wed to Damon and bear his children. Nakakatawa mang isipin pero ang musmos kong isipan ay iyon na agad ang gusto. Self, ang harot mo sa part na ‘yan. But anyway, at that moment… I was in bliss, and I anticipated the days with pure happiness.
But then, that happened. At that moment I learned that ah... I'm in coma. And they are reviving me. They wanted to keep me alive.
I was shouting. I was begging for them to save me. And even though I know that they can't hear me, I still tried. I can't die. Not at this moment. I still want to cry with happiness upon seeing my children. I still want to celebrate all their firsts with Damon. And I still want to spend the upcoming days with my family. With my new family.
I can feel the life slowly leaving inside my system. I see darkness and nothing more. Even an ounce of hope was unseen. But then I heard a faint sound.
Cries... of babies and their pleas. It was as if they were calling out to me. My heart swelled in pure joy. And just like that, a miracle happened–one that I never even thought was possible.
A month after that scene, I am now healing with Damon by my side. He never left me through thick and thin.
It was hard coping from being a vegetable when I was once in coma and becoming a mother. But I'm not complaining. Our babies are one of the most precious blessings that I could ever receive.
I've been receiving my therapy as well. The therapist has been helping me to walk due to my inability to move my muscles for about nine months. I was confined in a bed for a very long time, which made my body frail. With the help of nutritious diet, and exercise as well, I found myself back on track.
And now, we're set to another adventure.
"Are you okay?" Damon looked at me through the mirror. His worried eyes looked at me, and you can tell his lack of sleep because of the dark bags underneath his eyes.
"Yeah," panimula ko. "Hindi ko lang mapigilang mag-alala. It's my first time leaving the twins without our supervision." Nagpakawala ako ng malalim na hininga pagkatapos.
It was my first mission after the incident. At kahit na atubili man akong umalis ay napapayag din ako ni Em. She volunteered to babysit our twins for us. Although, I don't know if she'll endure it. I hope she do.
"Don't worry. Em's good at people and taking care of them---"
Napakunot ang aking noo. "Bakit? Cinomfort ka niya?" Nakataas ang kilay ko habang tinatanong ko iyon. Kulang na lamang ay ilagay ko ang mga kamay ko sa magkabilang beywang para magmukhang atribida.
Damon was flabbergasted. Bumubuka at sumasara ang bibig niya ngunit wala salitang lumalabas mula roon. Hula ko'y sasabihin niya sana na doktor si Em, pero hindi niya magawa sa kung anong dahilan. Hindi ko napigilan ang pagbungisngis nang makita ko kung gaano siya natameme.
"What kind of face is that?" natatawa kong tanong. Di ko mapigilan ang tawang umalpas sa aking bibig na hindi ko na mapigil. "Di kita kinakaya, kaloka!" Halos mapahilamos na ako sa sobrang galak. Nararamdaman ko na ang luha sa gilid ng aking mata sa sobrang saya.
"Ah. You're messing with me, wife. That's not funny."
"It's funny kaya! If you can just look at your face---" Napigil ang sasabihin ko nang hawakan ni Damon ang baba ko at pinatakan ako ng marahang halik sa aking labi.
Ako naman ang napatanga. Damon smirked and winked at me. Inayos niya rin ang aking seatbelt pagkatapos ay komportable siyang sumandal sa kanyang upuan sa driver's seat.
"Ayan ang tameme."
Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin nang sabihin niya iyon. Hindi talaga niya maiwasang mang-asar, jusko. Ayaw talaga patalo nitong mamang 'to.
"Magdrive ka na nga! Dami mong kalokohan," pairap kong sabi.
"O, ba't ka napipikon diyan? Asar talo ka talaga."
"Magsalita ka pa, sa sofa ka matutulog mamayang gabi," banta ko sa kanya. He acted as if his lips were sealed, but I can see his teasing glint. Hindi ko na lang pinansin at baka maghampasan kami ng kawali sa kotse.
"Sana alam niyong nandito pa 'ko."
Nangingiti ako nang magsalita si Dumbo mula sa earpiece na nakasuot sa amin ni Damon. He’s assisting us towards our goal for tonight. We are out to rob an auction after years of successfully robbing a piece, courtesy of myself. Naalala ko tuloy noong nakawin naming ni Damon iyon. Magkaaway pa kami, at ngayon ay may anak na. Funny how destiny works.
Hindi ko napigilan ang bungisngis ko nang maalala ko iyon. Lito akong tiningnan ni Damon. Natatawa akong umiling. "Naalala ko lang dati, mas nauna kong nakuha yung kwintas kaysa sayo. Ang bagal mo kasi,e. Weak."
Imbis na mainis ay nginisihan lang ako ni Damon. "Weak daw, pero isang beses lang nangyari, kambal agad." Kinindatan niya ako. Kita ko ang pagtaas at pagbaba ng Adam’s apple niya sa sobrang lakas ng tawa niya. Agad akong namula. Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin pagkatapos.
"Oo, sige, salamat. Hangin lang talaga ako dito, ano." Hindi ko na napigilan ang tawa ko nang sabihin iyon ni Dumbo. Minsan talaga, nakakalimot na lang kami ni Damon sa paligid. Para bang sinusulit naming ang bawat oras na dapat sana ay nagawa namin noon. For us, every moment is too precious to be wasted.
"Sorry, Dumbo. Para kasing siraulo 'tong amo mo, e. Anyway, are we there yet?" I asked him as soon as people wearing gowns and tuxedos started flooding the place outside. Hindi pa man sumesenyas si Dumbo at sinasabing iyon na ang lugar ay tumigil na si Damon. The streets were too crowded at halos sinakop na ng mga tao ang buong lugar.
"Right on the mark," saad ni Dumbo.
Kinuha ko ang purse ko at inilabas ang lipstick. Ibinaba ko ang salamin sa loob ng sasakyan at tiningnan ang repleksyon mula roon. My hair was curled but clipped on the right places. Ayos pa naman ang mukha ko at hindi naman mukhang haggard. Inilapit ko ang lipstick at sinimulang applyan ang aking labi. This time, it's kiss proof.
"Bakit mo pa lalagyan ng ganyan? Buburahin ko lang din naman?"
Sinamaan ko ng tingin si Damon, pero bago ako magsalita ay tinapos ko muna ang paglalagay ng lipstick sa labi ko. Pinagdikit ko ang labi ko at pinatunog pagkatapos ay ibinalik ko sa pwesto ang salamin at ang lipstick naman sa purse. And then, I smirked and looked at him.
"Nah, this one's kiss proof. Wanna give it a try?" I gave him the sexiest smirk I could muster. With the way his eyes clouded, I can almost hear what he's thinking. I glanced at his bulge just to make sure and when I saw the proof that he's aroused ay hindi ko na napigilan na mapatawa.

"You're such a tease," he almost hissed. It was as if he was in pain. Hindi ko na napigilan ang bungisngis na umalpas mula sa aking bibig.
Damon touched the back of my ear. Bigla akong napatigil sa pagtawa nang maramdaman ang malamyos niyang kamay. "Patay ka sa 'kin mamayang gabi," he whispered. I shivered as his breath brushed against my sensitive ears.
"Susmaryosep," hindi mapigilang magusal ni Dumbo. I was too lost in the moment na kahit ang sinabi ni Dumbo'y hindi na nagreregister sa akin.
"Kailan ba matututong magmute 'tong dalawang 'to kapag naglalandian..."dagdag pa niya.
Mula sa pagkakayuko ay umayos ng tindig si Damon at pumindot sa earpiece bago nagsalita. He was looking at me intently while talking with Dumbo.
"Let's get this party started. I still have more important things to do," he said, his words laced with a promise. The darkness in his eyes, never leaving.

"On your right!" I shouted once I saw someone coming up right at the back of Damon. I was busy putting in the codes of the vault while he's fighting against the guards that spotted as one hour after we found the room designated for the items for the auction.
"Bilis, bilis..."I muttered as I lock in the codes for the vault. Sa bawat minuto ay grabe ang taranta ko. Mula sa lock ay tumitingin din ako sa pwesto ni Damon para makita kung may umaatake ba sa mga blind spots niya.
"Madam, naku. Nangangalawang ka na ata. Lampas limang minuto ka na diyan ah," nang-aasar na kantiyaw ni Dumbo.
"Oh, shut up. Lagot ka sa akin pagbalik ko. I'll make you run thirty laps without rest. G?"
"Sabi ko nga, shut up na lang ako."
Few minutes later, it was open, and we found the most expensive crown ever auctioned in the vault. It was heavy. Damon's still fighting the last guard on the area. When he threw the last blow, I immediately called him to help me carry the crown. Mabilis kaming lumabas.
Nang makadaan kami sa restroom ng mga babae ay agad kong natanawan ang pakay. Pasimple akong humiwalay kay Damon at ibinigay kay Rhein ang kwintas. She was wearing her wig, hiding her semi-bald hair. I winked at her, and she answered with a smile.

I immediately stop the guard when he was about the go through my coin purse.
"No, you won't like whatever is inside that," sabi ko habang nakatutok ang aking mga mata sa kanyang likuran. Tanaw ko si Rhein na nakalabas na nga ng pasilidad at komportable lang na naglalakad, para bang wala siyang hawak na korona ng mga oras na ‘yon. She’s the real queen.
Nakakunot ang noo ng gwardiya ngunit hindi siya nagpatalo. Binuksan niya pa rin at hindi ko napigilan ang pagtawa ko nang makita kong namula ang pisngi niya sa ganoong edad.
"I told you, you won't like it. You looked like you don't have a sex life e," painosente akong ngumiti nang iangat niya ang condom mula sa coin purse ko.
"Woman," tanging nabanggit na lang ni Damon sa akin.
Nang wala silang makita ay isinuot na ni Damon ang tuxedo niya, maging ako ay inayos na rin ang purse ko.
"Is that it? Or should I strip, as well?" nakataas ang kilay ko nang sabihin ko iyon.
The guards looked at each other and they both shook her head. I smiled, but deep inside I was laughing with evil intent overflowing.
"Well, have a good day!" With that, I walked outside the building with Damon in my back, guiding me and slowly letting his hands touch all the places that made me shiver so bad. We hurriedly went inside the car and Damon literally lunge at my lips.
"Wait, are you sure?" I broke out of the kiss; my lips are still swelling from his kisses. I can feel the tingling sensation slowly spreading inside my system.
"Hell, yeah." His husky voice resonated inside the car. He was fumbling with his jeans as he slowly removes his belt. While I just sit in awe, watching him.
"But we're just half an hour away from the house?" patanong kong sabi kahit na ako rin ay hindi na makapaghintay. But doing it on the car looks so uncomfortable.
"I can't wait anymore, Ella. My dick's going to burst at this instant, and it's all your fault." He let out series of deep breaths while closing his eyes. "Damn it, woman." He looked pained. I can't stop myself from looking at his bulge. It's so big... and it looks like it needs some help.
Napabuntonghininga ako. "Well, I guess you're just too horny for your own good."
"Take responsibility, wife. You did this." He pointed his bulge with his pouted lips. Tinawanan ko lang siya.
"Earpiece?"
"Muted, kanina pa. Baka matrauma si Dumbo pag narinig tayo."
"Good." I slowly went towards the bottom part of the chair and kneel. At first, he was so confused, but when he learned what I was about to do, the glint in his eyes darkened.

He stopped raining kisses and stared at me straight in the eye. He looked like a beast waiting for his prey to be devoured. Hindi ko mapigilan ang manginig nang maramdaman ko ang kamay niya sa ilalim ng damit na suot ko.

"Damon..." halos maiyak na ako sa sensasyon. It's been months since we stop making love. He was so hands-on with the kids and to me as well. We both had limited time that we can't even fool around with each other.
"Fuck, Ella." He groaned in my ears in which I answered in shiver as he lifted me once more and thrusted into me with his own pace.
